The lunch was all very delicious, the tasting menu was excellent, we had a wonderful time, very friendly, the presentation of the dishes was elegant. I recommend it.

We ate at the restaurant, which is a small oasis of relaxation on the Aurelia. The food was very good. Prices were a bit high.

19/04/2026: Dinner on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The restaurant is located just outside Cairo Montenotte in a charming spot that I think is fantastic in the summer. The location and interior are welcoming. The menu features a few well-chosen dishes; the blue cheeses are a must-try. I must emphasize that, following a small mishap that occurred unintentionally with one of the two managers, the correctness in rectifying the situation was impeccable. It means a lot to me because it shows how much they care about their guests! I recommend it and will definitely be back. It's best to book!
02/12/2025: We arrived very late on a Monday, but the owner welcomed us with kindness and warmth! Lovely, rustic place, warm and welcoming. Excellent meat, great music. We'll be back! Le cavallerizze

11/03/2026: Very good food. A bit pricey and not full on a Saturday night when it really should have been. Some if the best food I've had for years here in Italy though (I live here). And you can park outside.
26/10/2025: A fantastic discovery. I went there for dinner yesterday for the first time and will definitely be back. Wonderful dishes prepared with top-quality seasonal ingredients. Honorable mention goes to the gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle. The wine list is also excellent and extensive. The staff, led by Massimiliano and Marianna, is friendly, polite, and always attentive to their guests' needs...they make you feel welcome...
