5 stars because you can't get more. Luca and Debora are two restaurateurs who welcome you into their home, the environment is warm, intimate and refined; the service is excellent, but the strong point of this restaurant remains the food: the quality is superb, the dishes are refined and fully represent the territory, sea and land merged in a riot of flavours. Excellent wine, spatial location in front of the gulf, a wonderful point of energy in which to enjoy the pleasures of taste, sight and smell at the same time. The prices are super modest for the quality and quantity of the offer. We also celebrated our wedding at the Bertolini hosteria and the unanimous acclaim of 60 guests at Luca and Debora's cuisine leads me to write this review to thank them again for the excellent sensorial experience we had.

Excellent tavern located on the hills of La Spezia. Very welcoming place away from city traffic. The simplicity of the dishes makes the place worthwhile and the quality is excellent. The staff is professional and friendly.. it's worth coming back to try other dishes! Advised!

We went there for lunch for the first time together with friends who often go there, we were satisfied with the dishes we tasted and the courtesy of the staff so much so that in the future we would like to try a dinner to savor the rest that their cuisine offers. Compliments!!!

Thanks to Sabrina and Davide who had promised us an evening in company in a place where we would certainly eat well, 11 of us met for dinner at the Hosteria Bertolini. We ate a land menu consisting of: Mixed appetizer with various cured meats and everything in between; First courses: Orecchiette with white venison ragù and its jus; Second course: Tagliata with salad, cherry tomatoes and parmesan. As a seafood menu we ate mixed seafood starter; first course: Tagliolini with truffle with rocket and prawns; for Second Course: Mixed fried food. We also add that we drank a delicious house red wine and water, we add dessert, bitters and coffee. Is that enough?..so, we ate to die for, in abundance, we had a wonderful time served and looked after by super courteous, professional staff who always had a smile. At the end we also complimented the chef, who was kind and friendly. Rating?...from 1 to 10..... 💯. It's been years since I (and like me the rest of the gang) had a dinner with such excellent quality, quantity and price. We will return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.
