13/10/2025: On Sunday, without a reservation, we were greeted warmly. We ate wonderfully, truly traditional cuisine: the ravioli with a touch were excellent, the polenta with goat stew (a superb dish), the boiled meat served with salsa verde (very good) and Cremona mustard, and the desserts were perfect. The service was courteous and prompt. The prices were absolutely reasonable. Congratulations, we'll be back soon.

29/01/2026: A lovely restaurant on the Savona seafront. The staff is helpful and friendly: the reason I gave only one star for the service isn't the staff, but rather the fact, in my opinion, that all courses are served at the same time (the restaurant had two customers besides me at the time, so it wasn't exactly crowded!), and the various dishes are therefore eaten cold... a very unpleasant experience, especially in winter.
The food and prices are in line with other restaurants of this type.
19/01/2026: A quiet dinner with my son... The dishes were excellent, and we were very satisfied with the Chinese dinner! The staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: Dinner: Well-cooked lean capon, calamari (tasting of the grill) on a bed of mashed potatoes, baked apple with excellent cream. Two glasses of white wine (no choice of wine, two glasses cost the same as one bottle). Before 10 pm (we were having dessert), the owner started noisily clearing the tables for the next day...
Not recommended, a shame, years ago it was an excellent trattoria!

24/11/2025: I've been frequenting this place for a few years because I've always found the food and service to be excellent. Almost every product is expertly crafted by Salvatore, the father, while his daughters, who are very kind and professional, handle customer service.
18/09/2025: Perfect place for breakfast, dinner, and after-dinner drinks. The quality of the products and the friendly staff are two strong points. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: My husband and I ate here on our first night in Monterosso on October 27, 2025 and we both agreed that it was the best food we have ever had. We ordered the baked sea bass and it was beyond amazing. It was simple as far as preparation, but the flavors were complex and the fish cooked to perfection. The young man who deboned our fish at table side was so very sweet and quite good at his task. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Italy, Ristorante Ciak will be on our must visit list.

04/01/2026: Lunch with friends, casual atmosphere. Three fish menus and one meat menu, all truly well-cooked and with generous portions.
Spaghetti aglio e olio, spaghetti with anchovies, and a very delicate baked sea bream, all accompanied by a good bottle of Vermentino from the Riviera di Ponente. Courteous and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
17/10/2025: They respect their customers a lot, they don't make them wait, the food is delicious, there isn't a single flaw.
