We ordered Spritz cocktails and were very comfortable seated on the terrace in armchairs. The cocktails cost 10 euros.

These were the worst ice creams I've had in Italy (and I've eaten a lot). They were too sweet, not very creamy, and the waiter was stingy when he served my scoops.

This isn't the best ice cream I've had since I've been in Italy (and I can assure you I've had a lot 😋🤰). The waiter isn't very friendly, and the scoops he gives are quite small. Otherwise, the place is nice for relaxing and having a drink.

Very nice place in Piazza Darsena, excellent breakfast, the macchiato served in a large cup was perfect, very good! Friendly staff. Fair prices for a relaxing location, products, and service. A must-see in Portovenere.

05/04/2026: Good hospitality, carefully prepared dishes and good raw materials, very good wine selection and very good advice from the host.
31/12/2025: Truly delicious, high-quality food and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere—the restaurant is tastefully furnished and decorated, and the music was also thoughtful. The prices were absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

Trattoria La Fattoria

14/05/2026: Some reviews complain about the slightly crumbly concrete floor in the outdoor area. Frankly, that's completely irrelevant when you get such delicious food, like we did. They even gave us a small, complimentary sample of the daily special, salt cod made from hake, without us even asking. We hadn't expected salt cod to taste so good. Complaints about the lack of English spoken also seem completely arrogant, considering we come from a major Central European city, where you can get by with just English in very few restaurants. So, if you make a little effort, you'll be treated exceptionally well and can enjoy very tasty local dishes in a quiet, very large courtyard shaded by pine trees. Thank you, La Fattoria, for the wonderful experience!
06/04/2026: Excellent mixed fried fish. A popular atmosphere, even better if you dine outside. A very unique agricultural workers' village. I recommend a visit to the village and the food at the trattoria.
