29/01/2025: I only came to eat there 3 times a few years apart and yet each time I wasn't disappointed at all, the pizza was very good and the prices were average, plus the waiters were very kind. Maybe not the fastest service but last time there were 15 of us so I can understand that it wasn't easy, however this doesn't take away the 5 stars from this place, highly recommended!

16/04/2025: Came at 3:30pm, quick, friendly service a s some very tasty pasta, had spaghetti cabonara and Genoa local pasta with pesto, very strong basil flavour

05/04/2025: Really disappointing experience. The kebab pizza was cold, the chips equally cold and completely mushy. The meat, hard and fatty, seemed almost raw: inedible. Terrible service, unfriendly staff and very long waiting times. I certainly won't be back. They said "that was the sauce got cold".

09/04/2025: An experience not to be repeated and this opinion was shared by the 5 motorcyclist friends with whom I stopped for lunch. At least 45 minutes passed after ordering before having lunch with a dish that was not particularly complicated in preparation. Cutlery recovered by us from an empty table. Upon requesting oil for seasoning, we were brought a practically empty bottle and upon our further request we had to endure the protests of the waiter. One star is too much....

08/09/2024: Fantastic location on the sea that allows you to taste excellent Sicilian food. We ate the parmigiana, the arancino with squid ink and finished with a cannoli... all very good! I recommend it!

05/03/2025: Sunday lunch. Guests so I can't say if it's expensive. But I think good value for money. The food was very good, the staff were attentive, precise and very kind. I'll be back

20/03/2025: We were at the campsite for 3 days, unfortunately there was a power surge and now we have damage to the electronics in the motorhome. The charger is probably defective - the boss of the campsite said it was a problem with ENEL, the electricity provider. You probably want to avoid compensation. If there are several campers, the same damage occurs. Let's see how you react if several people want compensation. We can only recommend the place to a limited extent. Now everything is repaired and the bill is on its way to Italy. Another camper sent the invoice 14 days ago and didn't even get a response! Let's see how the damage settlement goes!! Unfortunately, we still don't have any answers! Neither from the CP nor from anyone else. Sadly, everything is offered at first and then you don't hear anything anymore 😒

17/11/2024: One star because I can't give anything; Yesterday we sat outside for 10 minutes and no one came to serve us, we could hear the waitresses talking about their personal things instead of looking after the customers, if you are not happy leave the place to those who want to work, but for heaven's sake! If you have a room with 2 rooms you must be present at BOTH, do not justify your inefficiency.

22/09/2024: Wir haben dieses Lokal zum Sonntagmittagessen aus dem tavole.doc Gastrobuch ausgewählt. Nachdem wir bereits einige der dort verzeichneten Restaurants ausprobiert haben, waren wir auf etwas Neues und Überraschendes gespannt. Von außen ist das Restaurant eher unscheinbar. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse direkt an der Straße zur Seeseite, aber weil es sehr windig war, haben wir ohnehin innen Platz genommen. Wir waren lange Zeit die einzigen Gäste, und erst als wir unser Dessert bekamen, wurden zwei weitere Tische besetzt. Der Innenraum ist ein ansprechend restauriertes Rustico-Gewölbe. Auf einer Tafel an der Wand war mit Kreide das Motto angeschrieben, das sinngemäß lautete: "Wie ein Ei ohne Salz - es ist weder gut noch schlecht". Wir waren also auf das berühmte "Salz in der Suppe" gespannt. Wir wählten das Degustationsmenü, das als Überraschungsmenü angekündigt wurde. Als "Gruß aus der Küche" gab es eine Scheibe bruschetta. Das ist ohne Zweifel etwas sehr einfaches, aber es kann trotzdem sehr lecker sein, wenn man aromatische Tomaten benutzt und diese mit entsprechenden Gewürzen mariniert. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Es war letztlich nur eine Scheibe Zwieback mit Tomatenstückchen. Simpel. Als Antipasto wurde ein Polpo-Salat gereicht. Wir man es oft macht: in eine kleine Rundform waren vor allem Bohnen und etwas Kartoffeln und Polpo gepresst, und das Türmchen wurde auf Orangenscheiben serviert. Durchaus schmackhaft, aber gewöhnlich, wie man es auch in einfacheren Restaurants in dieser Qualität bekommt. Als Primo gab es Risotto ai frutti di mare. Das Gericht hatte eine gute Konsistenz und der Sugo war stimmig. Das secondo war ein Filet vom Seebarsch, gereicht auf vier Kartoffelscheiben und - wieder - Bohnen. Im Sinne der "Degustation" hätte man wenigstens ein anderes Gemüse wählen können. Drei dolce standen zur Auswahl (Cheesecake, Brownie oder Tiramisu). Alle Gänge kamen rasch nacheinander und wir sind selten so schnell mit einem Menü fertig gewesen, wie an diesem Sonntag. Für die beiden Menüs, eine preiswerte Flasche Pigato, aqua naturale aus dem Wasserhahn und zwei Caffé betrug die Rechnung 150 Euro. Was uns nur zu einer mittleren Bewertung führt ist dieses: Das Come a Casa will in der oberen Liga mitspielen, aber erreicht das Niveau nicht. Man verlangt Preise der gehobenen Küche, liefert aber nur gewöhnliche Gerichte. Nehmen wir das Bruschetta aus, war das Essen in Ordnung, aber Raffinesse war leider bei keinem der einzelnen Gerichte zu erkennen. Und das darf man in einem .doc Restaurant erwarten. Wir fragten uns nachher, warum dieses Lokal im tavole.doc Führer empfohlen wird, denn es fällt gegenüber anderen in dieser Gruppe deutlich ab (soweit wir in den Provinzen Imperia und Savona unterwegs waren). So war es ein insgesamt eher langweiliges und enttäuschendes Sonntagessen. Man will (so das Motto) das Salz auf dem Ei reichen, weil dieses ohne Salz weder gut noch schlecht schmeckt. Ironischerweise tappt man aber genau in diese Falle, denn die "Prise Salz" fehlte.

31/08/2024: I was for dinner and the welcome was pleasant, the staff is very kind and helpful, they also brought us a bruschetta as a welcome entrée. I tried the seafood risotto and for dessert the spice-glazed figs with pistachio ice cream and I must say that I liked everything and the portions were just right. The internal location is beautiful and characteristic of the place.

23/04/2025: Very nice and well-kept place on the seafront. Professional and courteous staff. The dishes, in short, the spaghetti allo scoglio was not tasty, in fact very bland. The grilled sea bass was very good. The bill was quite salty for the perceived quality.

20/04/2025: Terrible service, arrived at the restaurant at 12.05pm, with the restaurant almost empty; when ordering we were asked whether to bring all the orders together, with our answer in the affirmative. Not one dish was served together with the others and one of the ordered dishes was brought to the table an hour after our arrival. Fish skewer with rice cake and vegetables of dubious quality, the swordfish was served in slices with the skin on, the prawns were almost charred to the point of not being able to remove them from the skewer, the rice cake had the consistency of a "rice briquette". Unfortunately only appearance and very little substance.

07/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena sabato sera in questo locale, con il mio fidanzato e una coppia di amici. Cibo ottimo, dall'antipasto al secondo, pesce fresco e sapori molto delicati. Dolci buonissimi, specialmente il cannolo siciliano arrivato direttamente da Palermo! Ma una nota speciale va alla proprietaria Ada, che ci ha accolto con la sua passione per la cucina e con la sua battuta sempre pronta. Torneremo sicuramente in questo ristorante, essendo già diventato un punto di riferimento per la nostra estate a Cogoleto :)

17/03/2025: We happened upon it by chance and by luck, seeing as how we found a place by pure miracle, immediately welcomed in a friendly and very welcoming way by the lady whom I thank for her availability, we had a fish-based lunch, with the seafood palette as a starter, a first course from the sea and one from land, finishing with a dessert, all simply spectacular and in a more than satisfying quantity, all very fresh and at the right price. Absolutely recommended.
