Dinner for two, warmly welcomed in an intimate setting with a great atmosphere, and by chance (perhaps because it was a weekday), we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The owner was courteous and friendly, often coming to the table to describe dishes and exchange a few words. Refined dishes made with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, the flavor of the sea was evident in every bite. The risotto and spaghetti were exceptional, as was the tuna. A good wine list. The dinner was enjoyable from every perspective; speaking with the chef, you can sense the care and passion he puts into his expert cuisine. In conclusion, I'd say it was an excellent experience, definitely worth repeating to try new pairings. A lovely surprise in the historic center of Savona. Well done everyone!

During my visits, both last year and this year, I've tried several dishes, but one in particular will forever remain in my heart: cacio e pepe risotto with red wine reduction and fig compote. A perfect combination of flavors, captivating from the first bite.
The service and hospitality are exceptional, without a doubt. Having special dietary requirements (gluten-free and lactose-free), I immensely appreciate the care and attention with which the chef guides me in choosing dishes, always ensuring a safe and unforgettable dining experience.
The atmosphere is unique: a fusion of romance, warmth, and modernity, with a decor that blends history and innovation, just like the dishes offered. All this is wrapped up in a jazz soundtrack, making the atmosphere even more evocative and captivating.
Each course is accompanied by a perfect wine pairing recommendation. The quality is excellent, the prices absolutely in line with what you receive, and the staff is simply impeccable.
If you're passing through Savona, you can't miss Carletto. It's an extraordinary restaurant, with nothing—and I mean nothing—to envy even the best Michelin-starred restaurants.
I say it with all my heart: here you don't just dine, you experience an emotion.

After more than 40 years, seeing Carletto again was a thrill; we were high school classmates.
It's possible that this influences my opinion of the restaurant, but I truly enjoyed it. A very intimate place, a calm and serene atmosphere, very attentive service (Roberto)—and also attentive to the dogs who accompanied us on this experience—and superb cuisine. You begin to savor the dishes from the description, but the ecstasy comes when you actually taste the food: refined, balanced, and anything but predictable.
We had a wonderful time.

Carefully prepared and refined dishes, an elegant and very intimate atmosphere given the limited seating. The service is excellent, with the owner coming to explain the course or recommending a wine or liqueur to finish the meal, and engaging in a friendly conversation. We'll definitely be back and, in the meantime, we recommend it to anyone looking to surprise their partner.

One of the best New Year's Eves... we had an à la carte dinner, each dish carefully crafted and unique, and above all, delicious. The space is small, seating 20 people max. The pianist is a friendly and talented singer. The price is reasonable, but not too expensive!

Culinary artistry at its finest!
We called the restaurant at the last minute to have lunch an hour later.
They were kind enough to accommodate us even though they were supposed to be closed for lunch.
The place is stunning, a veritable museum!
We received exceptionally warm service; they translated the menu into French for us.
The food is excellent, and the dishes are true works of art!
A wonderful discovery that's well worth the trip.
