25/07/2026: A very cozy restaurant. The grounds are uneven, but that's part of the charm of this mountain village. Very popular. Reservations are definitely recommended. We were lucky today and booked again right away. Great pizza and excellent meat. It was well worth it. Fast and friendly staff.

29/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria just outside Sarzana. Wood-fired oven, well-cooked, thin-crust pizzas with quality ingredients. Very pleasant atmosphere. Wide selection of beers. Fair price (not bad these days). A positive point of reference in the area. Recommended!

06/07/2026: This restaurant is practically down the street from my house. It's very popular with tourists. Two characteristics that, until last Saturday, hadn't enticed me, as a true Genoese, to go there. Big mistake. Because it's an excellent restaurant. The menu is very rich with unique dishes and truly unique pairings. My partner and I were very satisfied, to say the least. What I found truly exceptional was the service. A team of truly talented, impeccable young men and women. It was a wonderful evening. Thanks to the dishes, but also to them.

26/07/2026: The service and food are excellent. I recommend sitting in the back garden because it's very nice. The warm and welcoming staff will make you feel at home. Depending on your hunger, the pasta portions might be a bit small, but the bread is excellent.

26/04/2026: A small restaurant in the Marassi area. It offers seafood, Ligurian dishes, and more. The calamarata allo scoglio, the Genoese fried fish, and the stuffed anchovies are excellent. Generous portions and beautifully presented dishes. Friendly staff, a family atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, given the limited number of tables, you need to book well in advance, but it's definitely worth it.

14/07/2026: A fantastic discovery! We went without a reservation and were able to get a table for four. A warm and friendly welcome. We were served quickly, and the dishes were EXCELLENT!!! The desserts were a real treat... also excellent, but with a stunning presentation that you'll discover on the plate... Bravo to the pastry chef!

14/07/2026: Last night, my dear friend and colleague Angela and I celebrated our retirement with 30 friends and colleagues. It was a beautiful evening: we were welcomed with great professionalism and kindness. The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with care and attention. Edoardo proved himself to be competent and impeccable in managing the preparations leading up to the evening, and then, together with Paola, he made us feel pampered from start to finish. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our celebration memorable. Highly recommended for any occasion!

10/06/2026: Dinner for two, warmly welcomed in an intimate setting with a great atmosphere, and by chance (perhaps because it was a weekday), we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The owner was courteous and friendly, often coming to the table to describe dishes and exchange a few words. Refined dishes made with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, the flavor of the sea was evident in every bite. The risotto and spaghetti were exceptional, as was the tuna. A good wine list. The dinner was enjoyable from every perspective; speaking with the chef, you can sense the care and passion he puts into his expert cuisine. In conclusion, I'd say it was an excellent experience, definitely worth repeating to try new pairings. A lovely surprise in the historic center of Savona. Well done everyone!

During my visits, both last year and this year, I've tried several dishes, but one in particular will forever remain in my heart: cacio e pepe risotto with red wine reduction and fig compote. A perfect combination of flavors, captivating from the first bite. The service and hospitality are exceptional, without a doubt. Having special dietary requirements (gluten-free and lactose-free), I immensely appreciate the care and attention with which the chef guides me in choosing dishes, always ensuring a safe and unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere is unique: a fusion of romance, warmth, and modernity, with a decor that blends history and innovation, just like the dishes offered. All this is wrapped up in a jazz soundtrack, making the atmosphere even more evocative and captivating. Each course is accompanied by a perfect wine pairing recommendation. The quality is excellent, the prices absolutely in line with what you receive, and the staff is simply impeccable. If you're passing through Savona, you can't miss Carletto. It's an extraordinary restaurant, with nothing—and I mean nothing—to envy even the best Michelin-starred restaurants. I say it with all my heart: here you don't just dine, you experience an emotion.

23/07/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant a few days ago and highly recommend it. We ordered the grilled fish of the day and breaded hake with fries, and were very pleased. It's one of the few places left in Finale Ligure where the quality is still there and the prices are fair. Excellent service, thanks to the very helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!

18/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant a couple of days ago. It was all seafood, and it was a wonderful experience. The fish was incredibly fresh. I rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in a long time. We had four appetizers, four first courses, and desserts. Each one was better than the last.... Tuna carpaccio, breaded anchovies, marinated anchovies, seafood first courses. Everything was truly perfect. The staff was kind and attentive. The service was quick. The price was absolutely right. Parking was easy too! (They also have Brazilian specialties). We ate outside. It was raining and we didn't even notice. A magical place. I hope to return soon. Thank you!
