21/08/2025: At Posto di Conversazione, we were lucky that one of the waiters who served us spoke Spanish, as he was half Italian and half Argentinian, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable. Dinner by the canal was very pleasant, with a good atmosphere and relaxing views, perfect for ending the day. Of course, if you go in the summer, it's worth bringing a mask or some anti-mosquito product, as they can appear in the area and can be somewhat bothersome while you dine. In short, a recommended place to enjoy the gastronomy and the surroundings of Milan, especially if you like dining outdoors and are looking for friendly service.

25/07/2025: Che dire....5 stelle sono poche in quanto è una bella trattoria stile familiare che ormai fai fatica a trovare, piatti buoni e abbondanti che variano di giorno in giorno, a volte fai fatica a finirli, prezzo ottino per la proposta, Marco e Davide due persone stupende ai tavoli sempre pronti a soddisfare le tue richieste, gentilissimi e veloci nel servizio. La specialità sono i risotti che vi consiglio e vengono serviti giustamente dopo 10-15 min in quanti fatti al momento e per questo la qualità si vede, ovviamente i secondi, sempre 2 o 3 non sono da meno, vi consiglio la prenotazione così sai in anticipo cosa vuoi prendere e i risotti prenotati ti arrivano appena ti siedi e non perdi tempo, i piatti del giorno vengono spiegati a voce e quindi chi ha intolleranze lo possono capire. 04/09/2025: We took the 6 course menu. They started with an oyster in chicken broth which was the tone for the rest of the dishes – unique combinations of flavors and foods. All the other dishes continued this unique approach, like tagliatelle from seaweed, which was done beautifully and the bull tongue which had great texture. Staff was friendly and professional. I was hoping for a more extensive wine selection, but the wine we had didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere outside could be improved. It didn’t match the food experience. A tablecloth, horizontal positioning of table and chairs, and less of a bistro design choice would have matched better in our eyes.

31/08/2025: I was here yesterday for a wedding... Very beautiful venue. Let's get to the food... aperitif outside with very well-crafted finger food. Special mention for the exceptional creamed cod, the gazpacio with grilled octopus, and other carefully crafted and very pleasant dishes. As for dinner, the service was quick and without long waits, the food was average... the flan was good, but everything else was fine. It's a shame about the risotto, which lacked a punch of flavor and seemed to have been cooked without boiling. The giardiniera was also good, but a bit too dark in color. Dessert was served outside with a sorbet (a red fruit ice cream) and a mediocre mini-pastry. The staff was attentive and friendly.

13/07/2025: A very pleasant surprise We ate very well, the place was elegant. Fantastic welcome. Due to various issues we had, they waited over two hours late. The packed lunch the next day was also excellent!

27/07/2025: A place where you can leave hungry and disappointed by the staff. A few days ago, I went to this restaurant for dinner. I chose it because I had already been there twice before and enjoyed it. But this time was different. As always, I ordered the Fiorentina steak. It arrived already overcooked, and since it was served on a hot stone, it kept cooking even more. The result? Completely inedible — it was like chewing the sole of a shoe. I mentioned this to one of the waiters. He apologized and said he would speak to the owner. He even agreed that the steak looked overcooked and that even with the hot stone, it shouldn’t have ended up like that. After some time passed with no follow-up, I spoke to a second waiter. He told me, “I’ll pass this info to the owner.” Then, after waiting 20–25 minutes, the owner finally came over — but didn’t say a single word. He simply brought over the card machine, processed the payment, and left — as if nothing had happened. I’ve never experienced such indifference from a restaurant owner. They ruined the steak and my dinner, and no one even had the decency to apologize.

26/08/2025: Wonderful place, very good and light pizza at a fair price. The best cheesecake I've ever eaten. Update: Unfortunately, they haven't made that cheesecake for a while. What a shame.

25/08/2025: I got takeout pizzas a few days ago, SUPERB. I've never had such good pizza in the province. The quality of the ingredients was EXCELLENT, cooked perfectly. The price was also very fair.

24/08/2025: Never again!!! 1h waiting for a "pizza". That was not the name pizza worth. Too small, not so much garniture pore flavor. Sorry. Not even a koffie proposed or something to drink the time we waited. One big Chaos

22/07/2025: I found an excellent pizza by the slice. It's been a while since I've had one this good, and above all, easy to digest. CONGRATULATIONS! We were desperate to find a pizzeria open on a Monday night: almost all the restaurants in the area are closed, and after a 14-hour flight, we certainly didn't feel like wandering around too much... Luckily, we found Il Coccio, open all week, with an enviable variety of pizzas by the slice. The girls who work there are very kind, and the pizza chef is truly skilled and very quick at making them. Excellent value for money. When we return to Italy, we'll definitely be back!

14/07/2025: I happened to stop by a week ago for work and stopped for lunch, since my job often takes me out for lunch. I'd say I had a good experience. I returned today because I had an appointment in the area, and I have to confirm what I said before. Recommended, good value for money. I'll definitely be back.

27/06/2025: Business lunch. A nice surprise, all those gazebos surrounded by hedges; plants everywhere. The road, very close, was barely perceptible; the suffocating heat in this June marked by climate change, a distant echo. And we ate well. The raw ham with focaccia, tomatoes and mozzarella, something simple, fresh, the focaccia was delicious. Really excellent, an oasis in the heat, very good.

07/09/2025: The food wasn't good; it tasted like it was past its expiration date. The pasta was too al dente, almost undercooked. I asked for Paccheri alla Diavola, and they basically gave me pasta with tomato sauce, with no sauce and no spices. They refused to accept meal vouchers, simply because it was the evening. Terrible experience, terrible food, and €40 wasted for two plates of pasta. NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

23/08/2025: We went to Antica Trattoria del Borgo for dinner and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a rustic touch that makes you feel immediately at home. Both the dining room and the service are meticulously clean. The menu offers traditional Lombard dishes with a personal touch: we sampled an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The portions are generous, and the value is fair, considering dinner costs around €35-40 per person, including wine. The staff is courteous and helpful, although service was a bit slow, probably due to the busy Saturday evening. The location is convenient, with nearby parking, making it ideal for both an evening with friends and a more relaxed dinner. A place we'll gladly return to rediscover authentic flavors.

The food is simply exquisite – fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and flavors that leave a lasting impression. The pizza is delicious, the homemade pastas are full of flavor, and the meats melt in your mouth. The local toppings and wines are fantastic. Each dish looks like a small work of art, and taste even better. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the area – we will definitely be back!
