18/02/2026: Refined and welcoming place, experience as expected... highly recommended

09/02/2026: Went there as a couple at one of the rare rains days in Sanremo and were welcomed by a cosy atmosphere and Barbara, who together with her husband Paolo and their son run the place. Barbara was not only managing the service, but had also a lot to share about the concept of the restaurant and the sourcing of the products and ingredients Paolo uses in the kitchen as well as the origin of their well selected wine-card. We tried the Orto e Mare degustation menu, with a fresh Prosecco to begin with and a Franciacorta Rose Nature Cuvee 36 from the Casa Caterina cantina. In a nutshell, well composed and balance menu with strong Ligurian accent, all very natural and fresh. Highlights for me were the Uovo affogato and the snails Lumache della Val Nervia. It was lovely evening, time flew by. Well deserved Michelin star!

09/09/2025: Da Monica: A great find in Cicagna! I was passing through Cicagna and, looking for a place to eat, I stumbled upon this diner. I was a little confused at first, because at the entrance I saw a counter selling fresh pasta. But once I found the right entrance, I discovered the true heart of the place. I tried the ravioli with meat sauce and I must say the quality was truly excellent. The ravioli were incredibly fresh, the meat sauce flavorful, and the portions were generous. My only small complaint, which doesn't affect my overall rating, concerns the oil, which, in my opinion, wasn't up to par with the deliciousness of the ravioli. The service was very quick, and my dish was served piping hot in no time. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the table layout, which is a bit too close together. Overall, my rating is absolutely positive. The experience was excellent and I intend to return, perhaps with more time, to try the full menu that intrigued me.

20/10/2025: La Pagoda serves excellent pizza and delicious Ligurian cuisine. Prices are fair. The service is excellent, both friendly and fast. I return often and am always happy.

17/02/2026: The gelato was good, but I was really disappointed by the size of the two-flavor cup. Maybe I haven't been back in a while, but since when is it so tiny? For €3, then...

15/02/2026: We stopped at this café during our visit to the village of Finalborgo. Located in the main square, there are both indoor and outdoor tables. We had two coffees, a piece of crostata, a gobeletto (Ligurian pastry), and a cup of gelato for the child. Everything was delicious. The waitress who served us was friendly.

10/11/2025: Superb restaurant by the sea. We had lobster pasta, which was excellent! And very good desserts too: apple tart and chocolate fondant. The prices for starters and main courses are rather high, but the portions are very generous and of good quality! The service was very pleasant; we had a wonderful time.

29/10/2025: we absolutely loved this meal!!! learn some basic italian to order your food and enjoy the freshest pasta + sauce combo of your choice. the woman working in the restaurant was kind and warm to us, and watching her prepare our food was super cool. the pasta was the best we had in CT - you don’t need to sit down at a fancy place to enjoy bomb pasta and incredible pesto!! the serving sizes were generous and i loved that you could customize your combo. give them a try, you won’t be disappointed 😊

08/02/2026: The staff was very friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. We ate an excellent octopus and potato salad, and mussels marinara. The fried fish was amazing...I recommend it, we'll definitely be back.

24/11/2025: I've been frequenting this place for a few years because I've always found the food and service to be excellent. Almost every product is expertly crafted by Salvatore, the father, while his daughters, who are very kind and professional, handle customer service.
