22/06/2025: Beautiful experience for a special event.. A "surprise" gastronomic journey of 9 courses, with various extras. Welcoming atmosphere, kind and professional staff. Some dishes, with flavors sometimes intense, sometimes refined, but always original, "exploded" on the palate and had a notable persistence. Note of merit for the care of the fish-based dishes, for all the simply exquisite baked preparations (mini tacos, tartlets, puff pastry ...), for the first courses and the originality of the desserts.. And then.. opening a gourmet restaurant in Ariccia, in the temple of home cooking.. is not for everyone: for this "courage" alone, these entrepreneurial initiatives must be rewarded 😜

02/06/2025: Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti da questo ristorante così intimo, attento al dettaglio e curato in ogni sua componente: dalla gentilezza del personale (chef compreso), alla presentazione delle pietanze e alla qualità del cibo. Stella meritatissima ! Complimenti!!

21/06/2025: Typical Ariccia tavern, six of us went for lunch and we tried 6 different first courses. What can I say? Borghese is right: it's the best cacio e pepe! All the other dishes are equally good, amatriciana, carbonara, gricia, paiata... A homely and warm service. A truly pleasant lunch, we spent very little. Go there!!

09/06/2025: Sublime porchetta, very soft bread crumb and super crunchy edges. Price really within everyone's reach and huge sandwich. Incredible and highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Definitely the best porchetta I have ever eaten (among the many very good ones I have tasted in Ariccia). Eleonora is the person who manages to carry on traditions with passion and love for her work.

29/06/2025: Dinner in Ariccia, we choose this osteria for the TheFork discount. The bruschetta with porcini mushrooms is good, as is the porchetta. The selection of cheeses is a little less, nothing fresh. The cacio e pepe is good, as is the amatriciana. The local bitter is recommended. With the 20% TheFork discount we paid €45, including 0.5l of wine, water and 2 bitters. Recommended, for the appetizers perhaps it is better to choose the house selection.

26/06/2025: Fraschetta dei castelli atmosphere typical of the place. We were there on a holiday (where you cannot choose dishes from the menu but only adapt to the mandatory proposed menu for each individual person). Apart from this that could have been specified, good food and courteous service.

08/06/2025: I don't like the green plastic on the ceiling of a beautiful old cellar. In the fixed menu in the second choice, the choice was limited to a capocollo or sausage, the rest extra. I didn't like it. Anyway excellent food, I will return

30/06/2025: Friendly staff, fast service even for large tables. The food is rustic and homely, as you would expect from a good fraschetta. The place is ok, well kept even if nothing special. Be careful, the appetizer is many, many... many courses. Very honest prices, even below average. I will definitely go back.

29/06/2025: Not a very positive experience, I will try to describe the evening objectively and honestly. Starting from the assumption that we were in this place two years ago, a friend of mine and I, and we chose to return with our kids because we remembered the quality of the food as being certainly higher, this time it was not like that. The internal room where we were placed is an extremely noisy environment and it is difficult to communicate. The girl who served us was very helpful and friendly, also nice and very easy-going. When we sat down we asked for an appetizer and we were asked if we wanted to pay an 'extra' to also try 2 buffalo mozzarella and 2 tartares... mistakenly we did not ask the cost of this 'extra' which in the final bill (I attach the receipt) will turn out to be a good €20 more just for the mozzarella and €35 ​​more just for the 2 tartares. Furthermore, the appetizer consists of ‘tastes’ such as beans and sausages, beef stew with sauce and a platter of cured meats. Continuing with the Roman classic first courses, we immediately notice that the quality is no longer what we remembered…carbonara and amatriciana of a decent level, which makes us quite disappointed because of all the fraschette in Ariccia we had decided to return there precisely for this. The evening then continues with dessert, coffee and ammazzacaffè. Certainly not the culinary experience we expected and remembered.

16/06/2025: EVERYTHING PERFECT!!!! I'VE NEVER EATEN FRIED FOOD SO GOOD (ESPECIALLY THE ZUCCHINI FLOWERS), THE PIZZA WAS EXCELLENT AND NICELY BIG.

02/06/2025: Ci siamo stati ieri sera e non è più quello di una volta e non parlo del servizio. La qualità è peggiorata in tutti ciò che abbiamo ordinato,partendo dall'antipasto dove si sono addirittura scordati di portare tutto ciò ch'era compreso. I primi lasciamo perde e i dolci niente di che. Controllate il conto...mi raccomando. Peccato spero che tornino com'era prima.

30/05/2025: Sono anni che andiamo ad Ariccia da Gasperone, sempre trovati bene, sempre speso il giusto, ottima qualità dei prodotti, questa volta, era lunedì a pranzo, una delusione, l'antipasto come sempre a peso, come ovunque ad Ariccia, per due persone 35 euro, dal prezzo medio ad etto, 2,50 euro, escludendo i pezzi ad un euro, doveva essere oltre un Kg di roba, non mi è sembrato, la pasta, come al solito ottima, carbonara, cacio e pepe e amatriciana, eravamo in tre, peccato che la carbonara sia arrivata 5 minuti dopo gli altri due piatti, reputo esagerato 5 euro un litro di coca, quando il vino sta a 6 euro, la delusione le ciambelline, normalmente le fraschette le regalano, me le hanno fatte pagare, va bene, ma erano immangiabili, moscie e sapore indecente, e ad Ariccia trovare delle ciambelline al vino indecenti è praticamente impossibile, buona la sbriciolata, peccato, perchè perdersi per cosi poco non ne varrebbe la pena

27/03/2025: Ricordo che siamo rimasti delusi.. premessa che siamo venuti in questo locale per mangiare carne e porchetta, abbiamo poi ascoltato i consigli della cameriera prendendo un antipasto con focaccia e porchetta per poi proseguire con la loro spaziale carbonara.. Peccato che questo prima non era per niente buono, la crema liquida e il sapore tutto tranne che una carbonara. Ecco diciamo che il ricordo l’unico positivo è stata la focaccia con la porchetta. Non ci ritornerei mai.

01/07/2025: We chose this fraschetta for the possibility of gluten free but we were all happily satisfied. Friendly and attentive we spent a nice evening enjoying good food. Approved even by the most demanding of the family. We chose between the 20 menus which includes a rich appetizer, a first course, dessert, wine and water and 25 which adds the possibility of the second course with side dish and tripe in the appetizer... We will definitely return.
