19/08/2025: Excellent bar and restaurant. I only had a salad, but it was very fresh and beautifully garnished. From the comments of other diners, the first courses were also excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly.

31/08/2025: The quality of the food is beyond question: excellent meat, starters, and side dishes. But I'm not sure how we got there at €60 per person, even adding up the cost of the dishes. When I asked to see the total bill, I was told it wasn't available because the order had already been processed, so we literally paid blind. In any case, for eight people, one dish each (two starters and a rib-eye steak), side dishes to share, three appetizers for eight (really tiny), two bottles of red wine for under €30, one dessert, a few liqueurs, and coffee = €480. Outrageous, two stars for the lack of transparency.

25/08/2025: If you find yourself near Santa Margherita, going to Franco's for meat is more than a given... it's a must. Delicious appetizers and truly remarkable quality meat. A good wine list, including a few "missiles" if you like strong reds.

21/07/2025: Authentic and wonderful Italian pizza, I've been there 3 times and will continue to go. You can eat there and the pizza is freshly made in a wood-fired oven.

Roberto e Simone sono due garanzie, professionali, accomodanti ed ospitali come tutto lo staff. Porzioni perfette, equilibrate e raffinate. Missione impossibile non rimanere soddisfatti. Più che Trattoria si può definire un Ristorante con nulla da invidiare a Santa Margherita o Sestri Levante per fare due esempi. Prezzi più che onesti considerando la fatica e la passione impiegata per la preparazione di ogni portata. Vieni accolto con il sorriso, ma quello sincero. Complimenti veramente!!! 💕

28/08/2025: The restaurant is located inside a campsite, and although there's often music and entertainment, dinner is a relaxed affair. The menu features seafood and pizza. For seafood lovers, this restaurant is addictive, not to mention the desserts. We tried practically the entire menu, including the pizza (we dined there 7 or 8 times in 15 days). The prices are low for the quality and abundance of the dishes. Michele and Rosa are super nice and friendly people, as is all the other staff. We haven't eaten this well in a long time!!!! How lucky we were to meet them at the beginning of our vacation! Top 🔝

05/07/2025: Total disappointment, I do not recommend it. We went to this restaurant driven by the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was far from satisfactory. We had to wait a long time to order, even though the place was half empty. The dishes arrived after over 40 minutes of waiting, really excessive. The prices are very high for what is offered. I ordered a mixed fried food (which was only calamari) for 20 euros: too bad it was almost all batter and very little fish. My husband had ordered both the first and second course, but after a very long wait for the second course we gave up and asked to cancel it. You can't wait that long, especially when the restaurant is not even full. Plus they added one euro to the price of the side dish on the receipt... so without explanation, on the menu it said 6 euros and at the till they charged 7. Truly a big disappointment. We definitely won't be back.

31/08/2025: What can I say... Magical place!! And magic can't be described, it can't be touched, it can be breathed in! The truth is, for certain places teleportation should exist. Like, you can close your eyes and go back whenever you want, even if you'd actually never leave. Fantastic dinner, accompanied by live music. 🩵

03/08/2025: Pedí los espaguetis de marisco e IT fue fácilmente lo mejor que he comido durante todo el viaje. La salsa era exquisita - picante y lleno de almejas, langoustine y gambas con tomates cherry. La pasta también estaba fresca y cocinada a la perfección. Delicioso, de verdad. Ojalá hubiera descubierto el restaurante antes, para poder volver más veces. No puedo recomendar IT suficiente.

27/07/2025: Gran pequeño restaurante en el corazón del casco antiguo de Monterosso, que sirve pasta casera, mariscos frescos y una gran selección de pizzas. Todo estaba delicioso.

06/07/2025: Despite facing the seafront road and not directly onto the sea, it is one of the few places in Ventimiglia that has a welcoming outdoor area along the promenade. The restaurant is very nice, welcoming, well-kept.. the staff very courteous and efficient.. we ate a delicious grilled tuna with grilled vegetables and pasta with octopus, both delicious and rich! 2 beers on tap, water and coffee €38.. at the seaside, eating fish, I would say very positive! We returned this evening and I have to comment positively on the experience.. probably the ownership has changed, but the restaurant satisfied us.. I ate an excellent hamburger, my companions fish, ribs, everything excellent and in generous portions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always kind and with a smile. Excellent!!!
