The classic that can't be more classic, since I remember being in the world I also remember Defilla, fashions pass Defilla remains. The brioches are delicious, the pastries fantastic, the venue huge and elegant, the wine shop and bar well stocked. Am I forgetting something? Of course.....the best aperitif you could wish for. Cocktails prepared by expert hands accompanied by an abundant and selected side dish of appetizers.....Chiavari is Defilla!!!

A must-have in Chiavari, which is unfortunately a victim of its own success. Very touristy, and ordinary food. But a quality service and a great offer

Locale storico impostazione vecchia maniera. Frequentato da turisti e persone che apprezzano il genere.. Non piace: Il personale non molto gentile. Prezzi superiori alla media per caratteristiche, servizio lento e svogliato. Anche la pasticceria seppur buona richiama le caratteristiche dell'ambiente decadente.
