Focaccia with cheese is delicious! What a great find in Sanremo! I thought I'd never find it!

This focacceria is located on a small street in the center of Sanremo and, secondly, is the ideal place to enjoy focaccia as they know it in Liguria: thin (~1–2 cm thick), golden, with a crispy crust and a soft interior scented with salt and rosemary, either classic or filled with local ingredients like onions or "prescinseua" cheese. The focaccia here has a perfect balance of oil, salt, and soft interior. Their rustic tarts are also very good. Every time I come to Sanremo, this focacceria becomes a regular stop for me. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I'm on vacation and stopped by this place because I was looking for something cheap and quick to eat. I spent very little and had two amazing focaccias, one of which was filled with gorgonzola, nothing short of spectacular. The lady was very kind.

A fantastic discovery! A variety of soft focaccias, perfect for a quick bite or to take away. Everything is prepared right before your eyes – a true testament to their expertise. Each focaccia was excellent, so much so that we even ordered more! Don't hesitate to stop by; you'll be delighted.
