I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

30/06/2025: Il locale, pur informale, è molto ben organizzato e curato, il personale gentile e professionale e, soprattutto, materie prime di alta qualità perfettamente preparate con cucina a vista. Adottano una formula con diversi menù, tutti rigorosamente a base di carne, vino DOCG del Chianti, dolce, caffè, digestivo, pane (veramente buono), apripasto (sempre diverso) e coperto inclusi (anche l'acqua, ma con la carne...!). I prezzi sono equilibrati, impossibile uscire non soddisfatti. P.S. Sembra incredibile ma hanno anche, su prenotazione, il menù vegetariano ;-))) Se avete dubbi guardate le foto per farvi un'idea.

30/06/2025: Menù, vino e cibo deliziosi, per chi piace la carne, con una occasione vegetariana, ma l'ambiente è insostenibile, basta una tavolata di maleducati tamarri per non riuscire a sentire chi ti sta di fronte con cui sei, un vero peccato che ha rovinato tutto

09/11/2025: A mixed green salad on the side costs €12 and a glass of Vermentino €9. It doesn't seem right to me. Totally overpriced. It's a shame, because the terrace overlooking the sea is wonderful and the food is good.

28/12/2025: Well located for an overnight stay. The rooms are very rustic and poorly insulated, and with faulty heating, it's a bit tough on a winter night. The service is lovely. It's a bit pricey for what you get.

19/11/2025: short walk from train station. hint, walk left around station outside for crosswalks and stay on left side of street. secure entrance with reception. motion lights in hallway turns off too quickly which makes inserting room key challenging. older building with some modern renovations. in room fridge and kettle. free wifi. this was our precruise hotel. looks like short walk to terminal.

30/08/2025: With a reservation for seven people, I find two round tables, a carefully crafted silver table setting, excellent bread accompanied by a small plate of mountain butter, and a wine list that reads like a dictionary, and unfortunately, the wine we chose is sold out. This is where the small inconveniences begin. My appetizer, brandacujun stockfish, was excellent, hot, with excellent olives. The same cannot be said for my friends' breaded Monterosso anchovies, which had a slightly worn flavor. Meanwhile, the 10-year-old girl awaits her dish without the slightest attention. The first course: tagliatelle with small-sized scampi in a smoky-flavored bisque, cold and overcooked. The spaghetti with clams was borderline acceptable. Ravioli were served in a used gravy boat, like a carafe, without a spoon or a saucer. Obviously, since I couldn't eat, they asked me, and I replied that I didn't like it. Then the chef showed up, hatless, from the kitchen where another person in civilian clothes was milling around, and insistently demanded explanations, which I promptly provided. He insisted that everything was fresh and the other table had already eaten... We got up and got discounted on the two first courses. Very intimate place, some suggestions: Reduce the wine list Fewer well-made dishes Lower the prices Less French, more Ligurian

13/11/2025: Strolling along the Camogli seafront, we chose this charming little restaurant on the Riviera, drawn by the simple menu and family-run cuisine. The food isn't bad, and it's not expensive, despite our location, but everything is reasonable: you pay for what you eat... and I must say, I've paid more elsewhere, but the (very meager) menu certainly wasn't worth more than I paid. I'll definitely go somewhere else next time.

12/10/2025: A rustic and well-worn yacht club, definitely a laid-back atmosphere overlooking the beach and the sea. The focaccia was good, but the trofie with pesto was unfortunately a bit mediocre. For the main course, there was only mixed fried fish, and after seeing the first course, I didn't feel like trying it. The meringue and chocolate dessert was delicious, without pretensions. Without trying to influence anyone, I'm not sure if I'd recommend it.

07/09/2025: We stopped for lunch. It's more of a bar than a restaurant, with a decent menu but the food is mediocre. The two first courses we ordered were nothing special, just like the restaurants nearby. The young man who served us was very friendly, but finding waiters like that, after all, dispels the myth that Ligurians aren't friendly.

02/03/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Rosa in Alassio from February 26 to March 2 for work and had a great time. I'd start with the very positive experience preceding my arrival, with customer service directly on WhatsApp. I explained my situation regarding the uncertainty of my arrival time, and they were very willing to offer me flexibility. Upon my arrival, another pleasant surprise: they upgraded my room! It wasn't necessary, as I was traveling alone, but it was a very welcome and friendly gesture. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent: close to the train station and the city center, yet in a quiet area. You sleep well. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful. Last, but perhaps most importantly, the price was competitive! Super! There was also a gym, but I didn't have a chance to try it (though I did inspect the property, and it had plenty of equipment, something you don't usually find in hotels at this price). It is highly likely that for my future stay in Alassio, I will return to this hotel.

28/02/2026: Manager Zangrandi Domenica of the Pieve Porto Morone (PV) group, qualified staff, comfortable and clean rooms, large superior balconies with sea view, excellent breakfast, elegant and spacious hall.

04/01/2026: Good breakfast, although a bit pricey in my opinion. The spaces are small.

20/08/2025: Excellent experience, the room is a little dated but huge and very clean as is the bathroom, the owner is very kind and what can I say about the breakfast? Various focaccias and also different types of desserts, a bit of choice, the distance from the sea is very short, from 5 stars I will definitely return.

16/08/2025: Excellent for sleeping and having breakfast just steps from the sea, with private parking and a large public car park nearby.

19/05/2025: Siamo ritornati a distanza di qualche anno e abbiamo ritrovato piacevolmente la stessa qualità e cortesia. Locale elegante con cucina piuttosto raffinata e ricercata, piatti non convenzionali con gusti davvero speciali. Ogni portata è una piacevole sensazione, crema di zucca con calamaro croccante davvero fantastica! Luogo assolutamente consigliato magari per festeggiare una ricorrenza e andare sul sicuro perché mangerete senza dubbio alla grande. Personale estremamente preparato, location top, del resto siete a Boccadasse, non serve dire nulla. Conto giusto per la qualità generale!

16/05/2025: Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Il pesce è di ottima qualità. Le porzioni soprattutto dei secondi un po’ troppo piccole ( il trancio di ombrina seppur squisito erano 3 bocconi). Nel complesso sia stati bene, piazzetta molto tranquilla a pochi metri dal mare, in considerazione del conto vorresti mangiare un pochino di più .

10/11/2025: A nice place. We had an appetizer and a first course. Three of us had a bottle of wine, a coffee, and a liqueur. 130 euros. The quality and flavor are good. Perhaps a little too expensive.

16/09/2025: End-of-season treat. Yesterday, the last day of the establishment's opening, and this morning I realized I had a token left over for the paid hot showers. I asked the staff busy cleaning and tidying up the bar if it was possible to return it. The answer was yes, but we don't have €1.50 to give you in return. They were obviously in a foul mood, as Ligurians are always true.

31/08/2025: Amazing food! The seared tuna, spaghetti with clams, and mixed fried fish were delicious. Spectacular view of Bergeggi Island. Fast and friendly service. Fair price!
