Kind and polite staff, excellent quality food, super breakfast, welcoming rooms, very comfortable bed and quiet room, everything very clean. Paolo, kind and very professional owner ready to satisfy every request. Simply chapeau!!!! Highly recommended.

18/10/2024: Wonderful ice cream for those who like cream ice cream with chocolate, nuts, Nutella and much more. Super creamy and of high quality. Unfortunately the waffle isn't tasty at all.

09/10/2024: A great, modern ice cream parlor with excellent products. Run by three young people who have dedicated their lives to ice cream. We tried different varieties as a ball and were thrilled with the high quality and taste. We have never had better ice cream anywhere. The menu also serves as an image brochure and introduces the operators. You immediately believe what it says about the search for the best ingredients and the quality standards. The prices are a little higher than in some places on Lake Garda, but they are definitely comparable to good ice cream parlors in Germany and the value is 100% correct.

23/02/2025: A gastronomic journey without rules or preconceptions The dinner was an experience outside the box, with a tasting menu that was able to amaze with its technique, unusual combinations and great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Each dish told a story, playing with consistencies, temperatures and bold flavours. Fennel and dehydrated olive mousse A delicate but intriguing start, with the sweetness of the fennel intertwined with the intense flavour of the olives. A small appetizer that immediately made the kitchen's approach clear: elegance and well-calibrated contrasts. Raw-but-cooked Prussian Beef, mushrooms, whey garum, Korean mint One of the most interesting dishes of the evening. The meat, tender and tasty, harmonized perfectly with the mushrooms and the garum, which added a strong umami note. The Korean mint gave a touch of freshness, balancing everything out. The game between raw and cooked was well done, without forcing. Risotto “al contrario”, purple prawns, candied lemon and lettuce A risotto impeccable for its creaminess and balance of flavors. The sweetness of the purple prawns married perfectly with the candied lemon, which gave a pleasantly citrusy contrast, without ever being excessive. The lettuce added a delicate herbaceous note, making the dish even more refined. The experience was overall extremely positive, with a tasting journey that was able to surprise and conquer. A menu designed for those who love to be amazed without preconceptions, with a cuisine that dares and manages to do so with elegance.

08/02/2025: We tried two menus with the most traditional dishes of the Due Colombe, all courses were served and explained impeccably. We didn't like all the combinations equally, but we can't argue with the quality of the products. The pumpkin entree is excellent, the purple potato with prawn is fabulous and the Milano bagoss parcels are an explosion of flavour. The wine pairings offered are also interesting. A valuable experience!

21/12/2024: Menu molto buono, con pesce di lago fresco e ottimo servizio.. Il conto è commisurato al locale ed alla qualità di quello che ti servono.. Solamente abbiamo trovato lo stesso menù nelle due volte che ci siamo stati (giugno e novembre)

09/01/2025: we stayed in this hotel in October 2021 the best service I ever had in a hotel!!! by far!! The breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and prepared on site. The breakfast room is simply amazing, right on the lake. The jams (made at the hotel) are simply amazing. The hotel staff is nice, welcoming and helpful in every way possible. Simply an excellent hospitality experience. Very clean rooms and in general a very well-maintained, well-maintained and clean place. It was a bit cold so we didn't go into the pool, but it looks very inviting. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again in the future.

02/11/2024: The location itself is certainly impressive, with a charming hotel and a pleasant and very elegant peninsula on the water. Excellent choice of dishes, including lake and non-lake fish, and an important wine list. Impeccable service and courtesy complete an already appreciable picture. Prices not low, compared to the place, but rightly so.

08/02/2025: Ho avuto l'opportunità di cenare in questo ristorante stellato, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Sebbene il locale sia molto elegante e il servizio impeccabile, i piatti non mi hanno entusiasmato come speravo. La qualità degli ingredienti era sicuramente alta, ma il risultato finale non mi ha particolarmente colpito. Mi aspettavo una proposta gastronomica più innovativa e sapori più distintivi, ma purtroppo è stata una cena che, pur nella sua eccellenza tecnica, non mi ha lasciato un'impressione memorabile. Forse le aspettative erano troppo alte, ma credo che ci siano altri posti dove l’esperienza culinaria mi ha convinto di più.

10/01/2025: Oh well, what can I say. Perfection distilled in diamond ampoules. If I really, really had to give advice, I would put a sign on the gate to explain that it is not possible to park on site before 12.30... I had arrived 15 minutes early to see the lake and I disturbed the staff while they were having lunch... but the rest, what can I say (?), I would go back every weekend
