05/05/2026: Terrible experience. I will never go back. The owner is incredibly rude. Furthermore, she's not even honest. When I went to book, she told me a price; when I went to pay two days later, the price had gone up. This place is definitely one to avoid! One star is way too much.

11/03/2026: I wonder how it's still open after what happened in Switzerland. The pavement is completely ruined, the drain covers are uncovered and full of water, and the stairs are soaked with water; all the girls in their heels were falling. We paid €1,200 for a table for 25 of us; they gave us a small bench with a sofa. Instead of booking too many tables you can't hold, just to make money, worry about the club itself. Never again.

07/12/2025: I had a good impression of this place. I was robbed, I paid €6 for the shower and they turned off the water. And they didn't give me my money back. Shameful. Shameful, I've been coming here for 31 years. This is not the Italy I know!

06/07/2026: We had been customers at Nettuno for many years. After a period in which we stopped going because we weren't happy, we decided to return, intrigued by the change in management. The location is truly beautiful: directly on the sea, with a romantic and very evocative atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was the only positive note of the evening. We waited an hour for our dishes, without anyone coming to inform us or apologize for the delay. Only after we asked were we told there had been a problem with the gas in the kitchen. If it had truly been an unexpected event of this nature, we would have expected at least prompt communication to the customers. The subsequent service was also very slow, and the food didn't seem anything special. When it came time to get the bill, we received neither an apology nor even a small gesture of consideration for the inconvenience. It's a shame, because the place truly deserves it. After this second disappointment, we won't be returning.

28/06/2026: As always, the food was excellent. Kudos to the chef for his simple yet delicious dishes! Plus, the enchanting seaside location is the perfect backdrop.

17/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Thieves!!! We booked three rooms and paid a deposit of €1282. One person developed shingles in their eye, and another experienced tachycardia attacks (180 beats per minute). We were refused a refund, admittedly! But a credit note for a future date was also refused.... These so-called hoteliers pocketed €1282 without providing anything in return. We are definitely planning this trip again. We will, of course, avoid this hotel, but we might pay them a visit to loudly and clearly express our dissatisfaction with such a lack of professionalism...

09/05/2026: The location and the rooms with sea view are excellent but the cleanliness and maintenance are very poor and the owner is rude.

19/05/2026: We've been coming here for years to get focaccia, always delicious. Unfortunately, since the old owner, a young man who has now opened in another city in Liguria, passed away, this business has completely lost its value. The focaccia is absolutely not what it used to be; the quality has declined, and it's sitting in our stomachs like a brick. Furthermore, the staff behind the counter is not at all as friendly as the old ones: monosyllabic answers, no smiles, and no desire to help. Furthermore, it's often closed before closing time. We've tried stopping by several times to get focaccia here, but it's always been a huge disappointment, so after a certain point, we haven't been back. Highly not recommended.

01/05/2026: A terrible experience in every way. A dingy place, ridiculous prices, and embarrassing quality: I even found a hair in a simple plate of pasta. Interminable wait times, and to top it all off, an extremely rude owner. Avoid without a doubt.

20/05/2026: 11 euro for a medium cone of mixed fried fish and veggies, shared between two people. A lil pricey, but quite tasty and a nice snack.

15/05/2026: Honestly, you can stop by... don't hesitate... Costeve froggitoria is incredibly good. It doesn't look like much, but as they say, you can't judge a book by its cover. Treat yourself if you like fried food; it's fresh, cooked to order, and the people are super friendly. A big thank you.

17/05/2026: We went for breakfast: for 2 juices, 1 smoothie, 1 espresso, 1 croissant, and 3 slices of cake, €40. I'd say it's a bit excessive. Granted, we're in the center of Riomaggiore, the products were good and the service was fairly quick, but too much.

14/05/2026: Made the mistake of not checking the rating or reviews before ordering. Food was passable just, but I wouldn’t recommend. Also quite expensive.
