27/08/2025: Extremely friendly staff, super fast service, and the fried gnocchi were absolutely phenomenal (in every sense, both in quality and quantity). They even accommodated me with a menu change. Really friendly! The prices are more than fair! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back!

05/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience with the wait staff. During dinner, our 6-month-old baby started complaining because she was hungry. We were just warming up her bottle, but we weren't even given time to do so: a waitress, with zero tact and little understanding, immediately asked us to leave. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially since after eating, the baby remained calm and happy the rest of the time. You can eat well, but if you don't treat customers with respect (especially those with small children), the experience is inevitably ruined. The details make all the difference. We won't be returning, and we obviously won't recommend this restaurant to friends or acquaintances with children.

28/07/2025: Good evening, the food is good, the price is fair. The only thing is, if you have children, don't go. After 10 seconds of the baby crying while I was heating the milk, the waitress asked me to leave because she was disturbing me. Never happened anywhere else.

Clean and well-kept environment, needs a little more atmosphere: lights and furnishings to be reviewed. Acoustics to be corrected. Menu mainly with meat specialties: the chef is a butcher. Well prepared and presented dishes, rich and tasty. Quality raw materials. Courteous and professional service. Wine list assorted mainly with local labels. Medium-high prices.

05/09/2025: I ordered a croissant with boiled/baked ham, and it came with raw prosciutto. The coffee was ordinary, and the fresh orange juice was delicious. The menu is a bit confusing, the prices are high, and the tables are extremely crowded; if it weren't for the lack of traffic, I'd be touching shoulders with the table next to me. It's okay to have a coffee and a snack. But I still think it's a tourist trap.

06/09/2025: Very nice! My first time visiting the city. I was amazed by the beautiful places! It's so peaceful, I would gladly go back again. The restaurant is very good! The pizzas are delicious! The piadinas are even better! The service is very good, everyone is very kind.

05/09/2025: A typical restaurant where you can enjoy excellent fish dishes. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the setting elegant. However, the €32 tasting menu left us a little hungry: it doesn't feature actual pieces of fish, but rather a variety of dishes (crêpes, pâté, burgers, etc.), and the risotto could have been more generous with the fish. It's a shame, because this makes the value for money of this menu a bit mixed. I think it's better to choose a real dish.

14/08/2025: I know the Rivale brand well and we often frequent the other restaurant in Brescia, always with excellent experiences. Unfortunately, the service at Rivale al Lago was chaotic: several waiters asked us the same questions multiple times, our drink order wasn't respected, and the turbot was excessively salty, even for those who like savory food. Poor organization, dessert ordered but requested again by other waiters, and the bathroom was in disreputable condition. Too bad, the location is splendid, but the experience was disappointing.

11/08/2025: An excellent culinary experience in a stunning location just steps from the lake. The menu offers a varied and very interesting selection, excellent and beautifully presented dishes, and unique flavors, especially the amazing truffle risotto. The service was attentive and punctual, pleasant and never intrusive, yet very present. We had lunch with two appetizers: a beef tartare with eggplant parmesan, preceded by a welcome entrée, their excellent homemade breadsticks. This was followed by their first courses: an unforgettable truffle risotto and excellent ravioli with bacon and cheese. Their homemade pastries were truly appreciated, including a revisited rose cake that was simply amazing! Everything was perfect.

19/08/2025: Very nice place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a wide selection of meats, cooked to perfection, and an excellent wine list. We were pampered from start to finish. I can't recommend it enough, especially for meat lovers.
