There were some issues with ordering and the timing of the dishes, as some diners waited an hour for one dish, while others received them all at once. Despite this, we can be confident because everything we ate was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

We ate wonderfully: snapper tartare that I can't even make at home, baked scallops on a fava bean puree, and an amazing Ligurian-style snapper. Homemade desserts and liqueurs. Fair prices for such fresh fish!

19/04/2026: Dinner on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The restaurant is located just outside Cairo Montenotte in a charming spot that I think is fantastic in the summer. The location and interior are welcoming. The menu features a few well-chosen dishes; the blue cheeses are a must-try. I must emphasize that, following a small mishap that occurred unintentionally with one of the two managers, the correctness in rectifying the situation was impeccable. It means a lot to me because it shows how much they care about their guests! I recommend it and will definitely be back. It's best to book!
02/12/2025: We arrived very late on a Monday, but the owner welcomed us with kindness and warmth! Lovely, rustic place, warm and welcoming. Excellent meat, great music. We'll be back! Le cavallerizze
