07/11/2025: We dined here last night, taking advantage of the Thursday special on cutlets. It wasn't our first time, and as always, our expectations were not disappointed. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, and the food was excellent, from the appetizers to the superbly seasoned cutlets.

27/10/2025: A very elegant restaurant with friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had an appetizer and a first course, both excellent. I wasn't particularly impressed with the desserts, but the tiramisu was delicious. Nice location, parking is a bit difficult to find, especially on market days, but it's still very close to the metro station.

05/11/2025: After more than a year of eating here, I'm finally leaving a review. Discovered on social media, I decided to try a takeout Margherita without any strings attached one evening when I was close by, and I've never left. Exceptional ingredients, freshly cooked pizza, and if you like pizza by the slice, this one beats anything else you've probably tried. Even though they have tons of combinations with truly excellent ingredients (a simple example: get a pizza with sausages at least once, trust me!), the Margherita remains the best in my opinion. I eat here often and in Cavenago, and it has become my hands-down favorite pizzeria. Table 23!

05/10/2025: Spaghetti alla chitarra, which are actually tagliatelle. I pointed out that they were very hard, and I was told that's normal. OK. I also pointed out that they were unsalted and seemed tasteless, and I was told that's to make them more delicate. OK. Next to us in another room, 20 teenagers were celebrating a birthday, shouting along to the music and smoking inside. Probably an unfortunate evening. The worst thing is the menu with no price for the ladies, which in 2025 seems absurd to me.

21/07/2025: We went to A Lumia in Brescia for the first time. I'd been wanting to try it for a while, but for one reason or another, I'd never gotten around to it. Today we finally went. We were curious to try the panelle, but unfortunately they weren't available, nor were any other items on the menu. We opted for a caponata, which turned out to be very good, and three arancini. Unfortunately, the rice was completely overcooked; the grain had turned into a sort of cream. The cheese inside was hard and wouldn't melt. The breading also left a bit to be desired. We mentioned this to the owner; initially, she seemed a bit annoyed, but her son appreciated our mentioning it and recognized the value of constructive criticism. We also tried a sandwich with Nebrodi mortadella and primo sale cheese: good, yes, but nothing exceptional. It's a shame the sandwiches aren't made with Sicilian bread; we'd been told that, but in my opinion, traditional bread would have really made a difference. The cannoli was decent, quite good. The service was courteous and helpful. The restaurant, however, leaves a bit to be desired: the atmosphere is very old, neglected, and with obvious signs of damp. I think it needs a major renovation. We spent €26 in total.

01/10/2025: We stopped for lunch and opted for the fixed-price menu with a burger, a side of fries, water, and coffee. The sandwich was truly delicious—you could clearly taste the quality of the meat—and it came with a generous portion of fries. We were truly full! Excellent value. A positive note for the staff: we were with our baby, just a few months old, and they had us sit in a convenient spot for the stroller. They also showered him with smiles and attention (which are absolutely unnecessary, but it's nice when a child isn't considered a serial nuisance). I truly appreciate their kindness and sweetness.

21/06/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e sono rimasta entusiasta: il baccalà mantecato era semplicemente perfetto, cremoso e ricco di sapore, con l’aggiunta dell’arancia che si equilibrava perfettamente con il sapore del baccalà. Mentre il tataki di tonno era delicato, fresco e cotto alla perfezione. Un equilibrio di gusti che ha davvero conquistato il mio palato e quello della mia famiglia. A rendere tutto ancora più piacevole è stata la gentilezza e professionalità di Alice, sempre sorridente e attenta senza mai essere invadente. Tornerò sicuramente – una perla da non perdere!

07/09/2025: We went for a drink on the terrace several times during our stay in Brescia. The staff was extremely friendly: Eugenia, Mary, who was originally from Ecuador, and another blonde waitress whose name I don't know. There was also a gentleman, perhaps the owner, who was very attentive and pleasant. We didn't eat there either day, but the food we saw coming out looked incredible. The terrace is very inviting and overlooks Piazza della Loggia. The restaurant's interior is also very beautiful. Without a doubt, an excellent and highly recommended option in Brescia.

19/10/2025: We felt completely at home at Hotel Il Bagnolo! First things first: The hosts are simply wonderful. Antonia and her husband welcomed us so warmly that we felt welcome from the very first moment. The service was excellent – ​​we lacked nothing. Both breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. The food was fresh, regional, and incredibly delicious, with much of it coming directly from the property's own gardens and farms. The room was also modern, comfortable, and very clean – simply a place to feel at home. The location is quiet and idyllic on a hill, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, the lake is only about 15 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be back! ❤️

06/09/2025: You shouldn't expect any service at the pool. Lunch isn't available. However, the staff at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner are friendly and excellent. The food is local, delicious, and varied. The eco lodge is very remote. If you're looking for peace and quiet near Salò, this is the place for you. CAUTION: Coming from Salò, the navigation system may direct you to a very narrow road (max. 1.80 m wide). Access is strictly via Via Panoramico if your car is wider than 1.80 m.

The products are of the highest quality, the fruit of experience and selection, accompanied by carefully selected wines and derivatives. The experience is never improvised, but the product of years of dedication: each offering satisfies not only the palate, but also the eyes, with thoughtful presentation and authentic flavors. Perfect for a lunch break, an afternoon aperitif, or a memorable convivial moment. Authentic, high-quality products. Friendly, precise, and warm service. A simple, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere, with seating inside or outside. Parking right next door is a plus that makes all the difference. One small note: with such a caliber of food and wine, it would be ideal to always find matching glasses and a few bottles waiting to be chilled. That said, my experience was extraordinary. I highly recommend this stop to anyone passing through Caravaggio who wants to discover not only history and art, but also excellent flavors. Highly recommended!!! Compliments to the staff!!!

02/11/2025: On the evening of November 1, 2025, we dined at Trattoria Jole in Legnano for a lovely dinner with friends, a party of 26, and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was warm, the staff friendly, and the dishes tasted like home. We started with Lombardy cured meats and pickles, which were immediately delicious. Then came the main courses: Jole's famous cutlet with gorgonzola sauce (the bomb!), polenta with braised beef, and sliced ​​steak and polenta with donkey stew, all truly tasty and plentiful. The service was good and always smiling, despite the large number of us. Parking is also quite convenient, easily found in the surrounding streets. In short, a truly wonderful evening, we ate well and had a great time: definitely a place to return.

19/10/2025: Absolutely top marks... It's been several years since I've been to Iole, but the rating is always excellent. Last night, I went to dinner at Iole with my son and we rediscovered an atmosphere of simplicity, quality, and excellent service. It feels like being at home, with the good things our mother and grandmother once cooked. Definitely worth repeating, recommended to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a fair amount! Compliments also to the very friendly, courteous, and discreet service.
