06/01/2025: Ristorante sulla riva del mare, splendida location. Piatti elaborati, tutto davvero ottimo. Fritto leggero, primi piatti delicati, camerieri molto gentili ed attenti. Deludenti però il dolci: la chiffon cake era un tortino asciutto e troppo cotto, il tiramisù nulla di eccezionale.

28/03/2025: I organised a birthday lunch for my darling with our best friends in this excellent restaurant half-hidden in the country. It was our second visit and I am sure there will be more to come. It is sensational for the location, the atmosphere, the tranquillity, the cuisine, the wines, the welcome and the source of its uniqueness: the truffles. These precious tubers are grown in their fields, as are all other vegetable products. Additionally, all that arrives on the table is exclusive in terms of quality. The menu is based on truffles, of course, but if you aren't a fan truffles can be omitted from your plate. One of our friends said she disliked even the thought of their aroma. Well, she ate truffles in more than one course and at the end of the meal she confessed that she had loved them. The secret is the ability of Ugo Vairo, the chef, to transform every ingredient in something unforgettably pleasant to the palate, something nobody else could do. He is a culinary magician. He is perfectly matched by Silvana who describes every single dish as a work of art and creates a familiar atmosphere with her warmth. Even if you are not keen on truffles, I recommend you try this restaurant. Mind you, the bill matches the quality, so expect it to be adequate to your enjoyment. You will not regret the experience.

The dishes meet and exceed expectations and that truffle scent will make you dream. Refined menu and fantastic combinations. Friendly and helpful staff. The perfect place to go to treat yourself to something special at 360°.

20/04/2025: Went to dinner with friends. Even if it is a historic place with stylish furnishings, let's say that in terms of food, it is not easy to leave satisfied. We order mostly pizzas. As soon as they arrive we immediately notice the 'dryness' of the edge, low and overcooked (almost burnt), hard as wood. Luckily there were meat knives at the table... well... they all needed to cut even the pasta underneath the ingredients. ALL the pizzas brought to the tables around were similar. In a time of the 'cult of dough' where even a dog can do it... not here. The pizza from a nearby table, given how dark the edge was, we thought it was with coal dough... No, when he lifts the slice to 'try' to fold it... it was light underneath. Sliced ​​rating = 0, nescia and overcooked. Fettuccine = jaundiced & tasteless. Final bomb at the checkout! 80% pizzas, beers, some desserts = €30+++ Soundproofed room. Leaving the Doplé you feel less dazed. Ah.... knees that fall on the two legs of the union of two tables... It went well. Congratulations!

15/04/2025: This weekend we had a small reunion with friends, all vegans, one of whom was celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind, their pizza with cheese and vegan pesto... spectacular!!! Also very good risotto with artichokes and veg cheese. We also had the choice of dessert: either a strawberry pudding or an orange cake, I gave in to the cake! Very good and fresh, nothing to envy of the "normal" ones. I don't think these sweets are on the menu, it's always better to call first to let them know what you need and ask. Congratulations, super recommended place.

01/03/2025: We discovered this little Italian restaurant run by a lovely couple, and what a lovely surprise! The welcome there is simply incredible: warm, attentive and sincere. We immediately feel at home. The owners are exceptionally kind and very helpful, ready to share the history of their dishes and give advice with a smile. The food, for its part, is a real treat. Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and generous portions — everything you expect from a true Italian trattoria. And what about the prices? They are more than reasonable for the quality offered. Excellent value for money that makes you want to come back again and again. In summary, if you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, far from impersonal chains, this little restaurant is a gem not to be missed. Grazie mille

01/03/2025: We stopped by chance while we were touring the city and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good cappuccinos and varied and delicious pastries. At other tables, when you ordered other types of drinks, they gave you an assortment of food.

25/01/2025: Me and my wife were visiting Savona from Australia and know very little Italian and we went to this lovely restaurant they didn’t speak much English but they were so friendly and helpful and tried very hard to understand what we wanted. We both ordered a pizza which was absolutely incredible we loved it and then we had this delicious cake with chocolate sauce and cream can’t fault the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was absolutely delicious and price was reasonable if we are ever back in Savona we definitely would visit again and I highly recommend you visit too.

02/03/2025: Bar on the seafront offering delicious homemade pastries! Crepes, cakes, ice cream and yogurt, but also an excellent place to have a good aperitif at super honest prices! Two glasses of wine with piadina offered for €10! Absolutely worth trying for a moment of relaxation while observing the sea, served by friendly and very kind staff.
