26/09/2025: The gluten-free sandwiches are good, but it's a shame that the bread used is the packaged kind found in supermarkets, and that since they've been gluten-free for years, they haven't yet managed to offer gluten-free chips and bacon (and contamination). Even though the sandwiches have been revisited (removing ingredients like beacon), there's still a surcharge on the gluten-free menu.

20/01/2026: I have been to this place two years ago approximately and it was amazing; I have no gluten intolerence and yet it even their gluten free option was mindblowing.
This time? What a mess. What they serve as a gluten free option should not even be called a pizza, the place is falling apart (literally), and the price is way far off from the value of what you get. Would never turn back and would never recommend to anyone.
Apparently the owner also replies negatively to negative reviews (based on some that I read). No comments beyond that.

14/10/2025: A very bad experience. We were seated at the very back of the terrace, at a rickety table, under broken decorations that were in danger of falling. The welcome was cold, almost contemptuous, and we can't help but think that this treatment was linked to our appearance. This feeling of exclusion and discrimination is unacceptable, especially in a place that is supposed to welcome everyone. Avoid.

07/12/2025: I tried a lunchtime meal with my son months ago... never again. Inattentive service, tiny portions, even unevenly distributed across tables, a menu that promises ingredients that then barely make an appearance on the dishes to save money. We're not there.

06/08/2025: Potessi metterei una valutazione ancora più alta di cinque pallini. E’ un ristorante fantastico con personale preparato ed accogliente. Sapori tradizionali, ma anche innovativi e pensati come il risotto al pesto e gamberi. Un classico i pacchetti e le trofie. La cotoletta un must anche se al mare! Tutto superbo dalla A alla Z!
02/08/2025: Ci sono stato diverse volte in quanto piace alla mia compagna.
Per me come quello che ha preso il posto al Pitosforo con Portofino non ci azzeccano nulla nel modo piu assoluto.
Sono dei brand ,fumo tanto arrosto molto poco.
Piacciono a questa nuova tipologia di clientela......di burini.
Fossero in grado di cucinare e,soprattutto pulire un pesce ai ferri sarebbe gia' qualcosa.

04/03/2026: Unfortunately, after trying it a second time, I have to give it a negative review. The farinata, which was their strong point, was completely soaked in oil and didn't even seem cooked. Inedible. I gave it a second chance. This was it. STOP!
27/01/2026: A small, great bastion of authentic Genoese cuisine. The new management has relaunched the historic restaurant in the spirit of true Genoese tradition. Here you can enjoy farinata as God intended. Cooked in a wood-fired oven. Thin and crispy to perfection. When I see tourists queuing up to eat farinata that bears no resemblance to the real thing, I feel sick. What do they think of this extraordinary dish?! At this restaurant, you'll find all the traditional Genoese dishes prepared with excellent ingredients and at a fair price. The service is courteous and helpful. A little off the beaten tourist track. But for us Genoese, that's a blessing 😊

06/01/2026: We stopped by this place by chance. One of the few open after New Year's Eve. We asked for a spot on the patio with space for our dog, and we were granted it. The staff is very friendly. The patio was warm but a bit cramped. There were a lot of people waiting for a table. We ordered two first courses and a second course with a side. The first courses were good but average, the fried fish was superb. The prices, like everywhere on the Riviera, are a bit high, but it's money well spent on a holiday. The staff are really friendly, highly recommended.
05/01/2026: Everything we ordered was delicious! The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable, like home. And the service was top-notch.
