23/08/2025: New ice cream shop near the seafront. We bought a cone with Bacio di Alassio and pistachio: creamy, filling, and delicious. The crunchy Bacio flavor is excellent, and the cone is perfect in both texture and flavor! Recommended for a moment of indulgence while gazing at the sea 😉

27/07/2025: Attirati dalle recensioni, le prime!!! Leggetele tutte mi raccomando fino alla fine! Porzioni dei primi e dei secondi come se fossero antipasti, piccoli per giunta. Il mio secondo tra l’altro è arrivato freddo. Assolutamente non consigliato. Come si fa a far pagare minimo 20/24 euro ogni piatto e poi uscire con fame? Qualità accettabile ma tutto il resto è da rivedere.

03/09/2025: Midweek dinner. 46 minutes between ordering and receiving the appetizer. Another 35 minutes for the main course. All this with a small child. Good food with small portions. Not recommended.

08/08/2025: Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was very good, and so were the desserts. Very affordable and easy to reach.

27/07/2025: I went to Trattoria Carlo e Fornaci – perfect service, friendly and professional. I ordered the tagliata, which tasted good but unfortunately was tough and sinewy. They kindly changed the knife twice. It happens. I'll gladly return, though; I know this area well. For dessert, I had one of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. The house red wine, Dolcetto, was also excellent, and to finish, I had a coffee with Sambuca. I mentioned the tough meat, but I'll gladly give it another try – next time, I'll try the donkey stew or the pork shank.

17/08/2025: Decent food, average prices, and friendly, efficient service. But the fact that the cashier touches the money and "assembles" the desserts by hand between customers... in front of everyone... honestly puts me off going back.

05/08/2025: Ended up here after the market (Tuesdays only). Locals come here for a glass of wine or lunch. We had a wonderful meal here, a lovely quiet street, cozy and cool thanks to the location, honest and delicious food. Two wines (small glasses) for €2.60... simply delicious!!! Definitely recommended for honest, simple Italian food. You get a taste of Italy! 🥰

04/08/2025: A typical restaurant in the heart of Varese Ligure A very original appetizer that I recommend, consisting of various tarts, crostini, chestnut flour fritters, and cured meats. I tried the homemade croxetti "au tuccu," whose seasoning was very light (perhaps too light). A good roast with side dishes, tender and flavorful, all accompanied by an excellent house red wine.

02/09/2025: Panigacci with cured meats and cheeses. Service was slow and a bit chaotic, probably because it was a Saturday night, there were more people than usual. Panigacci were brought in fits and starts, and the cured meats were sparse; they were clearly trying to increase the price. The same goes for the cheeses. Honestly, paying €26.50 per person for five or six panigacci seems excessive.

30/08/2025: Seven of us went tonight, a scam.... €296... €40.50 each for panigacci, but the best was the sausage, that is, one sausage costing €6!!!!!!!!!! 6 mini sausages costing €36!!!!!! But in the end, after asking for an explanation, they gave us the bill on an iPhone, but the receipt wasn't issued before or after.... I'd say it was a scam.........!!!!!!!! Never again

19/07/2025: Very good pizza, including unusual variations, such as truffle. Very good prices, and the service was very friendly.

22/06/2025: Excellent pizza!!! Digestible dough, thin pizza. Spectacular vegetable pizza with zucchini alla Scapece and eggplant mushroom. We will be back!

17/08/2025: We returned nine years later and were just as satisfied as we were then. Flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. Fair prices and attentive, efficient service. The owner is very kind. We'll definitely be back!

09/08/2025: Perfect for the little French people that we are. A warm and gentle welcome. A 100% Ligurian table and cuisine, without fuss or frills. But full of flavor and taste. So yes, we're far from the most luxurious, but we feel like we're staying with a friend who takes the time for you.

27/05/2025: The last time I was in Santo Stefano d’Aveto, starting from Farini (PC), I drove up to Rocca d’Aveto. Here I took the chairlift to the Prato della Cipolla refuge, landing in the beautiful grassy basin, surmounted by the spectacular spur called “Dente della Cipolla”. Once I reached the top, on the path of my trek, I had the pleasure of meeting the famous comedian Crozza who, as a gallant hiker of the place, greeted me first. That fact took me by surprise and, at that moment, I did not respond promptly... After apologizing, I later joined him in the characteristic restaurant hut, where his wife and actress Carla Signoris was waiting for him. The couple of actors coming from the mountain residence of Santo Stefano, had arrived on Prato Cipolla for the usual weekly walk to Ferriere (PC). It was very exciting to meet them, and I did not miss the opportunity to express my congratulations to both of them. And after an excellent snack on the house, I took my leave of that magical place, thanking everyone for the welcoming hospitality.

19/08/2025: Fabulous location in the heart of Celle Ligure, quiet and with limited seating. The ingredients are of the highest quality and expertly crafted with exquisite pairings. Friendly and friendly wait staff. Excellent value for money.

03/07/2025: A must when I'm in the area, even if I'm passing through. I met them when they were in Noli and they have maintained their excellence here in Celle Ligure. Elena at the tables and her husband in the kitchen are very good.

26/08/2025: Refined and carefully prepared dishes, perfect service (kind and attentive, which is rare these days), and an incredibly relaxed atmosphere among the staff, even though I was there on a Sunday for lunch in August. Congratulations!

17/08/2025: A very beautiful place on the hills of La Spezia. The food is excellent, the quality is evident, and the prices, in my opinion, are totally in line with what's on offer (in fact, maybe a little low!). For an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a Coke, a side dish, and coffee, it's about €30 for two! The only thing that could be improved is the service, which is a bit disorganized, but I think that's due to the young age of the waitresses. Nothing serious 🥰 Recommended!

09/08/2025: Federico and Sara do something that would have been too easy not to do in a mass-tourism destination like Sestri Levante (on the seafront): study, be passionate, research, and continually experiment to offer dishes that, unlike all the others, have new flavors and something to say. Anyone who criticizes the price would be better off going back to a pizzeria or starting to simply distinguish between quality and quantity! Alberto

27/08/2025: The food is delicious, the prices are low, and the service is fantastic. The atmosphere is also fantastic. We paid around 40 euros for three courses, including steak and drinks. I highly recommend it!
