10/06/2026: Dinner for two, warmly welcomed in an intimate setting with a great atmosphere, and by chance (perhaps because it was a weekday), we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The owner was courteous and friendly, often coming to the table to describe dishes and exchange a few words. Refined dishes made with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, the flavor of the sea was evident in every bite. The risotto and spaghetti were exceptional, as was the tuna. A good wine list. The dinner was enjoyable from every perspective; speaking with the chef, you can sense the care and passion he puts into his expert cuisine. In conclusion, I'd say it was an excellent experience, definitely worth repeating to try new pairings. A lovely surprise in the historic center of Savona. Well done everyone!

The incredibly talented chef personally welcomes each guest, describing the dishes he prepares with passion and dedication. That same passion shines through in every bite. During my visits, both last year and this year, I've tried several dishes, but one in particular will forever remain in my heart: cacio e pepe risotto with red wine reduction and fig compote. A perfect combination of flavors, captivating from the first bite. The service and hospitality are exceptional, without a doubt. Having special dietary requirements (gluten-free and lactose-free), I immensely appreciate the care and attention with which the chef guides me in choosing dishes, always ensuring a safe and unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere is unique: a fusion of romance, warmth, and modernity, with a decor that blends history and innovation, just like the dishes offered. All this is wrapped up in a jazz soundtrack, making the atmosphere even more evocative and captivating. Each course is accompanied by a perfect wine pairing recommendation. The quality is excellent, the prices absolutely in line with what you receive, and the staff is simply impeccable. If you're passing through Savona, you can't miss Carletto. It's an extraordinary restaurant, with nothing—and I mean nothing—to envy even the best Michelin-starred restaurants. I say it with all my heart: here you don't just dine, you experience an emotion.

We dined as a couple inside the restaurant due to the decidedly unseasonable temperatures. We will definitely return to dine al fresco overlooking the sea. It will certainly be even more charming and romantic.

17/05/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant in a stunning seaside location near Rapallo Castle. We had a delicious and beautifully presented raw fish dish and an excellent seafood carbonara. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the restaurant was elegant and tasteful. Recommended!

We sampled a meat menu and a farm-to-table menu, and both were excellent; the flavors were well-combined and balanced, and the leitmotif of grilling accompanied us magnificently throughout each course. The service rounded off the culinary experience with a truly exceptional welcome. Special thanks to Nadia for her high level of professionalism and for all her recommendations for Ligurian restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm, and even the wall decorations are carefully chosen. I would return to Sestri Levante just for this restaurant.

07/06/2026: My partner and I stayed in Alassio for a couple of days and discovered this fantastic place. The menu, from fritto misto to pinsa, is all delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Go there, you won't regret it!! Congratulations!

Truly delicious, so easy to digest, we eat two in a row 😋 The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff very kind and knowledgeable, but the real gem is the owners of the restaurant. 12/05/2026: Stumble upon this cute, beautiful & totally relaxing restaurant thru our booking of learning how to make gnocchi w a view, and boy..did we get lucked out. What a beautiful hidden gem! Gorgeous view from above looking down to the village below, the view and the setting will surely put you in a "la dolce vida" mood. The food is amazing w great staffs! Friendly, fun & just the right amount of attention without be overbearing. Im not even a fan of gnocchi but w the way they made it w pesto, im a huge fan now. Thank you to the owner for picking us up at meeting point & drive us up, thank you to the chef for making it fun! Everyone who visit this village should make a point to visit this restaurant, you will be in for a treat! 🌟✨️

01/05/2026: Before I tell you about the food at this place, I'd like to mention the professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, and cleanliness of the staff. Their hands are well-groomed, their hair is tied back, and their nails are absolutely not overly long and clean. The waiter with glasses is very professional and capable of performing his job impeccably, especially without putting his fingers in the plate when bringing the dishes to the table! Despite the large number of people who stop by to eat, the place is always clean. The wait times—and this isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as an added bonus—are a bit longer than other places because they cook the pasta fresh. The pasta portions are truly generous... but they especially care about celiacs like me, who rarely find a place that offers gluten-free food with a truly excellent pasta brand, the best on the market for celiacs! What can I add: you leave the beach and head across the street to a cozy, quiet place to spend your favorite weekend, and that makes all the difference!
