An elegant restaurant, a single room with a few round tables, all with a touch of class. Precise preparation and exquisite presentation. Everything is excellent, starting with the two owners, one of whom is the chef, who make you feel welcome and at ease and are always very helpful.

We chose the Gaudio restaurant with the Gurmantico menu, and we can honestly say we made a great choice. We had a wonderful experience in every way. The food is excellent: high-quality ingredients, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and truly refined presentation. You can clearly sense the passion and attention that goes into every course. Special praise also goes to the wait staff, who present the dishes with great professionalism and expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. I have to be honest: the first impression upon arrival, especially regarding the exterior and parking lot, left us a bit perplexed from an aesthetic point of view. However, this impression was completely repaid once we sat down: the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended

The ambiance was elegant without being overbearing. We appreciated the courtesy and discretion, expertise, and attentive service. All this in a relaxed atmosphere that made for a pleasant evening. We were guided on a culinary journey where every dish was a reinterpretation and a surprise. Some dishes were perhaps a bit salty, perhaps we're used to more neutral fare. Recommended.

I had lunch at this restaurant, choosing the seafood tasting menu. Excellent ingredients, with dishes that offer a crescendo of flavors, alternating between delicacy and savory flavors. The selection of this expertly crafted crescendo of flavors was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the scallops and seafood risotto. The sweet finale was the mouth-watering double pistachio gelato and the highly praised grapefruit and Campari sorbet. Also noteworthy was the small cream-filled doughnuts served with coffee. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended.
