29/03/2026: We chose the Gaudio restaurant with the Gurmantico menu, and we can honestly say we made a great choice. We had a wonderful experience in every way. The food is excellent: high-quality ingredients, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and truly refined presentation. You can clearly sense the passion and attention that goes into every course. Special praise also goes to the wait staff, who present the dishes with great professionalism and expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. I have to be honest: the first impression upon arrival, especially regarding the exterior and parking lot, left us a bit perplexed from an aesthetic point of view. However, this impression was completely repaid once we sat down: the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended

22/03/2026: The ambiance was elegant without being overbearing. We appreciated the courtesy and discretion, expertise, and attentive service. All this in a relaxed atmosphere that made for a pleasant evening. We were guided on a culinary journey where every dish was a reinterpretation and a surprise. Some dishes were perhaps a bit salty, perhaps we're used to more neutral fare. Recommended.

30/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in Maddalena, large and welcoming. We had rib-eye and fillet steak with side dishes and dessert, all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

07/03/2026: I often go there for a drink with friends. It's very popular in the area, and you only need to try their cocktails to understand why. The staff is helpful and the place is very well-kept. The only downside is that it's a bit small, and on weekends, you might not find a table.

Super friendly waiters, delicious sweet and savory croissants and pizza, and stellar chefs in preparing the pastries and everything else served inside the café. The café is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommended! Don't trust the negative reviews on TripAdvisor; go directly to Il Fabbro to experience the deliciousness of the place, the people, and especially the food for yourself!

15/11/2025: The fact that I could choose vermouth gave me hope that I'd be able to enjoy a good Negroni. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case: there was virtually no mixing, and the vermouth released the classic unpleasant notes that come from long-open and poorly stored drinks.

15/10/2025: Excellent hotel. The carpet is everywhere, soft underfoot. The key card to open the room door is left on the wall inside the room, with a small blue light that stays on all night. There was no hot chocolate for breakfast.

11/10/2025: Sedani Gastronomy took care of all the food for my 30th birthday party. Delicious food and impeccable service; they delivered everything to my house, punctual and professional. My guests still ask me where they can find that delicious salami!
