01/11/2025: A typical restaurant in the center of Santo Stefano Aveto, a very spacious space that can accommodate groups for both lunch and dinner. I went for dinner on the Saturday evening before Sunday, October 26th, the transhumance festival. The staff is extremely friendly, and all the dishes are excellent, with a specialty in the grilled meats. The kitchen is spotless and has an open view! The atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming, and it's lovely to watch the wood-fired embers blaze while dining; the polenta is made in front of you in a large copper pot, according to ancient tradition. I was truly delighted with everything, even the desserts are exquisite—the cakes are delicious and fresh. We had the chestnut cake with cream, a true delight! Kudos to all the staff! I hope to return!

16/09/2025: We went to this restaurant on September 7th, and there were four of us. The appetizer for two, gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi) and cured meats, was good. For the first course, we asked for two first courses, each to be shared between two people, and the waiter told us he would bring us four half portions, already divided. The problem was the price: a portion cost 10 euros, and the half portion cost 8 euros, and we weren't informed in advance. Otherwise, we would have ordered one portion and an empty plate and shared it. For the second course, two grilled dishes, which for 25 euros were a bit disappointing, both in quantity and quality. I'm disappointed because overall, the restaurant isn't bad, but they need to pay more attention to communication and the variety of meats.

L’ambiente è sempre pulito e ordinato, il personale cortese e veloce anche nei momenti di maggior affluenza. Ideale per una pausa pranzo completa o per un caffè rilassante durante lo shopping. Una piacevole conferma. Dans le contexte d’un centre commercial, la Bottega del Caffè se distingue par la qualité du service et le soin apporté à chaque détail. Petits-déjeuners bien préparés, café servi avec attention et une cuisine simple mais savoureuse, des entrées aux plats principaux, jusqu’à la pizza. L’endroit est toujours propre et agréable, le personnel rapide et accueillant, même aux heures de pointe. Une excellente adresse pour une pause déjeuner complète ou un simple café en toute tranquillité pendant votre shopping.

26/10/2025: Sunday evening, very long wait (1 hour). Pizza didn't meet expectations; the dough was very thin and raw (probably without yeast). The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't return.

02/09/2025: An experience to repeat, an ideal place to try typical Ligurian dishes. They seated us even though we didn't have a reservation, and that's appreciated. We'll definitely return to try other dishes on the menu, which changes regularly based on availability.

16/08/2025: In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Marassi; the farinata and cheese focaccia are also excellent. Courtesy and speed are other positive traits of these guys, and that's saying something. I go there two or three times a week and usually stop at their outdoor seating. Excellent ingredients and dough. Keep it up!
