03/10/2025: It's a 3-star hotel, you can't expect the moon, but we had a great time, the staff was wonderful, the owners were very friendly, the location was enviable, we always return out of season.

19/07/2026: We've been customers since 1996, but this is the last time I'll be there. Let's just say that courtesy isn't their strong point.

12/07/2026: We met up with friends for pizza. The place is very quiet and on a street where parking is very easy. The staff was very kind and helpful, the pizzas were large, and I found the dough to be excellent. Which is no small feat, we even paid a pretty penny. Highly recommended.

27/06/2026: The food is good, of course, but the 30-minute wait for an order with four tables occupied (literally, there were eight people in the entire place) is excessive. Timed: we sit down and they bring us water, 30 minutes to order, they bring us bread, another 20 minutes for each dish. We didn't order more; we just had coffee or dessert because it was supposed to be a quick stop, but once we saw the pace, we gave up. I understand that maybe there's only one person in the kitchen, but in the meantime, let them know there's a wait so someone can decide what to do. At least take the order right away and bring some bread for the wait (especially if you see there's a small child). Then again, good, but it's a real shame. I'll add a comment about the bill, which isn't a taverna fare and which I would have overlooked if the service had been quick: €50 for a sausage, a ravioli, and a portion of potatoes. Literally two dishes with sides, just water, no coffee. I repeat, everything was delicious, but it's too pretentious to charge a €2.50 cover charge per person (even for a baby) with service like that. Maybe someone was missing, but if you're in a hurry, it's not the place for a quick stop.

02/08/2026: A trattoria that seems to have come straight out of a Perrault tale, nestled in the middle of a beech forest, far from everything, on the Fregarolo Pass. I went during the week, and it was truly a pleasant discovery. The trattoria is well-decorated and maintains the charm of a traditional Ligurian Apennine restaurant. Overall, I ate well: some dishes were truly remarkable (wild boar ravioli), others could be improved, but certainly not to be denigrated. The host was friendly; I exchanged a few words with him, and he proved to be a down-to-earth guy. The price was absolutely fair. The only drawback is the parking space; you have to leave your car on the side of the road, and the road isn't exactly like Via XX in Genoa. P.S. Currently—August 2026—at the Cabanne crossroads, there's a sign that incorrectly indicates the road is closed (without even specifying the exact height). I took it anyway, thinking that at worst I'd turn back. I was lucky.

19/07/2026: This place is a paradise, on the Ligurian Apennine pass, in the middle of the woods surrounded by greenery and flowers with a spring. Excellent food, attentive and friendly service, internal rooms and a large outdoor terrace.

18/04/2026: Ordered pizza for the first time this evening. Very good, light, good toppings, cheese focaccia. Quick delivery, and the delivery guy was very friendly. Well done.

02/06/2026: Business lunch. Workers' menu and à la carte, pizza also available for lunch. Excellent food and efficient service, working-class prices of €13. Recommended

06/07/2026: The place is simple and almost unnoticeable, but if you're passing through and feeling peckish, you have to stop and try the chickpea farinata, the wheat farinata, or one of the delicious focaccias available daily. The effect is that you'll want to come back for more. Great for a snack at any time, especially after returning from the beach. I gave the service 5 stars to recognize the owner's friendliness and kindness.

05/04/2026: We are staying for the Easter weekend, even if it is a 1 star hotel it is valid, the rooms are always clean and tidy every day, the staff are super helpful and competent, they also have a restaurant downstairs, really good pizza and cuisine recommended

04/07/2026: Clean and quiet beach with a lifeguard on duty. Bar and restaurant always open with a wide selection of products. Excellent bottles of wine at fair prices. Aperitif right on the beach with a table and excellent cocktails. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Maurizio for his availability.

07/03/2026: Passing through Sanremo for the weekend, this restaurant came highly recommended. And we weren't disappointed! 🤩 First of all, the service was impeccable: incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire meal. The beautiful setting and cozy atmosphere were perfect for us. The food also lived up to the enchanting surroundings: everything was fresh and homemade. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience! 🙌

26/01/2026: We entered, drawn by the 4.4 Google rating, but our first impression was immediately negative: the room was deserted and the atmosphere dull, which should have been concerning. The decor is decidedly dated and ugly, with those red and black rose-patterned tiles that make the space heavy and unwelcoming. As for the food, we were completely disappointed. The prices for the appetizers are very high, which is unjustifiable given the quality. We ate frozen fish and flavorless first courses. The menu is too extensive: there are too many dishes on the menu, and the quality suffers significantly. It's much better to offer a few well-made dishes than thirty poorly executed ones. Paying €40 per person for this experience is a real shame. It seems the chef has lost his passion for good food. A restyling of the restaurant and a thorough overhaul of the menu are absolutely necessary. Not recommended. ————- His response is as childish as it is revealing. You confuse hunger with enjoyment: we finished the (mediocre) ravioli simply because we were hungry, but the tagliolini were left there precisely because they were inedible. Instead of lashing out at the customers' style or making absurd comparisons to France, you should ask yourself why a "historic" establishment serves frozen fish and tasteless dishes. Attacking guests' clothing is the last resort of those who no longer know how to cook. Best regards to you and your rudeness.

29/04/2026: An exceptional place!!! The drinks are fabulous, the cocktails are just the right amount, and the food served with aperitifs is excellent in both quality and quantity (panissa, cured meats, cheeses, omelettes, delicious snacks, and even more elaborate dishes like fried or stuffed anchovies—there's everything, and it's all delicious, etc., etc.). The proletarians are friendly, kind, and pleasant (never intrusive). There's plenty of privacy, but there are tables to accommodate even more people. The atmosphere is unique, with decorations like a van loaded with 80s anime figures and stickers, a fully modified Vespa—it feels a bit like being in one of those trattorias from the Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movies with the dune buggy, plus there's a sea view. Perfect for both summer sunsets and winter evenings. I've always gone there for aperitifs, but I assume they also have excellent lunches and dinners. In short, I can only give it an A+.

28/03/2026: Fantastic! I drove past, saw the smiling waitress, and thought... anyone who smiles like that must truly love their job. What a fantastic place! A former Vespa workshop, now a Vespa Club, across from the shipyard. The best Margherita pizza I've ever had, and so many handmade delicacies. The owner is incredibly kind; she spoke and understood my language. It was one of the best evenings of my four-week trip. I can't wait to go back this year.

06/06/2026: Terrible experience. We requested a birthday cake, submitting a photo explaining how we wanted it. We were arrogantly and condescendingly told not to worry, that once we'd seen it, there would be no need to leave the photo as a reminder. The result? When we picked it up, the cake was completely different from what we requested, including the colors. We were dismissed with a presumptuous, "We obviously misunderstood each other." Apparently, however, being considered "excellent" makes you believe you can minimize the specific requests of paying customers at will, refusing to admit an obvious mistake and offering neither an apology nor any kind of peaceful resolution. Courtesy is not due, but it is greatly appreciated; what is expected, instead, is the ability to reproduce a simple image of a cream cake with a random birthday message. Disheartening.

04/07/2026: Every time we pass through this area, we always stop at the Onda Azzurra Hotel for dinner. They offer a completely vegan menu, carefully curated, tasty, and extensive (a mix of appetizers, two or three first courses, two or three second courses, and desserts). The atmosphere is informal, clean, and the service is very friendly.

26/06/2026: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The owner is unfriendly. The rooms are from the 19th century. I won't stay there again.
