25/02/2026: Definitely not a 4-star hotel and overpriced. The hotel is of medium size and located on Lake Garda. It's well-situated, as a very nice and inviting bathing area is within walking distance. The view of the lake from the slightly more expensive rooms is lovely. The hotel offers a private rooftop terrace for sunbathing as well as a separate shaded area. However, the hotel's layout is somewhat convoluted, making it difficult to find your way around immediately. There is a heated indoor pool and a sauna, although I unfortunately couldn't find out if the sauna is available year-round. The room had no wardrobes, only shelves, a clothes rail, and three drawers. A closed wardrobe would have been a welcome addition. Furthermore, several coverings were installed on the ceiling and walls, which made the overall look rather cluttered. The furnishings are generally very functional. The rooms have air conditioning, which unfortunately doesn't switch off when the room is vacated – but the cleaning lady does turn it off. A problem was that the cleaning lady frequently left the balcony door open, allowing hot air to enter the room. The room was also problematic because the cleaning lady often left the balcony door open, letting hot air into the room. The room was equipped with a kettle with two cups, two glasses, a bottle opener with a corkscrew, and a few tea bags and sugar. The leather storage unit looked high-quality but was poorly constructed – the drawer kept sliding back and was difficult to pull out. A major drawback is that the hotel allows dogs. It was very disruptive to return from a hike and be disturbed by barking dogs during a planned afternoon nap. Even though the dogs we encountered were well-behaved, I found it odd that they were allowed at the breakfast table. During the day, you can hear street noise, but it's quiet at night as the road isn't very busy then. However, opening the balcony door at night was marred by the noise of the air conditioning. The rooms are generally quite noisy – you can clearly hear when the neighbors move their chairs on the balcony. Cleaning: The cleaning was rather disappointing. A small piece of plastic lying in the middle of the room didn't move an inch on the first day and only a few centimeters on the second. I ended up disposing of it myself. Otherwise, the cleaning was adequate, but the bed wasn't made properly, the trash can wasn't always emptied, and towels left on the floor weren't completely replaced. Dirty glasses were also left in the room. Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. There is coffee (served), but no vending machine. Tea can be made in small pots. There are various juices and a corner with nutritional supplements. The only bread available is white bread, hard-boiled eggs, and warmed egg dishes with fried bacon and small sausages. There are also two local hard cheeses and a French Brie, as well as two or three types of cold cuts. Fruit is served in small glasses. A cereal station is also available. Dinner: Dinner consists of a three-course set menu, which can be selected from the menu. A mixed salad can be exchanged for dessert. It was particularly odd that the restaurant was closed on Mondays, meaning guests on half-board had to eat out that day. I found the head waitress's behavior towards some guests inappropriate. For example, if an older lady hadn't finished her portion, this was made audible for everyone on the terrace to hear. Some guests seemed embarrassed and didn't dare order dessert again – giving the impression that this was a cost-cutting strategy. The food itself was good, but the portions were too small for me as a man – I wasn't really satisfied, while it was sufficient for my wife. Conclusion: €150 for half-board (excluding parking and tourist tax) per person is far too expensive.

I would also like to thank Mr. Kamal Al-Amri (the hotel owner) for his cooperation and hospitality; he explained the tourist attractions around the beautiful lake. The hotel's location and view were fantastic, and the hotel was clean.

28/03/2026: We had lunch there.Great place with wonderful views of the Lake . Outside terrace is beautiful. Good good and they give vegetarian options , though not mentioned in menu. Have great experience 👍

28/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise on our return from the market fair. A restaurant that we haven't seen in years (the lady told us it's been open for almost 50 years now). Clean interior, very friendly service, and sublime cuisine. A fillet steak that was 4 fingers thick with a port reduction, so much so that we'd return the next evening. I didn't try the pizza, but I'd be happy to return. Homemade desserts are visible from the entrance behind a protective glass case, and they sell themselves... what can I say, just compliments! 29/03/2026: Wonderful experience in Sirmione. Breathtaking views of the lake. Location close to the center. Impeccable service from all the staff, especially Sebastiano. Large and well-stocked breakfast buffet. We will definitely be back.

17/03/2026: We only found a room here, as everything nearby was full. The hotel looks good and was recently renovated. The room is large and well-appointed, but the bathroom is the sore point in what could have been a pleasant stay: the decision to install a large shower, eliminating the bidet, was impractical, considering that the glass they installed partially covers the shower tray, so the bathroom floods with every shower. Furthermore, the sink isn't even big enough to wash your hands in, and the decision to install a stone "bowl" instead of a regular sink, prioritizing design over functionality, is absurd. We stayed with a child and had to go through a lot of trouble. NOT VERY FUNCTIONAL. Average restaurant.

16/03/2026: We spent a wonderful weekend in this delightful, recently renovated and tastefully decorated hotel. The staff is very kind, discreet, and helpful, and the atmosphere is cozy. The slightly out-of-the-way location is certainly compensated for by the excellent value. It's also suitable for children.

25/03/2026: The Club is always a place full of interesting events. Concerts, meetings, exhibitions, and dinners. Almost every week there's something that might interest/please you. It's an Arci club, so you need a membership card (or get one the same evening!); the volunteers who keep it open are always smiling and kind. Lately, it's been "rejuvenating" a bit, attracting a younger crowd. During the day, it's quite popular with older people, for a drink, a coffee, or a game of briscola. I was there last Sunday for an afternoon concert/storytelling, with live soundtracks from a silent film about Pinocchio. Truly remarkable. The concerts/evenings are often accompanied by dinners/lunches with special menus, always at great prices and always very popular. The concert hall is on the second floor, and there's a fairly steep staircase to get there. RECOMMENDED!

14/04/2026: Beautiful hotel with a lake view. The food is excellent. The panoramic terrace is unbeatable; you can almost touch the lake. Excellent value for money, very good, and very interesting considering the tourist attraction of Lake Iseo. I highly recommend it; you certainly won't regret staying there.

08/04/2026: Monday Easter Monday and Tuesday, internal parking, already from the reception and all the staff are highly friendly, in the evening I had dinner in an extremely elegant dining room and I must say that all the dishes were refined and carefully prepared, definitely excellent cuisine, Villa positioned with a view of the lake I highly recommend

25/11/2025: We had lunch here and had a wonderful time. The service was friendly, the staff attentive, and the chef was young and very welcoming. All the dishes were truly delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine was refreshing and pleasant. The location is warm and welcoming. The menu offers a wide selection, and I would have liked to try everything. There's also the option of a tasting menu. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to return.

We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Each course was balanced and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to offer advice without being intrusive. A restaurant where you leave completely satisfied, definitely recommended and a place to which we'll gladly return!

03/01/2026: We've been going there for years in the summer for pizza by the lake. The pizza is truly delicious, and they make various types; I personally love the tricolore, with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula. Good value. They don't serve pizza on your plate because it's a takeout pizzeria, but you can use the seating and tables inside the property.

29/12/2025: The restaurant is not accessible to wheelchairs. The small lift is not suitable for an electric wheelchair. The lift's entry platform is at a 45° angle. Therefore, it is not suitable for wheelchairs with anti-tip front wheels. The young man rightly didn't want to get on because after three attempts, the wheelchair couldn't get past the 45° entry point. It should be brought up to standard; don't blame others for your inconvenience.

27/12/2025: We had lunch today with my mom in a wheelchair. The 90-year-olds were very friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. Excellent food. Generous portions. Fair prices. Very friendly, kind, and helpful staff.
