28/04/2024: Family-run hotel on the outskirts of Viterbo, with very low prices and clean rooms with AIR CONDITIONING, TV and private WC. The restaurant, managed directly by the owners, offers tasty, well-prepared and imaginative local dishes. We returned again this year: we feel at home thanks to the kindness of the owners. Parking available Tactical position because it is close to various LOCATIONS to visit.

31/07/2024: Locale molto grande ma ben distribuito. Il piatto forte è la griglia. Carne e pesce sono ile portate più gettonate. Il personale di sala è veloce e attento. I prezzi sono nella media.

19/07/2024: Ottimo locale in centro a Bolsena, buono il tagliere per 2 di affettati e formaggi ( speciale la marmellata all'arancia da accompagnare) con crostini caldi e 1 porzione di amatriciana che però non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzo adeguato.

18/07/2024: Locale rustico e fresco nel centro di Bolsena, posto davvero accattivante. Proprietario simpaticissimo e disponibile al dialogo, anche nello spiegare i piatti tipici e i prodotti usati. Mangiato benissimo, bevuto ugualmente bene il vino di produzione propria. Un posto in cui ritornerò sicuramente, Bolsena è una fiaba ❤️

10/06/2024: È la seconda volta che fruiscono delle bontà di questo ristorante. Questa volta ho preso le fettuccine fonduta e funghi porcini buone e migliorabili nella qualità della pasta. Di secondo un maialino al forno a dir poco sublime , morbido poco speziato con crosta ipercroccante . Da rivedere i porcini freschi fritti forse penalizzati dal tipo di scelta della panatura. Buona la zuppa inglese prezzi onesti.

20/05/2024: Il servizio è stato rapidissimo, nonostante ci fossero tante persone. I tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra sono stati estremamente piacevoli. Ho preso un buon antipasto di crostini misti, devolvendo al mio compagno quelli contenenti carne. Ho proseguito con le tagliatelle fonduta e porcini: mangiabili, ma sicuramente non quello che mi aspettavo. Al posto della fonduta ho trovato una sorta di brodino di panna diluita. E lì mi son fermata. Il mio lui ha ordinato pappardelle al cinghiale e maialino arrosto. Entrambe le portate sono state di suo gradimento. Le porzioni sono state tutte più che soddisfacenti. Acqua, una birra media e un quartino di vino rosso...il tutto € 59.

12/08/2024: Catastrophic service, we asked for a bottle of water 5 times, the waiters are lost and inattentive. The people inside are arguing, which is a shame because the contents of the plate are good.

27/08/2024: Well-kept place, very kind staff and a restaurant inside that doesn't miss anything. There is also a well-stocked market and is frequented by both regular campers and foreigners. The lake then, in my opinion one of the most beautiful in Italy. A piece of advice, not far away there is a club where you can get canoes, go there!

13/08/2024: Bakery found by chance. The girls are very kind. Cleanliness, outdoor tables, parking. I recommend the white pizza with rosemary and the mini baguette. Exceptional croissants!

I highly recommend, given that it is a very beautiful place and for families, to provide AT LEAST a changing table, 30 euros would be well spent for the happiness of the parents. Anyway polite staff. 07/06/2024: Cibo ottimo (da provare assolutamente la carbonara tartufata, sublime!) in un contesto ricercato e perfettamente immerso nell'atmosfera medievale di San Pellegrino. Trovato, peraltro, con sconto, ci torneremo sicuramente!
