10/11/2024: If there is a restaurant in the Ligurian valley that you absolutely must try, it is “Ritrovo degli amici”. We were welcomed with a smile, the meal was perfect, the wine sublime. The owner makes exceptional homemade pasta, wild boar stew to die for...the antipasti are provided generously and are filled with high quality products. If you decide to just have a drink you will have a nice plate of aperitifs to accompany it. On every trip to Liguria, we stop in Verdeggia for this restaurant. Level quality price more than reasonable Go for it with your eyes closed we highly recommend

02/11/2024: Ho trovato il ristorante casualmente perché quelli di Triora dove volevamo andare provenienti da Alassio, erano pieni e noi non avevamo prenotato . L’arrivo e’ stato un po’ laborioso perché anche con il satellitare era facile sbagliare strada. Ad ogni modo paesino fra i boschi ridotto al minimo (42 abitanti) a 1100 metri d’altezza ; ristorante a gestione familiare: quattro primi , quattro secondi fra cui il cinghiale . Cucina casalinga genuina e semplice . La contitolare che serviva ai tavoli gentile e simpatica. E’ stata un’esperienza davvero insolita fra anche perché un 2 novembre con un sole come quello di oggi non l’avevo mai visto . Consiglio vivamente . Claudio Bertolini Milano

16/10/2024: We have been coming to Ristorante Valprino since the late 80s and can only report the very best. For over 30 years now, the fine and typical Ligurian food with products from our own garden and olive grove has always been of excellent quality. This is not least because the family business guarantees continuity of quality. If you weren't here, you weren't in Liguria.

12/10/2024: Super delicious, local, and honest cuisine. A 10-course menu, served promptly by friendly staff. Drinks were refilled free of charge. Reservations are essential!

31/03/2025: We ate there on Saturday afternoon, March 22, 2025. The food was absolutely delicious, all homemade, and the service was extremely attentive and friendly. They also have various products that they produce on site, such as honey, oil, etc. We'll be back. I highly recommend Agriturismo Cà Sottane.

12/01/2025: The restaurant is located in an old mill, which offers a good ambience The staff is serviceminded. We had the lunchmenu for 35€. They only have one red one white local wine. The food is ok but not more.

18/03/2025: Very average pizza, not inflated (absolutely not a Neapolitan), a little too salty, canned mushrooms. Bad organization 10 minutes of waiting just to pay! Extremely hot room, no air conditioning or very little, but above all the doors wide open to the street with unbearable noise! Hell. I don't understand the comments from people who are delighted and who return several times!

23/02/2025: Good place with friendly and helpful staff. Good food with generous portions. I took spaghetti with clams, spaghetti with seafood and fried calamari and prawns. Everything ok for quality and quantity. The panna cotta made by them is good. Fair price.

03/03/2025: Nous avons bu un très bon verre de vin de Toscane, au bar pour l’apéritif. Ensuite nous n’avions pas très faim alors n’avons pris qu’un plat de pâtes avec un autre verre de vin chacun suivi d’un dessert et tout était vraiment très bon avec un service très bienveillant.

02/03/2025: Trattoria!!! Prices and menus at Trattoria al mare. Kind and very cheerful owner. You feel at home. Good typical Ligurian dishes. Good fish and some catch too.

20/01/2025: Only three stars for the environment, but you can't do more with such a small place, but the rest makes up for it fully. Friendly owner with the right spirit even if only serving the almost full place. The food was excellent and with the right price ratio, also served with adequate time. Just one note for the owner, he should update the times on the Google tab more often because if he doesn't answer you throughout Saturday, which is marked open, you think it's closed for winter rest and book at another restaurant. However we will return as soon as possible.

02/03/2025: Finalmente abbiamo cenato in una vera osteria che ha il sapore “di una volta”, il tempo sembra essersi fermato e Massimo il cameriere, una persona semplice e squisita. Ravioli eccellenti, coniglio superlativo, dolce, pere e cioccolato, molto buono. Leggermente sotto tono l’antipasto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo molto interessante e come dovrebbe essere in una vera osteria ! Molto bene !
