31/01/2026: I was fortunate enough to receive this wonderful experience as a gift from my husband and children. It's a wonderful place. The staff is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We also had the opportunity to communicate with the chef, truly complimenting him on everything! From the refined dishes to the attention to detail throughout. Sintesi is truly a poem. Their dishes are verses to be savored with delicacy and a refined palate. Dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant makes all the difference, and you guided us into this wonderful world.

27/12/2025: Excellent appetizers: buffalo mozzarella, olives, beans, porchetta, bruschetta, various cured meats and cheeses. The sausage was good as a main course (perhaps a tad salty), but spicy and flavorful. Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is rustic, a bit chilly.

10/12/2025: The best porchetta I've ever eaten. I discovered this place by chance, and although I was skeptical of their advertising, I was proven wrong after tasting a sandwich. I bought a tub to take home, and was greatly praised for its deliciousness. Excellent!

15/01/2026: My boyfriend and I just visited this osteria, and it didn't feel like we were walking into a restaurant, but rather like we were welcomed into our own home! The family atmosphere is truly welcoming, and the food is delicious. We ordered excellent bruschetta and beans as an appetizer, along with cacio e pepe (a dish intriguing because of the award, which we thought was well-deserved), and some equally delicious arrosticini! And the surprises don't end there, because when we got to the cashier, we realized the prices were very fair, with a discount included! We'll be back soon, thank you ♥️

31/01/2026: Welcoming place. Excellent cleanliness. Eugenio, the waiter, is a truly exceptional and very friendly person. He reminds me of home with an old uncle. We ate delicious polenta, cacio e pepe, and a delicious appetizer. The prices are ridiculously low. I challenge anyone to find a cleaner bathroom. Everything inside is very nice, from the staff to the owners. I've tried the other restaurants next door, including some that participated in the four restaurants. Leave all hope behind. If you find yourself in Ariccia, try it. It's the best in the Castelli Romani.

11/01/2026: The food is very good, fresh, the staff very welcoming, and there's free Wi-Fi. It was busy on a Sunday, but even though we hadn't booked, they welcomed us.

28/12/2025: We had lunch on Sunday and were pleasantly surprised by this place and the dishes we tried. The €20 menu alone left us feeling full and satisfied. The cacio e pepe/amatriciana were truly delicious. The beans and pork rinds were incredibly delicious and delicate.

29/12/2025: Intrigued by the reviews, I decided to have lunch at this fraschetta in Ariccia, and I'd say the service was fast and friendly. All the dishes were delicious, and they offer a set menu so you can sample Roman specialties, including a choice of first course and, of course, the wine donuts. Highly recommended!

29/12/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we had lunch at this restaurant on Via delle Fraschette in Riccia. The place is very quaint, and the service is quick and attentive. The staff is friendly. The mixed antipasto platter was nothing to complain about... everything was delicious, but the first courses were a bit disappointing, especially the matriciana. I've had much better elsewhere in Rome.

26/12/2025: All good and very plentiful. If I have to find a fault with the number of starters, the one with the porchetta arrived a little lukewarm but it was exceptional.
