I decide to spend a special evening in this restaurant a stone's throw from the city centre, very discreet from the outside but extremely well looked after inside, very kind and professional staff, discreet but very efficient service, capable of advising and accommodating, offering an interesting menu between tradition and innovation with fusion elements, with attention to intolerances and dietary regimes. the tastings offered both before starting and before dessert were pleasant, all accompanied with taste and style. in short, an extremely pleasant and high-quality evening. certainly all this cannot fail to be paid for fairly. The smoked butter that accompanies the equally excellent leavened products made by them is excellent. all delicious dishes from starters, risotto, main courses and desserts.

In the city center, in a strategic position for those who love culture and museums. a very young brigade that offers the right mix of tradition and innovation, with sometimes surprising dishes. Well-kept room and service, excellent wine selection, including local wines.

Excellent restaurant. I went there with my wife and we had a wonderful evening. Quality food, artfully cooked. Very kind waiters and very nice environment.

Aroma is not just a restaurant of excellence, but a true taste experience immersed in a warm and elegant but at the same time convivial atmosphere far from that stereotype of classic elegance necessarily synonymous with quality. What appears once you enter is a location with an eclectic minimal design, you feel easily at home. The welcome from the room manager Lucia is excellent. He accompanies you to the table and immerses you in this journey. The very paths presented in the menu are a diversification of high quality raw materials which, including ethically sustainable ones, are developed on dishes balanced in taste, texture and colour. Happy to have met the kitchen team made up of young guys full of passion and with the desire to delight guests with their delicacies.. Above all for everything. “Aroma” é un locale ricco di gusto e raffinatezza. Tutto é ricercato e studiato. L’utilizzo del legno e i meravigliosi soffitti donano calore all’ambiente. Il servizio é attento, cordiale, preciso e, nel contempo, gioviale e amichevole. Il menù spazia tra pesce, carne e vegetali. Accontenta molteplici palati e lo staff é sempre disponibile a modifiche sia per via di allergie che per gusto personale. Le portate incuriosiscono fin dalla lettura del menù. L’impiattamento é elegante e raffinato. I sapori sono eccezionali e bilanciati i tutti i piatti che ho degustato. I dolci sono un stupendo fine pasto e chiudono un percorso ECCELLENTE. La carta vini é molto interessante e studiata. “Aroma” non conferma le mie aspettative, le supera nettamente. Fin da quando si varca la soglia di questo locale si inizia a intraprendere un percorso di eleganza, ricercatezza e amore. Amore verso il cliente, verso il lavoro svolto e verso le materie prime utilizzate.

Questo posto è adatto per ogni occasione per la bellezza del luogo, la gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff a partire da Roberto il proprietario. Ho gustato come non mai ogni singolo piatto preparato e presentato come capolavoro di altissima cucina. Insomma che dire , se abitassi a Brescia, non riuscirei a starne lontana . Lo consiglio veramente a tutti coloro che amano il gusto del cibo sommato all'eleganza del piatto.
