Gastronomia Spariglio Carcare

23/10/2023: I had the opportunity to participate in an aperitif to celebrate a birthday. Excellent cutting boards, with top quality cheeses and cold cuts. Delicious truffle tagliolini. All washed down with an excellent prosecco and a very fragrant barbera. Despite the chaos due to the number of people invited (25, to be precise!), the staff was always very attentive to the various requests, very friendly and fun. If the evening was beautiful, part of the credit certainly goes to the staff. What can I say... we will certainly return!
23/09/2023: First time at this place. Excellent cleanliness and exquisite products. Cold cuts and cheeses and many gastronomy products for a fantastic aperitif. Prices more than honest. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
