12/05/2025: Location molto curata e di classe ma voi avete mai pagato 10 euro per un uovo fritto rinsecchito immangiabile e quindi lasciato nel piatto? ( 10 euro a parte per poche scaglie di tartufo che non aveva ne profumo ne sapore). Abbiamo commentato "gusto patata cruda". Oppure 16 euro per un assaggino ( coccetto ) di parmigiana?...Io si...In questo ristorante . Proprietario molto eloquente e gentile ma la qualità tanto decantata non coincide con le belle parole Ti fanno pagare anche l'aria che respiri. Non consiglio

04/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura alberghiera che nasce come albergo diffuso con un corpo centrale e diverse soluzioni e scelti opzione mezza pensione con cena Borgo piccolo ma ben curato con le difficoltà dei posti poco serviti dalla rete ma con il wi fi si riusciva a sopperire nelle ore in struttura La struttura alberghiera rispecchia le dimore della zona, alternando pietra e legno; stanze confortevoli alcune con possibilità di affaccio altre con finestre piccole tipiche delle mansarde o abbainii; colazione normale con prodotti commerciali e qualche prodotto di produzione propria ( magari più scelta su prodotti del territorio per far degustare colazioni tipiche) Il ristorante merita una eccellente menzione: prodotti a km zero o di altre regioni con attenzione ai piccoli produttori; piatti preparati al momento che giustificano un poco di attesa in più; gustosissimo il pollo in crosta di sale e il percorso sensoriale degli antipasti; buonissime le trofie al pesto; suggerirei un piccola variante di pesce e di verdure per chi come me non mangia carne rossa o è totalmente vengano e non vuole prendere un primo ma solo un secondo piatto Per il resto è stata una piacevole scoperta

17/02/2025: Fantastico! Ieri ho portato un gruppo a mangiare... Servizio superveloce, ambiente molto confortevole arricchito da un bellissimo forno a legna che non faceva altro che tirar fuori carne alla brace (si sentiva un profumino), i camerieri amichevoli e sempre sorridenti per non parlare del proprietario alla mano!

09/05/2025: I have been a customer for years, however today at 6.45pm (in an empty room) I had the misfortune of coming across a rude and extremely rude sales assistant. Not only did I try to call her to order for over 10 minutes while she continued to pretend nothing had happened, I even heard her talking bad about me to a colleague (so she heard!). When I told her that customers don't treat each other like that, she told me that she was working and I shouldn't disturb her, and if I wanted to go elsewhere I was free to do so. I told her I would leave a bad review and she said she didn't care. Too bad.. I will definitely never come back after this treatment!

17/04/2025: Recensione: Se potessi dare un voto sotto lo zero, lo farei senza esitazione. Questa piedineria è la perfetta dimostrazione di come si possa rovinare un piatto semplice e amatissimo come la piadina. Impasto gommoso, insipido, quasi offensivo per qualsiasi palato, con farciture scarse, di bassa qualità e assemblate con una fretta che urla “menefreghismo”. Il tutto condito da un conto finale che definire “salato” è un eufemismo: prezzi spropositati per quello che viene servito, che nemmeno con la più sfrenata immaginazione potrebbe giustificarsi. Un’esperienza che definire deludente è poco. Più che una cena, una punizione. Consigliato solo a chi vuole pentirsi di aver cenato fuori.

18/05/2025: The first course, spaghetti with clams, was very salty. Also, even though there were other free tables, which remained so until we left, they put us at a corner table, in front of the fire extinguisher and under the loudspeaker. When we asked to turn down the music, they first pretended to forget about it, and then turned it down just a little. An experience to forget!

16/11/2024: A special Sunday, visiting the dying city, but we arrive late and the pangs of hunger are felt Quick look on social media, mmmmh, “Il Bocconcino”, in the name of omen? a quick phone call and we manage to book, we will arrive at 2.00 pm, no problem, we are waiting for you having arrived in Bagnoregio, after a quick reconnaissance tour I find a corner and park the place is very nice, sober in its furnishings with tavern tables and chairs, the white tablecloths set crookedly, small but captivating the menu is not the usual 10 pages, which means that attention is paid to seasonality, 4 first and 4 second courses, 2 vegetarian options, as well as 3 side vegetables, 4 also the choices of desserts it's already late, so we speed up the order and taste the Cappuccino with truffle, egg, potatoes and crumbs together, in the meantime two croutons arrive as the house entrée, with sausage and livers, very nice and tasty Then comes the cappuccino, beautifully presented, it looks like a real cappuccino, served in a large cup, very good with the egg that binds and amalgamates the flavors of the potatoes, the truffle and the crumbs give it that crunch that doesn't hurt We also chose the first courses, I will take an off-menu first course which is intriguingly proposed to me by the waiter, fettuccine with ancient chicken giblets sauce and my wife ricotta and spinach gnocchi with roasted datterini tomatoes and crunchy chopped bacon The pasta is strictly handmade and I discover with pleasure, finding the colurgionis and seadas on the menu that the eclectic Chef is Sardinian The first courses are excellent, the fettuccine rich in grandmother's ancient flavours, full of rich meat sauce, fragrant and tasty with fifth quarter, my favorite The soft and tasty gnocchi embellished with roasted datterini tomatoes and made precious in taste by the crunchy bacon made into grains Even for the wine we refer to the flavors of Sardinia for which a pure white Vermentino Terre Fenicie, served cold in its glassette The second courses arrive: a beautiful Angus enrecote with caramelized red Tropea onion, naturally rare, cooked to perfection, very tender and flattering with its caramelized onions and aubergine meatballs with roasted cherry tomato sauce and flavored with aromatic herbs, soft and tasty Finally, how can you miss the Seadas in a Sardinian restaurant; mine with strawberry tree honey and my wife's with wildflower, both delicious, but the strawberry tree that I love gives it that extra boost Big compliments to the Chef with whom we spoke at the time of the bill, very kind and nice See you next time to try the culurgionis!

10/05/2025: Per il mio compleanno di 50 anni ho scelto il Parco dei Cimini Bio Resorr. È stata una giornata meravigliosa! Un pranzo organizzato alla perfezione... cibo di qualità, servizio impeccabile con camerieri professionali,disponibili e sempre pronti per le richieste più particolari. La torta Moretta eccezionale...gli ospiti hanno preso il bis come per tutti i piatti del pranzo. E poi... il Salotto artistico presente all’interno del ristorante è stato una meraviglia ed ha incantato tutti gli invitati. Il Salotto artistico è stato personalizzato con tavoli apparecchiati con runner avorio, composizioni di fiori di campo, sottopiatti in argento e dischi a tema per indicare il nome del tavolo. Il tableau è stato una sorpresa che ci ha lasciato senza parole... tema CANZONI DI VASCO ROSSI... è stato realizzato con dischi di Vasco applicati ad un separé in legno accanto ad un pianoforte ed una chitarra...meraviglioso!!! Le due sale riservate alla mia festa sono state curate con raffinatezza ed accuratezza, tanto da ricevere continui complimenti dagli invitati.Abbiamo ballato e cantato, accompagnati da due musicisti. Avevamo già festeggiato al Parco dei Cimini la comunione di mio figlio e questa volta è stata solamente una conferma. 20/04/2025: Oggi giorno di Pasqua su consiglio di una amica siamo andati a pranzo in 12 persone, tutto ok antipasto la lasagna però il decantato agnello porchettato è stato un fallimento, 1 fettina diciamo di agnello con scorse di carciofi 4 patate al forno e una fetta d'arancia buttata nel piatto nemmeno a Rebibbia l'ho visto, pane inesistente... Location e personale super...

28/04/2025: Sono tornato dopo anni in questo ristorante, che dire resta un'eccellenza. Carna squisiat, serivizio eccellente, ampia cartea dei vini. Antipasto buonissimo. Insomma non delude mai, tornerei immediatamente. VOTO 10

06/06/2025: Non capisco alcune recensioni così negative. Io mi sono trovato benissimo. La location è da lasciare a bocca aperta. L'antipasto abbondante e di qualità, i sapori sono proprio diversi e più buoni di quel che ti aspetti. Spaghetti alle vongole davvero buoni, come se fossi al mare. E il pesce era superlativo. Consigliato

05/06/2025: I went in, politely asked for a glass of water and was told: are you asking for just one glass of water? I said yes, and the bartender said she wouldn't give me just one glass of water unless I bought something else.

07/02/2025: Two stars only for the Brazilian lady and out of respect for the fact that a lot of work goes into the place, but have you personally tried all the supplì and the square plus the calzone? Brazilian which was extremely mediocre and the suppliments not good for my taste. It's a shame because I can't find any other businesses with the same service in Viterbo which already has a low quantity of goods and services. Let's hope for a comeback next time in case I change the review, for now the quality of the food is not good

17/01/2025: Supplì and calzones are delicious, even the sweet ravioli they make during this period! Highly recommended!
