26/04/2025: Spero sia stata solo una confusione momentanea . È uno dei nostri posti del cuore ma l’avvio di stagione è stato in salita. Il fritto di paranza non al livello del solito e soprattutto il servizio davvero impacciato. Tanti giovani che girano spaesati, la seconda bottiglia di vino non pervenuta. Sono sicura riuscirete a raggiungere gli standard degli anni passati… io ci riprovo. Coraggio

26/04/2025: In riva al mare di Imperia abbiamo scoperto un ristorante che merita davvero una visita (e più di una!). L’atmosfera è rilassante, con il suono delle onde a fare da sottofondo a una cucina che sorprende per qualità e cura. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto delizioso: una farina di ceci fritta alla perfezione, croccante fuori e morbida dentro, che da sola valeva il viaggio. A seguire una zuppa di cozze e fagioli, un piatto semplice e autentico, dove il sapore del mare si sposa con quello rustico dei legumi. I tagliolini al ragù di pesce erano un altro colpo vincente: pasta fresca, condimento saporito e leggero. Ma il vero capolavoro è stata la frittura di pesce con verdure: asciutta, croccante, leggera, fatta davvero ad arte. Una menzione speciale va al cannolo con ricotta, che da palermitano non posso che lodare: la scorza croccante, la ricotta freschissima e ben dosata, un finale perfetto per un pranzo memorabile. Un posto da segnare e da ripetere quanto prima!

14/05/2025: I could start by explaining where and how he chooses the meat, I could tell you about the meticulousness with which he chooses the type of bread best suited to his burgers, or I could tell you about how tempted I was to ask for a piece of raw sausage, because it was so good... instead I'll tell you that I wanted to post a photo but after the first bite I couldn't stay less than two centimeters away from that explosion of joy and egg yolk that was my sandwich. I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.

07/05/2025: Embarrassing is to say the least, order accepted on deliveroo, after 1 and a half hours of waiting they call me to tell me that the restaurant has closed and the rider is there outside the restaurant, you are unspeakable

22/09/2025: The location is pleasant: the restaurant and outdoor terrace overlook the marina and pedestrian area. The food is average but with plenty of room for improvement. Prices are high compared to the overall offering. I recommend the wine list with better value.

21/09/2025: A well-maintained restaurant overlooking the harbor, with a lovely atmosphere amidst lights and candles. The fabulous mussels served in a pot, a generous portion; the square spaghetti with clams and bottarga wasn't bad, but lacked a touch of boldness; and the grilled meat was unique, accompanied by sauces that enhanced the flavor. The chef's recommended dish was fregola with seafood... excellent! The service was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait; the quality of the ingredients was fantastic. Congratulations!

23/10/2025: Excellent address for local cuisine, a good trattoria, specialties from Genoa, perfect service, fast, the prices are correct, a very affordable menu, a menu of specialties and a slate with dish of the day, we recommend 👍👍👍

05/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant in Ospedaletti three nights in a row and were thrilled each time. The fish was always incredibly fresh, carefully cooked, and truly delicious. We tried several specialties and, on a few nights, even ordered takeout because we wanted to eat at the hotel 🌸 The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though they don't speak any foreign languages, they always make an effort to understand their customers' needs and make you feel at home. The atmosphere is simple, familiar, and authentic—here you'll find locals who truly love their job and their restaurant, not just seasonal workers or random waiters. If you're looking for a luxurious place with high expectations, this isn't the place for you. But if you want to eat well in a warm and authentic environment, it's definitely worth a try! The prices are very affordable and fair!

20/11/2025: I tried the latte fritto here and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. Crispy on the outside, soft and delicate on the inside, absolutely unforgettable. If you’re in Genova, you must try this place. The flavors, the texture, everything was perfect… Highly recommended

31/07/2025: We went there several times during our stay in La Spezia, the person serving the coffees remembered our order and was really friendly. It's always a pleasure to feel at home when you're far from everything.

02/09/2025: Aperitif with friends. A pleasant evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The house-produced sparkling white wine was a favorite!

31/08/2025: It's true that it's a farmhouse, but having lunch with two rats crawling on the wall wasn't pleasant. We dismissed it with a "but we're in the countryside." Before leaving, we also purchased a wine of their own production.....I would have given it away for free. Never mind, I won't be back.

23/09/2025: When I go to Varazze, I always have breakfast there: delicious whole-wheat blackberry brioche, ditto the soy cappuccino. In the afternoon, we often drink their delicious, foamy, espresso coffee. Excellent welcome, everyone very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

08/10/2025: We had lunch as a worker, seeing as other restaurants in the area were closed for vacation. The first course was acceptable, trofie with pesto, but the breaded chicken was embarrassing: it stank, inedible, obviously spoiled. Kudos to the chef with no sense of smell... Shame. NEVER again.

08/09/2025: Excellent place, seafood dishes at reasonable prices. It's definitely not the typical "tourist-spoiling" restaurant we're used to on the Riviera. Excellent service, probably young women fresh out of hotel school, very knowledgeable and diligent. The kitchen staff is also very young but precise and knowledgeable. The place is clean and tidy.
