The pizza dough is almost saltless, the aftertaste is almost sweet, the wait is decidedly excessive, but above all, if you order a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, you expect mozzarella to be on the pizza! ... four or five white spots on a sea of ​​red-pink, the buffalo must have escaped elsewhere... A final unpleasant note: the restrooms: 1. Toilet paper is provided in the restrooms; there was none in the men's room, and napkins were used in the women's room. 2. The restroom doors must be able to close: the women's room not only doesn't lock from the inside, but it doesn't even stay ajar unless someone holds it shut with their hand.... A fond memory. Gone.

12/12/2025: It's a pretty good hotel for the price. Parking is €15 per car, and there's electric charging, but it's very slow. The breakfast is good, with a good selection, as for Italy. There's even a small gym. Special thanks to the girl at reception, who speaks the local language. Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name.

21/12/2025: This neighborhood coffee in Foce, has the best cafe in town! It is a place to go to for a quick morning coffee before work, with a great brioche (also vegan options). It is a great place to stop for a freshly prepared lunch by talented cooks, all from organic produce. The menu changes daily and their way they prepare the vegetables, is exceptional. Every Thursday they have an Aperitivo evening serving a selection of natural wines and 2 options of unique dishes. Make sure to book your table ahead, to enjoy this fully Italian immersed experience. It is my second home in Genova. P.S. They also have a selection of organic produce , olive oil, flours, Jess, teas and how can I forget, natural wine.

14/07/2025: Menu interessante e ben fatto, prezzi piacevolmente onesti, ragazza sommelier preparatissima, cosi come il sous chef - giovanissimo - che presenta i piatti al tavolo. Tutto molto buono. Forse la signora che serve al tavolo un filo impreparata o forse non espertissima, si puo migliorare! Nel complesso usciamo soddisfatti, 6 amici, 4 bottiglie di vino, e scelte a la carte pescando qua e là dai vari menù. Bravi.
