30/05/2026: A truly noteworthy restaurant. This splendid restaurant is located within an elegant hotel, featuring a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is strongly rooted in tradition, with interesting reinterpretations that showcase local flavors without distorting them. The kitchen's entrée was a delight: a delicate and delicious cream of vegetable soup. For our appetizer, we chose venison bresaola with ricotta and walnuts, a balanced and truly excellent combination. Next, a magnificent loin of venison with wild blueberries and polenta: simply spectacular. The slow-cooked rack of lamb over vegetable spaghetti was also excellent, prepared with great care and precision. Generous portions, impeccable cooking, and top-quality ingredients complete a first-class gastronomic experience. A highly recommended stop for those who love good food. 29/03/2026: We had an absolutely flawless dining experience here from start to finish. The service was impeccable; as soon as we arrived, they took our coats, making us feel welcome immediately. The table was beautifully set, and the attention to detail was evident. The entire staff deserves praise-they were all professional and welcoming, and our waiters were incredibly attentive without being intrusive. A praise to the Tiramisu that was authentic and not just a bowl of whipped cream like you find in so many other places. If you want a perfect meal with top-tier service, this is the place
