27/06/2025: I checked on Google Maps, where it said the place was open, but at 2:45 PM they told me that the kitchen was already closed and that it was not possible to have lunch. Incredible, it seems that Italians do not want to work! In the end, I ate in a nicer and more reliable place, the Don Cola restaurant, where I go often and which is always open when I need it.

28/05/2025: Very rustic tavern with a fun and friendly atmosphere. There are typical Ligurian dishes, from pasta with pesto to farinata, passing through all their typical cakes and fried foods. Also ideal for a quick meal before or during a walk in the nearby shopping streets

14/06/2025: I only ate fried squid, very good and not greasy, maybe the price should be adjusted downwards because 18 euros per portion, also considering the area, seems a bit too much compared to the places on the Riviera. Maybe I'm not used to eating out lately...

We have been in Italy for almost 3 weeks and eaten at some of the best restaurants across Tuscany Bologna and Florence and this little spot in Lavagna is one of the best. I suggest you ask for recommendations from one of the 2 owners who are always working there.

12/05/2025: Ieri siamo stati in questo ristorante per l'ennesima volta. Non è mia abitudine fare recensioni ma questa volta faccio un 'eccezione. L' ambiente è bellissimo, accogliente e molto rilassante. Betty e Pier sono padroni di casa perfetti il menù particolare sempre innovativo ed eccellente e il personale disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Assolutamente da provare e sono certa che non sarà un' esperienza unica.

05/06/2025: Have been coming to this restaurant for years and it's always been amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and even gifted my 4 month old a handmade toy! The food is wonderful and fresh and you cannot beat the views. Highly recommend getting a reservation and coming if you're in the area.

I piatti sono semplici e legati alla tradizione, ma non sempre memorabili. Più che per la qualità della cucina, vale la pena per il contesto e l’esperienza complessiva. Prezzi in linea con la location.

15/05/2025: THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO IT. I am surprised by the positive reviews I see below, my experience was certainly not that positive. I organized an event with a friend, who a few days before agreed on a "favorable" price with the owner of the business. The aperitif for 30 people was limited to 4 bottles of prosecco, 4 cutting boards and 4 bowls of Pai crisps. I attributed the scarcity of food to the fact that the price had been "discounted", so it was acceptable, too bad that when we went to pay, the price was no longer what we had agreed but 30% more. Absolutely inadequate price for the service offered. We asked for explanations and there was no possibility of negotiation on his part. This is definitely the first and last money he will take from me and I will not recommend this place to anyone who asks me.

26/03/2025: Great location between sea and sports, chic but fun place, you eat very well excellent aperitifs. The owners, Marcello and Giancarlo nice and easy-going, they bend over backwards to please you and make your break a unique moment. A beautiful location for your events. Tennis club, dance school and gym make this place a jewel a few steps from Corso Italia.

22/05/2025: Pedí el Pansoti con salsa de pesto de albahaca que estaba delicioso, podría haber lamido el plato! Me sirvieron rápidamente y no tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para mi comida. El servicio era genial teniendo en cuenta que estaban luchando con las multitudes de excursión de un día. ¡Comería de nuevo!

26/06/2025: I came to this hotel with two English bulldogs, because I wanted to go to the Bau Bau village. From here to the bau bau it is about a 10 minute walk. To avoid doing it under the sun, I recommend crossing the village road, which is also a pleasant walk with shops and restaurants and bars, and is always in the shade. Very nice hotel, with a swimming pool, the possibility of having breakfast and aperitif outside, in the open air. Very comfortable rooms. Very comfortable mattresses. Pleasant air conditioning, not the kind that shoots frozen air at you and absolutely silent. There are some small balconies outside, convenient for putting swimsuits to dry in the evening or getting some air. Very clean hotel and excellent breakfastZ very varied and rich and both savory and sweet. There is no restaurant service. There is an elevator, which I found excellent because the stroller for one of my dogs could fit in it. Which was not comfortable. The hotel has outdoor parking in the garden or underground parking. My dogs were welcomed everywhere and we had a great time. I must say that I felt very comfortable, and I noticed that there was availability and readiness to solve any needs and problems. All the staff were very kind and patient. I really appreciated and therefore highly recommend this hotel, which I will book again if we return to the bau bau village. Thank you very much!!!

17/06/2025: I work near the bar and it's already the third time I come for lunch and very often for breakfast! Even though it's always very crowded and the staff is always in a hurry, they offer an excellent service! They are fast, courteous and always smiling
