26/12/2024: Christmas 2023 everything perfect I returned at Christmas 2024 and it was a disappointment, Tarantine mussels in a watered down sauce without parsley and garlic, tasteless, a salad that looked like supermarket bags with whole leaves a span.... A real shame 👎

21/07/2024: Peaceful & wonderful for trekking. Hotel room was well equipped & clean. The host were very kind & hospitality was great. Delicious food as we ate all our 5 days meals at the hotel. Thanking Lucia for the delicious birthday cake offered to my wife. Will certainly promote the hotel. Thanks.

03/06/2024: A timeless stay, in the heights, resplendent nature, we had a great time. The hosts were very welcoming, the meals were very good and plentiful. We had a small apartment with 2 bedrooms, very pleasant, the little fire in the fireplace in the evening was great. Access to the area is quite rocky and narrow over the last 2 kilometers, by car no problem, by motorbike a little more dangerous. We had a very pleasant stay despite the foggy weather.

29/09/2024: One of the best restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of eating in. One evening on our vacation we ended up in this beautiful restaurant quite by chance as we were staying in an AirBnb nearby. Since we eat a vegetarian diet, we weren't sure at first whether there would be something suitable for us, but that wasn't a problem at all. The incredibly nice staff immediately suggested several options for vegetarian dishes and even gave us the opportunity to prepare special dishes for us that weren't even on the menu. We then decided on the Gnocchetti di Spinaci and can fully recommend it to everyone. We have rarely eaten something so delicious. There is also a great selection of desserts, we tried many different ones. We enjoyed it so much and were treated so incredibly well that we ate dinner there a total of 4 or 5 times. The prices are very reasonable for the great food and the nice staff and ambience. So we can only recommend eating here too. The owner also speaks English very well, so you can communicate easily.

14/10/2024: We came here for a week on honeymoon. It's a wonderful, romantic location, with great views over the Levanto valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with many small details that made our stay magical. The breakfast is excellent. We also did the 3 course dinner one night and it was very good. Note that this place is up in the hills with a great view and some distance from the crowds of Cinque Terre but that means it is a bit harder to get around. There is a bus down to Levanto during the week. We tried walking down one day, it takes a little over 1.5 hours. Otherwise you're calling cabs to go to Monterosso.

29/09/2024: Remarkable. This boutique hotel just outside of the Cinque Terre is the perfect retreat from the bustling coastal towns to enjoy relaxation and quiet in between activities. With lush rooms, dynamite views, and service that is truly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, it’s easy to see why La Sosta has a Michelin Star. This hotel is perfect for couples visiting Cinque Terre who are looking for something more personable. In addition, it’s a short drive to the Levanto train station where you can purchase passes to access the entire park. Top to bottom terrific and I can guarantee I’ll stay here when I return to the area.

21/12/2024: A very beautiful location where, however, the arrangement of the tables in the central room penalizes the diners: the kitchen door that opens and closes, the toilet, the entrance door open onto the terrace. Sin. Average service with little attention and without changing cutlery. I would say that for the amount I paid... Nothing to say about the food and the quality of the cuisine. Everything excellent.

11/12/2024: Interesting location, not very convenient for parking as it is in a pedestrian area. Excellent service, good quality, limited servings (anchovy appetizer served in a can.....) good variety of focaccias, slightly expensive but you also pay for being in the centre.

29/09/2024: I had the immense honor of celebrating my eighteenth in this farmhouse, and I can say with certainty that it was a dream! The place is simply fantastic, a true corner of paradise surrounded by nature, with attention to every detail. What really made this place special is the staff: incredible people, always smiling and available, ready to make every moment unforgettable. It is an extremely welcoming and pleasant place, where every moment was perfect thanks to a professionalism that is rarely found elsewhere. It's clear that they put passion into everything they do, and this is reflected in every aspect of the experience, from the atmosphere to the quality of the food. The evening was unforgettable, not only for me, but for all the people who were present. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to celebrate special moments or simply enjoy a day of pure relaxation. If you are looking for a place that will leave your heart full of joy, come here without hesitation: you won't regret it!

26/12/2024: I rarely write reviews however in this case the service and what surrounds it make it necessary in order to prevent this traumatic experience from being replicated. Various things about this Christmas lunch left a bitter taste in the mouth and acidity in the stomach (literally as all those who ate the mixed fried food felt ill in the evening). The service and treatment totally unaware of the few basic rules of good catering such as education and kindness, offered us extremely inappropriate treatment and responses to our needs. The beginning of the aphrodisiac experience opened with a categorical (and rudely posed) refusal to the request for a very small variation regarding a dish that was part of the menu made up of three options in a cross (which we learned about on the same day as the catch was unknown information). Subsequently, the refusal and rudeness also came when we simply asked for the mixed fried food to be brought as an appetizer rather than as a second course, we respected the fact that the service wanted to follow a certain order that could not be changed even by Providence, requesting a risotto as a first course with seafood. After half an hour of waiting, a wonderful overcooked risotto arrives with the gracious presence of a little cooking water and some seafood for sport (price €18). With politeness and regret we reported to the waitress/owner (handyman) that we did not like it and the response accompanied by amazement, conceit and disinterest from her was "eh but everyone eats it, it seems strange to me". Following a bill of €300 for two cross dishes seasoned with rudeness and bad service, we don't wish this experience on anyone, especially at Christmas.

26/12/2024: An amazing find. The institution was recommended to us by friends who are frequent visitors. And we decided to celebrate Christmas here, as a big family for 6 people. The establishment is classic and light with some nice details in the interior. The most incredible waitress who politely and with a fantastic memory served more than 40 people at the same time. Our choices were on appetizers for everyone and in ravioli. Everything is prepared with heart, tasty, beautiful, mmmmm They also shared a mix of deep-fried fish, which was also very tasty. Desserts are fresh and beautifully presented, I had a hot Neapolitan pie. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I will definitely come back and advise. 💛💙🇮🇹. I will attach the photo only with a piece of antipasto because I wanted to taste it as soon as possible. Well done and keep it up! Also, considering the quantity of our order, the price was amazing, it's nice. Thank you

14/08/2024: On holiday in Albenga and attracted by the good reviews we decided to have dinner in this place. We ate very well and were treated with kindness and friendliness. Simple place with no frills but it's worth a lot!

22/09/2024: I was passing through on my way to the boat show, I decided to stop for a quick but super tasty lunch break, wide choice of typical products and all delicious, excellent prices especially for the quality! I recommend it! Very friendly staff. Everything perfect.

30/10/2024: I had dinner in this very high class restaurant❤️ I couldn't not leave a review! I was speechless as soon as I entered... just a few tables in this wonderful room frescoed by Bernardo Strozzi (1300!!) which captures your sight and soul, taking you back in time... The staff are extremely well trained, very kind and at the same time attentive hand, putting you at ease, explaining everything with a lot of passion. Space food and wine. What can I say...GO THERE and you will be absolutely delighted. Everything perfect!!!

10/10/2024: Nowadays any excuse is good to try new places. This evening The Cook! And it was love at first sight!! Inside the fourteenth-century Palazzo Branca Doria, of which it occupies a room with an extraordinary frescoed ceiling. a place so out of the ordinary for its elegance, relaxed atmosphere and 2 dishes above all that strongly conditioned and excited me. Thanks to everyone for the excellent service and in particular to Luca. 💙
