10/11/2024: If there is a restaurant in the Ligurian valley that you absolutely must try, it is “Ritrovo degli amici”. We were welcomed with a smile, the meal was perfect, the wine sublime. The owner makes exceptional homemade pasta, wild boar stew to die for...the antipasti are provided generously and are filled with high quality products. If you decide to just have a drink you will have a nice plate of aperitifs to accompany it. On every trip to Liguria, we stop in Verdeggia for this restaurant. Level quality price more than reasonable Go for it with your eyes closed we highly recommend

It is the place where you can drink some of the best cocktails in Bordighera and at the same time it is a refined restaurant that expertly blends the cuisine and flavors of Liguria with the distant and exotic ones of Japan. Nothing is left to chance, from the manga-style cocktail list to the vast wine list that ranges between Italy and France. A mandatory stop for anyone in these parts.

27/05/2025: An incredible setting, it feels like you're eating in the back of an antique shop. The welcome is charming and French is spoken fluently. As for the dishes, they are generous and tasty... A real treat, fresh products and cooked with love.

08/06/2025: I would like to point out that the restaurant was full of customers, including school groups. We had booked for 3 adults + infant, we ordered 2 first courses and a fish grill, the dishes were served cold and of mediocre quality. The bill also included a cover charge for the little girl, for whom the meal was shared with the writer.

27/03/2025: A zonzo con amici per la Liguria , ci siamo imbattuti in questa località dell'interno all'ora di pranzo e dopo aver consultato TA siamo entrati trovando un bel salone, tipico delle vecchie trattorie, ma molto ordinato e coi tavoli ben preparati con tovagliati bianchi e che profumavano di pulito. Siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente e ci è stato proposto un menù ricco di piatti tipici e con in più fuori menù il cinghiale con polenta. Alcuni di noi hanno optato per un tris di antipasti altri per un primo di gnocchi al pesto, a seguire un fantastico coniglio e per chi come me ha scelto il cinghiale, c'è stata grande soddisfazione. Tutti i piatti ci sono piaciuti e non ostante Vallebona non sia nei nostri circuiti tradizionali, siamo convinti che ci torneremo presto. La carta dei vini offre varie scelte e la pulizia dei bagni rende la sosta piacevole. Complimenti al personale ed il conto ci è sembrato adeguato a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consigliato e vale senz'altro il viaggio.
