15/11/2025: ...first time in the Boario area... it was a very pleasant surprise to see the potential of this area, which isn't overly touristy and therefore not overly crowded. ...we chose this hotel for a few days... ...an absolutely perfect choice for us and our needs...we had a truly wonderful time. ...family-run, we always received support and advice, including on what to do each day of our stay...everyone was always friendly and smiling. ...as well as all-round attention within the facility. The room was cleaned very well every day, and breakfast offered a wide selection, especially sweet options, but also seasonal fruit and savory options. We opted for the half-board option, and I must say that the dinners lived up to our expectations. Congratulations! ..the outdoor pool is small, but since we live by the sea, taking a dip wasn't a priority for us... ...the gym area is also small, but it's large enough to loosen up after long walks and workouts planned daily... Free indoor parking... more than adequate...I think I even saw a couple of spots for electric cars. ...if we return to the area, we'll probably choose them again...it's worth it!!

18/10/2025: I recommend this hotel, located right in the center of Boario Terme. It's an older hotel, but well-renovated and elegant. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location is quiet and convenient. They also accept the Emozione3 gift card.

19/11/2025: I often go to Salamensa for breakfast, and over the past few months, I have to admit that my experience has become increasingly disappointing. The format is different from the typical cafeteria: it's a self-service cafeteria, so there's a high turnover of customers. For this very reason, however, I expect greater attention to cleanliness. I often find dirty tables and floors covered in crumbs, sugar, and other debris, with no one consistently cleaning up. Considering that the prices are the same as traditional table service, I'd expect at least an equivalent level of care. Another critical point for me is the wait: on average, it takes at least 20 minutes to line up just to get a tray and sit down. There are more people serving—someone handling the pastries, some at the cash register, some overseeing the savory portion—but in the cafeteria, where the slowest work takes place (coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc.), there's almost always only one person. With a long line, this inevitably slows everything down. Furthermore, the coffee machine is quite dated: today, there are much faster and more efficient solutions without compromising quality. When Cristina is there, the situation improves significantly, but I still think that a place of this caliber deserves more careful management of flow and service. I'm surprised that Mino, whom I consider an expert in the field, doesn't grasp these aspects: it would be enough to visit the place during peak hours, observe and listen to customers queuing or seated. Lately, it also seems to me that the quality of the pastries and drinks has changed a bit: perhaps it's simply my palate, but I perceive a less convincing taste than in the past. 19/10/2025: After trying two nearby places for dinner, we settled on this restaurant; I'd already had my eye on it! Excellent service with wonderful fennel liqueur, definitely worth a try. We weren't thrilled with the food (two starters and dessert), and I don't think we'll be back. Overall, I recommend it because the prices were great and the service impeccable.

13/10/2025: The sandwiches are empty, the prices are quite good, but a smaller but well-filled sandwich is better than an empty ciabatta. It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Nice place.

11/12/2025: Even though it's been around for a long time, I went there for the first time in November for a dinner with friends. The food was delicious, the place was beautiful and quaint, the service excellent, and the staff and owner were kind and friendly.

07/05/2025: Mio marito finalmente mi ha portato in questo meraviglioso ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato in modo divino, tutto è ben curato, le materie prime sono ottime e gli accostamenti particolari. Il tutto è molto fresco e leggero. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
