The location is definitely worth it, but the prices are high for the quality and quantity of food. The staff is attentive.

I want to say one thing right away. The fried food is amazing, because it's truly abundant and uses real, freshly caught fish. Yes, the price is a bit high, but it's in line with all the touristy beaches here. It's a very rustic place that truly embodies the essence of the sea. The staff are typical of the area, very friendly, and it's a very popular place where, in my opinion, you eat well, served by genuine, down-to-earth people.

Restaurant with few frills, fresh fish thrown on the grill fresh and tasty, wide choice practically on the sea.... It's not Maxim it won't have 3 Michelin stars, normal price, we will be back, the only flaw is they don't have bulk wine, and if I drink alone I have to take a whole bottle drinking only 1 glass the rest I give it to him otherwise water 🤔🤷🤷

Il Gagollo is a fishermen's cooperative. It's a truly spartan place. It's a picturesque spot, from the place itself to the people who work there. You can enjoy the catch of the day, and you eat right on the beach. Definitely worth a try.

Not bad, nice location, a bit chaotic and hot under the canopy. Service was so-so, not very friendly, mulled wine without a cooler. The first courses were good. The mixed fish appetizer had only the vinegar to it.

An unfiltered place where the raw ingredients take center stage. You eat right on the sand, in a genuine and unpretentious atmosphere. The menu changes daily depending on the catch of the day: exquisite food and the utmost freshness.
A note on the service and the owner: don't expect the usual pleasantries. The owner is a somewhat unusual and outspoken character, who may seem grumpy, but that's just his way.
Overcoming the impact of the spartan atmosphere and "basic" service, you'll rediscover the true flavor of the sea. Highly recommended for those who prioritize taste!

I just had dinner and was a little biased by some of the negative reviews, but instead the staff was very nice, especially a young woman with black hair who was very kind and smiling. The fresh fish was amazing, to say the least, and the location was simple and unassuming, but that's precisely why I loved it.
I'll be back and I absolutely recommend it.

One of those places you just have to know about. Rarely have I eaten such delicious fish. Highly recommended for every reason. Great value for money, but especially the fish.
