15/10/2025: The mussel soup is unique! Exceptional... and the food is also good.

12/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We've been to this place several times before, and the food was good, so we turned a blind eye to the practically nonexistent service with 10 waiters in the dining room. Today we went, a table for four, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. A waiter comes and offers us a welcome prosecco, followed by another with tuna sandwiches that we hadn't ordered. Then the "head waiter" (if you can call him that, rude and impolite) comes over and says, "These were for another table, but you ate them anyway." He takes our order: two lobsters, one spaghetti with seafood, and one scialatiello allo scoglio with two fried dishes on the main course. The lobster claws were raw, the spaghetti was watery, and the fried dishes were unsalted, and no one offered or asked if we needed the latter. We called a waiter for spoons and bread, and he said, "You have to call the other waiters." When my mom pointed out that the lobster was a little raw, the head waiter was rude. When it came time to pay, we went to the cashier because getting the bill at the table is a daunting task. And they made us pay for the sandwiches we hadn't ordered—a great trick to extort money from customers!

17/05/2025: Here you can find first choice butchered meat, excellent salami, both pork but also donkey and wild boar, I have yet to try their evening cuisine but given how good the meat is I already know I will not be disappointed.

03/11/2025: I had dinner with friends. I had pizza, and the crust remained crispy until the last bite. The others had first courses and fried fish. We were all satisfied with the quality of the products. The plates were very full. The desserts and their focaccias were also excellent, which they offer as a tasting while waiting for the dishes to arrive. After the amaro, they offered us homemade limoncello and liqueur. Good value for money. The atmosphere is well-kept and elegant; the staff is very kind, professional, and yet friendly. I definitely recommend it.

10/10/2025: Acquamatta is an extraordinary restaurant worth a detour. Located in the middle of nowhere, this restaurant has revitalized a former watermill, transforming it into a corner of paradise. The location is stunning, enhanced by an enchanting Zen garden and hydrangea forest. Inside, the refined, modern decor is the result of truly remarkable attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil, ideal for enjoying a candlelit dinner. The cuisine is excellent and high-quality. The menu is reimagined, offering dishes that surprise and delight the palate. Not only does it have an excellent wine cellar, to end the evening in style or start it off in style, but it also offers excellent cocktails. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and chatting with her made the experience even more enjoyable. A little place worth discovering.

21/09/2025: Home cooking with quality ingredients. The legendary Brigida (owner and cook) truly knows how to live the life of a traditional innkeeper. So, in addition to her divine cooking, she also manages to entertain and delight her guests with stories and tales! 👏💪 Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: The food was not so overwhelming! The perch fillet was fried and quite bland. The only reason to visit, is the old couple who run it and they give you a bit of an italian experience.

17/09/2025: Cascina Gervasoni can't be reached by car; it's a short walk. But it's worth it. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere, the distinct aromas, and the goats roaming freely just steps away. The cuisine is a return to the essentials, with organic dishes that have a full, authentic flavor, unlike anything we're used to. Massimo (Max), the manager, is the soul of the place. Every gesture, every word, reflects his beliefs and his lifestyle choices. It's an unusual experience, and that's precisely what makes it special. Prices are in line with many agritourisms, but from here, what you take home is so much more: the feeling of having experienced an authentic place and a special moment.

06/09/2025: I find the appetizers overpriced; one might even understand if they were elaborate dishes (with added sauces), but for the presentation of a tartare and prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella, I think the price is rather excessive. The desserts and pizza, however, are a plus.

16/10/2025: A warm and welcoming historic osteria in Rezzato. The food is always excellent, with minimal frills and plenty of substance. The meat is especially noteworthy: fillet, tagliata, and Florentine steak are top-notch! It's best to book, as the place is almost always sold out.

01/10/2025: Beautifully decorated. Very understated and cozy. Perfect for a romantic dinner. Very friendly staff. The aperitif was a surprise, with fresh olives and chips. The food is excellent. I ordered horse. The meat was cooked to perfection. The fried potatoes were cooked with the skin on, perfect. A real experience. The value for money is excellent. I will definitely stop by this exceptional place again.

The advice was excellent, and the visit to the wine cellar was the icing on the cake! A little cigar to help with digestion to end the evening on a high note! Thank you for everything!

05/10/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant for years and have always been satisfied with the food. Last night I went with friends and everyone ate well, except my partner. He ordered risotto alla pilota, which was decidedly overcooked (it tasted like rice cooked the day before). I hope this review helps prevent such surprises.
