08/05/2025: Eravamo in 8 persone. La posizione è ottima. Fronte mare. Qualità del cibo discreta. Porzioni giuste (alcune un pò al limite) L'attesa è stata un eccessiva fra gli antipasti e la seconda portata. La nota negativa è il servizio. Camerieri cupi, poco disponibili al limite della maleducazione. Titolari praticamente assenti nell'interfacciarsi con la clientela. Maleducazione che poi è emersa verso le ore 15.00, con ancora 2 tavoli oltre al nostro occupati da altri clienti, quando i camerieri hanno inizito a sparecchiare e togliere le cose dalla tavola con ancora noi seduti a bere l'amaro. A mia figlia hanno tolto il bichiere con ancora la bevanda (coca cola) dentro. Ovviamente l'ho fatto riportare. Insomma, un fine pranzo molto sgradevole. Non torneremo di certo in questo ristorante. Peccato, perchè la gente che lavora (specie nelle festività) merita rispetto ed ammirazione; ma altrettanto lo merita il cliente che paga.

03/05/2025: Ottimo, abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio con il personale (cordiale e disponibile) Qualità TOP, il pesce era fresco, porzioni abbondanti, tutto davvero molto buono.

16/10/2024: We have been coming to Ristorante Valprino since the late 80s and can only report the very best. For over 30 years now, the fine and typical Ligurian food with products from our own garden and olive grove has always been of excellent quality. This is not least because the family business guarantees continuity of quality. If you weren't here, you weren't in Liguria.

02/06/2025: Muy bien situado, el servicio era rápido, pero la comida es decepcionante. El croissant estaba seco, el capuchino muy lechoso con un toque de sabor a café y el helado Creme sabía simplemente dulce y con sabor artificial.

17/05/2025: Don't let the outside fool you. The food is good, the price is right and the people are super nice. Even though we ran out of frozen fries as a side dish, the lady took the time to peel and fry fresh ones. The interior is small but well-kept. I'll be back.

27/05/2025: I went to this place on Sunday evening to celebrate my son's first salary. What can I say... Amazing pizza with a not too thick edge and above all the whole pizza is crunchy..(just how I like it). Not like those that when you lift the slice all the toppings end up on the plate. Well seasoned and combinations for all tastes. A round of applause also to Jessica the very kind waitress, fast and always smiling. Finally when it was time to pay we had a chat with the very nice owner who also offered us the amaro.. We will definitely be back.. Thank you and keep it up....

27/04/2025: A restaurant worth the detour, very good, tasty dish

02/06/2025: We spent three days at the campsite, but unfortunately there was a power surge, and now we have damage to the electronics in the motorhome. The charger is probably defective. The campsite manager said it was a problem with ENEL, the electricity provider. They're probably trying to avoid paying compensation. Several campers have the same damage. Let's see how they react if several campers want compensation. We can only recommend the site with reservations. Now everything is repaired, and the bill is on its way to Italy. Another camper sent the bill 14 days ago and hasn't even received a response yet! Let's see how the claims settlement goes!! Unfortunately, we still haven't received any responses! Neither from the campsite nor from anyone else. It's sad that they offer everything first, and then you hear nothing more 😒 Unfortunately, there hasn't been a positive response to date, neither from the campsite nor from ENEL. It's a shame that people are treated like this and left to pay for their damage. We will simply avoid this site.

13/05/2025: Rest area or camping?!?! Let's say halfway between the two, less than 1km from the sea and the town centre! Large pitches and almost all in the shade! Electricity available on the pitch! There is only one bathroom/shower block for a fee and very far from the pitch.

09/06/2025: We had lunch in the outdoor area overlooking the sea, a fantastic place, very professional service but it's sad to admit that we spent too much compared to what we ate, the quality was excellent but the expense was not worth the effort.

24/04/2025: Non-obvious ingredients, linked to Western Liguria, intersect in a well-executed menu proposal with touches of originality especially in the creation of the desserts. Very fresh fish. Honest prices, weighted towards quality and hospitality. The place setting makes sense both for the aperitif offered and for the sober and elegant tablecloths, crockery and cutlery. The outdoor setting in the historic center is a beautiful setting. Note of merit: the wine shop, which offers a well-stocked wine list.
