26/08/2025: A quaint and popular restaurant. We ordered a first course, trofie with pesto, two second courses, swordfish, and a superb grilled fish, along with an excellent bottle of wine and water. The portions were truly generous. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were excellent. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The staff was quick and attentive. Prices were in the medium-high range. Be patient if you want to eat outside, as it's always busy. We opted to dine inside and didn't have to wait.

27/04/2025: Ottima cena a Loano una domenica sera d’inverno. Tagliolini al ragù di pescato ed ombrina a bassa temperatura coi carciofi: tutto molto ben fatto! Porzioni non esorbitanti ma vanno bene se si vuol fare un percorso di primo-secondo-dessert: un modo per assaggiare tutto. Rossese come vino, ben all’altezza del pasto. Consigliatissimo!!

25/06/2025: The food is very simple – only lightly seasoned and prepared without any particular finesse. The meat dishes from the casserole were rather dry, quite fatty, and unconvincing in flavor. The same goes for the mixed appetizer platter: it wasn't bad, but overall very neutral and bland. The house wine is of a very low quality – it's worth opting for other wines instead. The ambiance is also rather simple. On a positive note, many locals eat there – usually a good sign. The service was attentive, and the food was served promptly. Overall, this is an inexpensive restaurant. However, I wouldn't say the value for money is convincing. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've perhaps never had such a bad meal in Italy.

The ingredients were top-quality, enhanced by surprising and never boring combinations. The undisputed star of the evening was the black truffle, masterfully used in several courses. The balance of flavors was perfect: the truffle did not overpower, but elegantly enhanced each dish. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic, creative cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. I will definitely return.

The place is family-run, and everyone is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Surrounded by greenery, it's perfect for families or a cool summer evening. 22/08/2025: We ordered a Ceviche and a Zucchini pasta. What we got had nothing to do with what was promised on the menu. Instead of ceviche, I was served a fish carpaccio with fruit and soy sauce on the side — basically sashimi. Fresh fish, yes, but no vinaigrette, no seasoning, just a splash of passion fruit. When I asked if they even knew what a “leche de tigre” was (the essential base of any real ceviche), they had no idea. That explained everything. When I challenged the manager, he tried to pass it off as a “revisited ceviche.” That’s not creativity — that’s ignorance dressed up as innovation The Zucchini pasta was even worse: it tasted like pure shellfish with a couple of zucchini slices thrown in. The flavor was so overpowering... The only logical explanation? They didn’t even bother to wash the pans. It was careless, sloppy cooking at its worst. One of the servers admitted we were right, but the manager’s response was dismissive and insulting. Excuses instead of accountablity. This place wastes good ingredients with terrible execution and even worse management. If you’re expecting what you order, you’ll be disappointed.

20/07/2025: Excellent restaurant with a truly interesting menu, offering a well-balanced selection of meat and fish. We (2 adults and 1 child) chose fish and were not disappointed. The appetizer was Ligurian-style mussels and fried sardines, followed by trofie with pesto, potatoes and green beans, spaghetti with clams, and paccheri with monkfish and bottarga. Everything was delicious! The desserts are also worth a try. There are about a dozen options to choose from. Excellent value.

05/07/2025: Very good food, imprecise service but it is forgiven because the staff is very kind and very committed. The price is fair, so I recommend it.

24/08/2025: We went for pizza for dinner, and we didn't like it at all. The dough was hard and cloying. The place is very hot inside; there's no air conditioning or even a simple fan. We waited over 40 minutes for our pizzas to be delivered, even though most of the tables were empty and had "reserved" signs on them. We were there for an hour and a half, and in all that time, no one came to sit at those "reserved" tables. They prioritize takeout and are slow to serve. The owner is rude, but the waiters are courteous. The prices are normal. We won't be returning.

13/07/2025: Dinner in good company. Tagliolini with wild boar sauce, plentiful, the sauce too spicy, the rabbit too dry, stringy with a dry exterior. The Barbera was good, the dessert was good.
