08/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria until 9:59 pm, also for families, with quality beers. From 10 pm, at the sound of "Under a Violet Moon", the lights dim and it becomes a real pub with music, beer and darts!

19/03/2026: Excellent and unusual beer selection, but unfortunately the food is stuck in the '90s, with wooden ribs, like all the other meat, and mediocre fried foods. If I'd only been drinking, I'd have given it 5 stars.

23/03/2026: I recommend making a reservation. The view is spectacular and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. We ordered a small platter of delicious, high-quality cured meats and cheeses. This was followed by Argentine picanha accompanied by baked potatoes. (I recommend rare.) Finally, the green apple sorbet was fresh and easy to digest. The bill was very fair, and the staff was kind and helpful.

10/03/2026: Much more than a trattoria, it offers a wide selection of excellent dishes at a fair price. Surrounded by greenery and away from traffic. The wooden structure, like a mountain home, creates a warm and refined atmosphere, enhanced by wall heaters that keep the room nicely warm in the winter. There's also a veranda and ample parking in front. The food is good and the portions are generous. The dishes are traditional, from Piedmont and Liguria: raw meat with truffles, plin pasta with various sauces, tagliolini, stewed wild boar, jugged donkey, and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The prices are fair and the quality-price ratio is excellent. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. A perfect place for dinners with family, friends, or groups. Recommended.

The cuisine is certainly high-quality, though some dishes could still be improved. Adequate wine list with reasonable prices. Overall, worth a visit.

28/02/2026: The door of Osteria del Bai opens onto an intimate and refined setting. A hint of the soul of those who have passed through remains in the air. It is said that Garibaldi drank his last drink here before leaving for the Expedition of the Thousand. And today, on the bathroom door, cork plaques continue to nail the signatures of the illustrious faces of the present who pass through. The dishes arrive in sequence and tell the story of the sea without repeating themselves. Some are bold, others are already preceded by their fame - like Blu del Bai. 15/03/2026: A typical restaurant that reflects Genoese tradition. It's a 10-minute walk from the old port and convenient to the historic center. The owner welcomed us and served us well; he also speaks excellent English. The food is excellent and they have a good wine selection. Recommended. I also recommend making a reservation.

11/04/2026: It's a café with excellent croissants, pizzas, focaccia, and also makes excellent coffee. The outdoor seating is very comfortable in any season. I go there often.

23/03/2026: Visited a few days ago. The road to get there is a bit rough, there's very little parking, and it's a steep descent. It's a two-room, wooden cabin-style place that seats about thirty. The fixed menu offers good quality cured meats and frisceux. The testaroli with pesto are good, the ravioli are mediocre, and the main courses are poor. The desserts are good. Prices are questionable.

20/02/2026: I echo the chorus of positive reviews. Six appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert. Set menu. My only criticism is the testaroli, which, let's say, weren't the best appetizer, but everything else was delicious, truly good. The ravioli deserve a special mention; they were simply amazing. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. I recommend it and I think I'll be back.

08/03/2026: While riding a motorcycle with friends, we stumbled upon it after a local recommended it during an aperitivo. Excellent food, generous portions, and good prices. What matters most is the quality of the fish and the cuisine, excellent service, and the welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

18/02/2026: The food is excellent, and you're in a familiar yet professional atmosphere. They're very friendly and willing to accommodate your requests whenever possible. The homemade bread is sublime, especially the chocolate one!
