26/03/2026: The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A nice place to stop. Breakfast could be improved, but it's still adequate.

20/02/2026: Top structure, everything perfect, the welcome, the perfect room, very clean, really comfortable bed, they made me find the room heated, which is not so obvious.... I will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend it yes!!!!

07/04/2026: This review is for the Ligurian focaccia with cheese only; we didn't try any other dishes. The focaccia was very good, and there are many different options on the menu. The ones we tried were truly excellent. The location, right in the heart of the old port, was very appealing.

07/03/2026: Everything was very good, but nothing exceptional. I'd gladly return to try the pizzas. I would have preferred the carbonazza with the egg cooked more. All the farinata dishes were very good (the pork one a little less so), the fish was a little tough, and the rabbit was excellent. The last room was perhaps a little colder, but without the cooking smells. Acceptable bulk wine, competitive prices. Parking was easy.

07/03/2026: We kicked off 2026 with lunch at this lovely restaurant. The night before, we'd noticed it was open for New Year's Eve dinner, so we weren't expecting to find it open for lunch on January 1st, and we were lucky. We ate well, and the staff, while certainly tired, welcomed us with courtesy and friendliness, providing impeccable service. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back during our motorcycle trips because Varese Ligure is very charming, and you're hospitable and offer excellent products. See you soon!

15/03/2026: We just got back, my son's baby pizza had spoiled stracchino cheese; unfortunately, we noticed it about halfway through. If anything happens to them, they'll see me again. The pizzas have a good dough, but they top them with tomato sauce and poor-quality cheeses. Disarmingly slow. In the end, the waiter gave my son a marshmallow (without asking permission from us, who don't give that stuff to our son), so that created a problem because obviously my son wanted it. These are things you shouldn't do, especially if the marshmallow is EXPIRED! (Luckily, we didn't make him eat it.) To conclude (two baby pizzas, buffalo mozzarella and stracchino. Two regular pizzas, marinara and buffalo mozzarella. 1 small water. 1 can of Coke Zero, 40 euros. Very excessive in my opinion. Another nice X for yet another place that survives on people who don't know how to eat.

31/12/2025: Christmas dinner for more than 50 people. A cold appetizer consisting of fish salad that was certainly not fresh but from an industrial can, and two slices of bread. The two first courses were meat ravioli and fish rice, served on the same plate. The second course was a slice of roast beef. The waitress was annoyed that we had a stroller with a sleeping baby in the middle of the tables, and the request at the time of the bill was 55 euros instead of 50 as we had agreed. Even 50 euros would have been excessive considering how much we didn't eat. In my opinion, it was worthy of a nightmare kitchen.

27/12/2025: Great little restaurant/osteria. Very authentic, and delicious food at reasonable prices. The antipasti, seafood spaghetti, and fish were excellent, and the tiramisu is amazing! It's worth a visit for that alone! The owners are very friendly and accommodating.
