The family-run business is its true strength: professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a truly comfortable vacation. The restaurant is a real surprise: tasty, carefully crafted dishes of a quality that surpasses that of many renowned restaurants in the area. Simple cuisine, but made with love and excellent ingredients. The bar also deserves a special mention: excellent focaccias, fresh croissants, excellent coffee, and carefully prepared cocktails, always served with kindness and a smile. Special praise goes to Fabio, who manages the beach with obsessive attention to cleanliness and order. Every detail is taken care of, and it shows! I sincerely recommend Bagni Gianni to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and an environment with attention to every detail. An experience worth repeating!

20/09/2025: As I've written in other reviews, my mother-in-law wanted to buy a house in Lavagna over twenty years ago. We still have our house in Livorno on Via degli Scarronzoni, right in front of the two-story police station. From the two-story house, I can also see my beloved Torre Folgore and the sea, and memories spring to mind. I have my main office in Rome between Via di Forte Braschi and Via della Pineta Sacchetti. We often travel on the highway, and even though this Autogrill is quite close to home, we stop often. Sometimes, because we're almost always traveling with our 25-kg puppy, it's necessary. Sometimes, because we're rushing out of the house and it's convenient for breakfast. Sometimes, because it's too late to get home and make dinner. Always tidy and well-maintained Friendly and competent staff The selection at Autogrill restaurants is forcedly standardized, so the difference often lies in the staff's skill...making coffee or cappuccino...it's not that easy to make them good...and friendliness, a laugh, or kindness in their manners make for a good start to the day...or give you a boost after a hard day. Here, as I wrote, they are professional, competent, and friendly...they do their best because everything...even the restrooms, which depend heavily on the politeness of those who use them, are neat and clean. This is one of the ok Autogrill restaurants. Recommended Thanks

11/09/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the dress code was impeccable. I ordered a pesto pasta dish that was nothing short of fantastic in terms of quality and presentation, and good value for money. I will definitely stop by when I pass through that area.

09/06/2025: Visited after a few years of absence. Always good pizza, stuffed focaccia, excellent chickpea and wheat farinata, crunchy and never greasy! Fast service. Pleasant evening for charity purposes.

23/09/2025: I was passing through Busalla with friends, and after searching on Google, we found the osteria and decided to go. The smell outside was already very inviting. We went in and were immediately greeted by Michela, who smiled and seated us and brought us drinks. Within five minutes, she showed us the menu and we ordered. The first and second courses were excellent, with generous portions and all of them top-quality. She was a wonderful and very kind person. We weren't eating in a restaurant; it felt like we were staying with friends. It was a truly beautiful place, very welcoming, and with excellent food. If I were to ever be in the area again, I know where to go. Dear Michela, greetings from the Sardinian people. Keep up the good work, you're amazing.

25/01/2026: The restaurant is very well located in a quiet little spot facing the sea. The service was excellent. The dishes were very good, but the side dishes were very meager considering the price.

10/11/2025: I asked if it was possible to make the tagliolini with calamari and vegetables without garlic, and they assured me it was, but they put garlic in anyway, and I've been feeling sick since lunch yesterday. Plus, the calamari was definitely frozen and rubbery. The tagliolini with clams and bottarga my brother had were full of garlic, and even though he likes it, it was too much! As if they wanted to cover up the flavor... Plus, we were with a child, and we asked him to make a small plate of tagliolini with ragù, and they made it plain. The waitress was kind, but you shouldn't fool your customers like that! All this topped off with an exorbitant bill for just a first course and a dessert. I strongly advise against it.
