25/07/2026: We arrived shortly after 4 PM... just after the afternoon opening. Craft beer, food from 6 PM, so we didn't get a chance to try it. The beer was spotty, no reflection. We won't be back. Maybe we just happened to come at the wrong time, but the service was poor and they clearly didn't care that someone was already there... No mercy, there are more places nearby.

12/07/2026: The place looks great: a lovely atmosphere, an excellent selection of beers, and a truly interesting selection of dry-aged meats on the menu. The food from the neighboring restaurants also looked promising. Unfortunately, the experience with the two burgers my wife and daughter ordered was terrible. The sandwiches arrived far too quickly: the meat inside was cold and decidedly undercooked, making them practically inedible. A rookie mistake, inexplicable especially considering the place was half-empty and there was plenty of time to work diligently. As a resident of the city next door, I was hoping I'd found a place to be and not the usual stereotype of a fast-paced Ligurian restaurant. What a shame, a wasted opportunity.

13/07/2026: Very rude staff, we have been waiting for a menu for 30 minutes and staff been ignoring us doing nothing. After that the boy with curly hair suddenly started crying and we decided to leave. Worst experience 🤡🤡

02/05/2026: The owners welcomed us and cooked us a meal even though it was 4 PM. The pesto pasta was amazing and they were really kind. Bars, restaurants, or downtown.

02/04/2026: Concetto, a special person, and his son offer truly excellent, homemade dishes. There's nothing better for miles around, I can assure you. Highly recommended.

13/05/2026: I went to Miramare tonight (recommended by a friend) and the waiters were very kind, they explained each course to us, for me it's top, we'll gladly go back 🔥🫶🏽

10/05/2026: We came for lunch today without a reservation (although I think it's preferable in high season). We ordered two tasting menus. The service was efficient, the staff pleasant, the setting lovely, and we ate very well. I recommend it.

02/06/2026: I give one star to everything because it's the best. I booked for two plus a baby stroller. When we arrived, the place was super crowded and tiny, barely managing to reach the table. But the problem isn't just the house wine, which is almost vinegary. The carbonara WITH CREAM—and I'll just add that the CREAM was probably the best part of the carbonara. While we were there, three tables next to us complained about the quality of the food. Reading the reviews online, it seems like a nice place with good food, but the reviews are probably fake or people don't understand anything about Italian cuisine.

06/06/2026: I absolutely loved my time at Hotel Celeste! The amazing family who runs it were incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff is fabulous and surpassed all my expectations. The room I stayed in was immaculate, comfortable and quiet- I really couldn’t ask for more. They let my friends and I play happy hour cards and dominos in the outside seating area (where I witnessed a beautiful birthday party that seemed dreamy).The beach staff consistently welcomed me every morning with the best positive energy and provided me the perfect beach bed right next to the water to relax and take in the beautiful view. The bartenders and wait staff were incredibly kind and with a brilliant Sommelier on staff I was able to have a truly breathtaking selection of wines. A huge thank you to everyone who made my trip perfect! ❤️ Mercedes

04/05/2026: I agree that this hotel is quite nice for a 3-star hotel. The staff is wonderful. The room was great. The sea view is outstanding. The location was, for us, perfect—right on the beach, but close walk to the old town, train station, grocery. The price was great. Street parking was manageable and free. I would absolutely recommend.

19/04/2026: I'm sorry, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my stay at this place wasn't pleasant! The place itself is charming, despite its small size. We had an appetizer consisting of a good salami, mozzarella, mushrooms, and olives. However, the problem was the pizza. It wasn't well-leavened, the sauce was slightly acidic, and it was extremely spicy (I chose smoked scamorza, zucchini, and spicy spianata). Evidently, besides the spianata (which I usually eat), there was something else spicy. I don't mind strong flavors, but this pizza was decidedly inedible. It was as if someone had spilled a jar of chili pepper oil on it. I've been around far and wide, and until now, I've never left a pizza half-eaten... Needless to say, my stomach wasn't thankful (on a positive note, the bathrooms are very clean 😉). Guys, your staff is friendly, and it's a shame the pizza isn't up to Angelo's expectations. The place is quaint; I don't just want to criticize but also to encourage improvement. Come on!

10/03/2026: Avoid! A bad experience. The prices aren't clear, or rather, they set one price for locals and another for tourists. Furthermore, the drinks on tap are priced inconsistently. When we complained about what happened, they laughed in our faces. We probably weren't the first to report it, and they're speculating on the misunderstanding.

10/03/2026: It has a price for tourists and others. The empanada was really spicy 🌶️ and the small beer cost the same as the medium one. The service is bad, they probably think that because we're tourists we can't go back, they're losing customers, and not everyone is stupid.

05/04/2026: Amazing...delicious desserts in a huge variety, as well as small pizzas in various styles, plus bread and pastries, both savory and sweet! Friendly and attentive service! The value for money is truly incredible—unlike anything you'd find in a German bakery! The coffee and cappuccino are incredibly delicious and incredibly affordable! You should definitely stop by when you're feeling hungry! Absolutely top-notch!
