07/03/2024: Petits amuse bouche servit sans demander quoi que ce soit, facturé 10€ à la fin du repas. Quantité dans les assiettes qui laisse à désirer par rapport au prix des plats et service moyen, le sourire est en option pour certain. Bref, de loins pas le meilleur restaurant de Côme. À éviter
29/02/2024: First off, Kiara our waitress was amazing. She accommodated our food requests happily. She was extremely friendly and sincere 5/5 just for her. Secondly, the beginning entre was almost worth the €10 cover we got olives, bread and cheese. The water was a rip off as it was €7 for still water so do not order that.
Now the food… We got a personalized seafood spaghetti. The portion was big and full with seafood. It was delicious but the only comment is that it needed a bit more sauce. We also got the Capricciosa Pizza it was really tasty but nothing fancy.
We were very happy with the atmosphere and the food as a whole.

03/11/2023: Sconsiglio di cenare qui, tutti i prodotti sono surgelati ma il prezzo è quello di prodotti freschi. Consiglio piuttosto di optare per un caffè da loro.

31/08/2024: Service was really bad for the price we paid. We paid 180 euros for a sun bed on the pool expecting service, drinks and food next to the pool. We were surprised that you have to serve yourself to drinks only at the pool and eat at the restaurant. People were extremely rude and not used to dealing with customers properly. For that price point i would expect better service, food, convenience.
The pool was good and clean, no showers to use after the day pass. Very minimal

08/08/2024: Gluten-free pizza really, really sucks. It is an industrial perforated base like schar with a layer of packaged puree like Pomi' on top.
When the waiter asked me how it was I told him and he promptly left. Maybe it can work for foreign tourists who perhaps have different tastes, but not for us Italians and we also feel cheated for the quality of the food they are giving us.
However, left it all on the plate, paid and left with the note of never returning again and the review was a duty towards those who, looking for some gluten-free options, might come across this "place".

25/08/2024: Avoid, this restaurant is a tourist trap.
We went there without looking at the Google reviews and were attracted by the nice terrace.
Result cruel disappointment.
My carbonara pasta was not good and in small quantity, and my friend's Milanese escalope was soft accompanied by room leaves taken out of a plastic bag with frozen fries...
They don't offer a carafe of water so you can charge €2 for very small bottles.
Really to be avoided.
23/08/2024: Atmosphérique was amazing in the corner so a live , no vegetarian option in menu,,, the pizza is a tortilla with sous, pasta was great.
Bee 🐝 and bird keep us busy all the time

11/03/2024: An unbeatable location for casual drinks - view of the lake in park like setting. Also near the stadium which you can hear the fans and PA. Service a bit hit and miss, we did nt get snacks with our drinks like other customers and we had to pay when they arrived, normally you get to run a tab. Put that down to non payers? Anyway, I can overlook these minor quibbles and would go there again, a cold ichnusa here is a fine thing.
05/02/2024: Locale carino, tipicamente estivo visto che dispone di molti tavolini all'aperto. In pieno centro ed in riva al lago, ottimo come location e vista sul lago. Tuttavia, c'è spesso confusione, i camerieri sono abbastanza confusionari e si dimenticano di te. Cocktail normali, né ottimi né pessimi. Una volta ho anche preso una piadina e non mi ha per niente entusiasmato. Diciamo che c'è di meglio in centro a Como...

23/07/2024: not the best food i’ve had, the salmon wasn’t grilled as much as i would’ve liked but pancakes were very nice. east asian waiter was very rude and blunt, doesn’t seem as though he enjoys his job which slightly ruined the experience. probably wouldn’t visit again unfortunately
16/07/2024: Vriendelijke bediening , lekker eten en drinken. Wij aten hier allebei een spaghetti carbonara het was zeer lekker. Goede redelijke prijs.

18/08/2024: We're not there, the pizza was raw and not crunchy at all, I didn't like it at all, the wait was disgusting, Pizza arrived more than an hour late.
18/08/2024: Very bad experience. Terrible pizza, totally undercooked, full of tomato with low quality ingredients. Let's not talk about the service, two hours of waiting! I call and they also rudely tell me that they couldn't update me on the times even though they had all my contacts. Never again.

01/08/2024: Il servizio era pessimo, i prezzo sono imbarazzanti da quanto sono alti manco davanti al Colosseo, i camerieri due o tre sono “professionali” gli altri in particolare uno che di solito sta dietro al bancone era sempre fuori Con tutti clienti a baciarsi con una e a fumare insieme ad altri, brutta brutta immagine per un posto esteticamente bello, ma solo esteticamente.

26/07/2024: I booked at 1pm for 3 persons and found the place almost empty. However we first ordered a starter to share of some fried finger foods, supplì and small bread balls, so and so. Then we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of them well done. The pizza were to wet and far too thin in the middle and not well done. All in all nothing special.
24/07/2024: Soooo… My best friend and I were looking for a good restaurant near our Airbnb. Everything was closed around on a Wednesday during summer and we walked and found this gem.
Absolutely amazing! They welcomed us with some aperitif to drink downstairs. Downstairs was empty and the nice lady led us upstairs where we could see the place was crowded.
We ordered 3 courses and it was delicious! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend, this is a high quality Italian food nor far from center with a welcoming staff.

13/08/2024: unacceptable service staff. service operator. the whole family cursed us in front of our faces. Until we heard a Greek curse word while leaving. All of them trashed us from the cash register, the server especially the blonde with the short hair has a lot of psychological problems and she attacks and ridicules the whole world. and being an owner, the humiliation she does is not allowed

Buona qualità del gelato, alcuni gusti meglio di altri.
Prezzo del gelato nella media.
Bottiglietta d'acqua 2 euro. Decisamente cara.

22/06/2024: Ambiente buono, personale cortese. Non ho gradito l'impostazione dell' ordine del cibo quasi in stile self service, ma forse è un problema di numeri. Eravamo al secondo turno: qualcosa era finito e le costine erano molto cotte.
16/04/2024: Mi dispiace scrivere una recensione parzialmente negativa, perché posso immaginare quanto sia difficile gestire un rifugio, però la mia esperienza non è stata per nulla piacevole.
Sulla location nulla da dire, anzi il rifugio si trova in una posizione spettacolare dalla quale si gode di un magnifico panorama.
Anche l'interno del ristorante è intimo e piacevole.
All'esterno ci sono parecchi tavoli e delle sdraio.
I ragazzi che vi lavorano sono gentili.
Per quanto riguarda la cena: abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi (classico,buono) e polenta con la carne.
Io ho preso quella con la salsiccia in umido, discreta salvo accorgermi poi che la salsiccia internamente era cruda.
Non so se per la salsiccia o per altro, ma sono stata molto male di intestino tutta la notte e tutto il giorno seguente.
Abbiamo anche pernottato presso il rifugio: camere discrete, carine, pulizia così e così ma stiamo comunque parlando di un rifugio non di un albergo.
Mi hanno lasciata perplessa i servizi igienici: un bagno al piano terra (accessibile anche ai clienti del ristorante), un bagno al piano superiore (dedicato a chi pernotta al rifugio) con presenza di una doccia (a pagamento).
Sicuramente il bagno al piano superiore non era sufficiente a soddisfare le richieste di tutti i posti letto presenti, infatti già alle 20 di sera non c'era più acqua! Ne dal lavandino, ne per il wc quindi il bagno era inutilizzabile.
Colazione: scarsa. Latte, the, biscotti confezionati e delle fette di pane con burro e marmellata.
Mi dispiace, ma non ci ritornerei.
