Away from the hustle and bustle of Milan's nightlife, this restaurant has no frills, just excellent meat. The service is professional, friendly, and relaxed, making you feel at ease and enjoying a relaxing evening.
Two appetizers, followed by the Florentine steak: excellent quality, cooked to perfection!

La Carbonaia 90 was a proper experience from start to finish.
The steak was cooked exactly how we asked. Perfect colour, great flavour, and quality you can taste straight away. The sides were fresh and simple, which let the meat do the talking.
What really made the evening stand out was Maurico. From the moment we sat down, he made sure we were fully looked after. He checked that everything matched our taste and palate, adjusted things without hesitation, and gave recommendations that were spot on.
He struck the right balance. Present when needed. Never hovering. Always attentive.
Service like that changes the whole night. Maurico genuinely cared that we enjoyed the experience, and it showed.
If you’re in Milan and want great steak with service that matches it, this is the place.

We returned after a long time to spend some quality time with friends. We had a very small child with us, 🍼and the staff was really attentive in reserving a suitable table for us.
The waitress who served us was especially wonderful! 👍🏻 She was kind throughout the dinner, and thanks to her, we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening accompanied by truly delicious dishes.
Now I understand why so many people come here to eat meat. We will definitely return for another special occasion.
