30/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and were more than satisfied. The service was excellent and the owner was kind and welcoming. We ate very well; dishes that might have seemed heavy turned out to be light and tasty! We'll definitely be back!

13/07/2025: Sono stata con i miei familiari per la terza volta al Molino del Torchio, in mezzo alla natura a Cuasso al piano. Servizio accurato, personale gentile e buona scelta di piatti. C'è il menù degustazione a 39,00€ oppure alla carta . Io mi sono trovata bene con il primo: antipasto di salumi più patè , ravioli ( un po' al dente) con formaggio di capra e pomodorini, pesce persico con songino e sorbetto al mandarino. Gli altri hanno provato fiori di zucca con pesce, risotto, tortino, poi anche anatra arrosto e vari tipi di dolci, tutto buono. Caffè, buon vino ed acqua a un prezzo giusto.

01/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera 31.05.2025 al Ristorante Mulino del torchio. Ristorante immerso nel verde una vera chicca. Siamo stati accolti da una bellissima atmosfera romantica e raffinata. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene ,personale accogliente e preparato .

17/09/2025: Surrounded by greenery on the outside and meticulously maintained on the inside. The food is delicious, all homemade (except for the wine, which you can choose with a tablet that lists the origin and curiosities of each bottle), and the staff are incredibly friendly. We were there for my sister's birthday and tried the "menu," which I highly recommend. It includes an appetizer (vegetables, cold cuts, and appetizers), a first course (two small portions of each dish, so you can try both), a second course (the same as the first courses), and for dessert, a trio of sweets in small portions. The taragna ravioli, the roast with pistachio grains, and the cold cuts are truly superb. We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2025: Exceptional restaurant! Very few like it remain! Dinner featuring spaghetti allo scoglio, undoubtedly among the best I've ever tasted. Generous portions and excellent value. We sincerely hope this isn't, as has unfortunately been announced, the restaurant's last season for non-hotel guests. It would be a real shame to lose a little gem like this restaurant, with its fabulous view and sunset over the upper Lario. We would definitely return without hesitation, especially considering the very kind and courteous staff.

01/07/2025: This review is specifically for the restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff, fantastic food. We were 4 adults and 2 children - we felt welcomed and enjoyed our evening. Highly recommend for dinner (you may need a reservation) and would return.

03/10/2025: AVE Pizza! A nice discovery and an excellent option if you arrive late in the area and want a quick dinner to finish some work on the laptop. Very casual place, "religiously exposed" :-) , super simple and "authentic" atmosphere. Lots of locals here and I was the only accidental tourist :-) Kind and fast service with Mimmo. I tried the local pizza - which is a must when I find it marked down - the Santa Maria: good and very fast. Then I tried the classic Milanese cutlet cooked very good and "fresh". Amazing price for being in Milan which confirms that the area makes the difference :-) and that you can eat decently even under 50-60 euros :-) I'll be back! Thanks

19/09/2025: We misread what a Margherita pizza was, and they handed it to us. After we got it, we went to ask, and they kindly explained it to us and even included basil. Thank you for serving us and answering our questions. We'll definitely be back, and sorry for the misunderstanding! The waiter and manager were extremely nice!

16/07/2025: ci veniamo spesso con amici, grandi tavolate di solito. il cibo è da agriturismo quindi casereccio ma buono, porzioni normali e tutto sommato usciamo sempre soddisfatti. a volte capita l imprevisto o che magari la grigliata sia un po dura perchè preparata un po prima.. ma metto 5 stelle perche mi sembra sia l ultimo posto nel quale si possa mangiare ad un prezzo accessibile a tutti. un primo a 8 euro e un secondo a 10 non lo vedevo da anni. locale ampio e spazioso servizio non sempre perfetto ma le ragazze sono sempre molto gentili e pazienti

14/10/2025: I was speechless, unfortunately in a bad way. My recent visit (where I'd been before and I hope it was just an occasional stumble) was a complete disappointment in terms of food and service. The fish served wasn't fresh, and I found a cold risotto with chunks of raw ham: unacceptable. The breading on another dish was inexperienced, and the cream was inedible. The quality of the dishes was unexpectedly low. The wait staff was inattentive and, dare I say, inadequately trained to handle the situation. Honestly, I would have expected a reasoned apology and a more professional approach to such obvious problems. The only positive aspect is the outdoor location, which is superb. However, this doesn't make up for the serious lack of quality in the cuisine and service. Despite the beauty of the location, my experience was profoundly negative.

16/08/2025: We stopped by chance and found a family atmosphere with Tiziano, who welcomed us and enriched us with his kindness, and his stories allowed us to delve into the history of the town. Thank you for everything! We'll definitely be back.
