The focaccia and farinata are very good, but the best of the best, in my opinion, is the red pizza, a delicacy I could never finish eating.

Various types of focaccia, plus a well-stocked little shop. The only downside is the freezing service, but I can understand that with so much tourism, you get tired.

I've been a casual customer since 1990, during vacations or whenever I pass through Varigotti. This bakery is a regular stop, and for me it's one of the best focaccias in Liguria. Unfortunately, the other day, after stocking up on focaccia and pizzas worth €30.94, the clerk rounded up the price to €30.95! So I paid €30.94 by card. I'm 70 years old, and I've always seen rounding down in every shop, never up. I'll definitely be back for the focaccia, certainly not for the helpful staff.

We had focaccia for lunch on the beach. We waited in line for 30 minutes. The focaccia isn't the best in Liguria, and there wasn't much to choose from (classic, onion, and cherry tomato).
The focaccia was very greasy but very good... eaten immediately. It loses its texture after a few hours, but it's still recommended for a day at the beach.

Exceptional focaccia, in all its varieties... with perhaps one not-so-good exception—Recco—which, in my opinion, was a bit "dry."
And the prices are certainly very, very high, even considering the excellent quality of the food.
Considering the sales, it wouldn't hurt to lower the price a bit!

The plain focaccia is excellent, as are the onion focaccia and the red pizza. The bakery also sells bread in various shapes, as well as various types of brioche, cakes, and other pastries. Attached to the shop is a minimarket where you can complete your lunch or dinner purchases. It gets very busy during the typical holiday periods.
