09/03/2026: Welcoming place, friendly but inattentive staff, once seated at the table, endless times for orders, giving priority to people who arrived later, finally ordered, 40 minutes of waiting for two appetizers and another half an hour for the first ones, finally served in the first course of foiade with mushrooms a nice surprise, a piece of plastic apparently from a container for the ingredients, negative experience I don't think I'll go back.

22/02/2026: Sabi's is always a guarantee! Whether it's fish, meat, or pizza, everything here is top-quality and prepared with skill and love. Even the desserts are top-notch! The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are fair considering what's on offer. Be careful with the portions, as they're truly generous!

26/03/2026: I stayed at this hotel a few days ago. The hotel is strategically located as it's very close to the city center. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are immaculately clean. The only flaw was that my view from the room window was of the street/San Pellegrino waters. The receptionist and staff were very helpful. They gave me a discount coupon for El Terme Topp. The restaurant service for lunch with a set menu was very well managed, and the food was delicious, especially the risotto, which, being a food enthusiast, I tend to be very critical of, but I'd say it was perfect. Thank you.

Flexible check-in until 9 pm is a rare convenience and perfect for those, like us, arriving after a day at the spa. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast is varied and thoughtfully prepared, with sweet and savory options, including vegan and gluten-free options. The staff is attentive and helpful, ready to accommodate every request, from barley coffee to ginseng. An excellent choice for those seeking comfort, attention to detail, and truly attentive service.

02/02/2026: The pizza was really excellent and the delivery was super fast, but ordering was SO HARD. My partner and I spent an hour calling the number and no one answered, either voicemail or missed rings. We've had this pizza twice before, once from Deliveroo (which apparently closed now, and if that were the case, they should take it down) and once from our phone. The first time we tried to order from our phone, we waited about half an hour and finally managed to get it, but it wasn't a pleasant experience either. Unfortunately, we don't have a car, otherwise we would have picked it up directly at the restaurant. That said, I recommend clarifying your ordering process and reorganizing your social media and delivery pages because, given the current situation, customers are likely to get discouraged and go eat elsewhere.

20/01/2026: We tried the excellent fresh pasta, rigorously handmade according to tradition, which you could taste in every bite. The main courses were also very tasty and satisfying, accompanied by a soft and flavorful polenta that paired perfectly with the meats. The selection of desserts was also noteworthy, all strictly homemade and authentic in flavor. In my opinion, to round out such a genuine menu, a small selection of local dairy products or a platter of traditional cheeses would be interesting and welcome.

22/10/2025: Perfect stop for a coffee break at P13 in Chiuduno! ☕️ We had two macchiatos accompanied by an assortment of shortcrust pastries, all delicious and made with attention to detail. The shortcrust pastry with chocolate cream and chopped hazelnuts was truly delicious, the pistachio one was creamy and fragrant, while the jam version had a genuine and fragrant flavor. The macchiatos were made beautifully: intense, aromatic, and with just the right amount of foam. You can taste the quality of the coffee and the attention to detail in its preparation. The place is welcoming, modern, and clean, perfect for a short, relaxing break. The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the service is quick but attentive. In short: excellent coffee, exquisite pastries, and a pleasant atmosphere—a stop I absolutely recommend! 🌟

27/12/2025: I happened upon it by chance with my partner, not knowing the city. We were warmly welcomed, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was truly excellent, both fish and meat. They offered us a taste of their excellent Sicilian olive oil. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it, great value for money!
