18/04/2026: The place looks nice and the menu seemed good. But the waiter was really rude and didn’t want to serve us when she heard my friend translating the menu from Italian to English for me. According to Google Maps the close places at 14:30 we were there at 13:20 and she said it’s closed. While people were still arriving and eating.

13/06/2026: By pure chance, we dined at Conterosso in Albenga. We appreciated the unique setting, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent quality of the cuisine. It's definitely a corner of Liguria worth considering! If you're ever in Albenga, make sure to stop by; if you're planning on missing out, make an excuse to do so. You won't regret it!

03/05/2026: Good Food, Rigid Seating. The food was delicious and the seaside location is absolutely stunning. Special thanks to our waitress, who was incredibly friendly and smiley! However, the service lacked flexibility. Not her, the manager, or the colleague... Well, three of us were stuck in the sun, and the waiter refused to move us to a nearby shaded table that had just cleared, claiming it was "booked." Two minutes later, only two people sat there. It would have been a simple swap to move our group of five to the shade and give the duo our old table, also on the part with a shadow. **Advice to management:** Don't complicate simple solutions. A little flexibility goes a long way in customer satisfaction. We left on friendly terms, but the experience could have been much better.

05/04/2026: The best burger in Cairo Montenotte. Exceptional! Delicious bread, excellent meat, perfectly cooked bacon. I eat a lot of these everywhere, and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. Don't expect super-elaborate sandwiches; here, the essence of flavor is captured in the simplicity of excellent ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. Kudos to the kitchen; I've been here twice already, both during the quiet and the storm, and both times the sandwiches were perfect. I don't have a photo because the taste won over the sight. 😅

The location is one of its strong points: a small, secluded and quiet terrace with glimpses of the sea amidst the town's alleys and hamlets, creating an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine offers simple dishes, without unnecessary complications, but prepared with great care and attention to detail. Everything we tasted was tasty, balanced, and beautifully presented. You could sense the quality of the ingredients and the desire to showcase them without excess. We had two dishes each, dessert, and a bottle of wine, spending about €70 per person: a price appropriate for the experience, the quality of the dishes, and above all, the truly special location in the center of Tellaro. A place I would recommend to anyone looking for authentic, well-crafted cuisine in an intimate and charming setting.
