While I wasn't entirely sold on all the courses, I found the dishes consistently consistent with the restaurant's style. The cave cardoncello mushrooms were delicious. I really appreciated the young chef's greeting at the end of the meal, a thoughtful gesture he extended to all the tables.

12/01/2026: The food is excellent, but on a busy day when there's no parking, the city council decides to cash in by issuing cumulative fines, without leaving any notice. I feel sorry for the shopkeepers, but I won't go there again.

21/02/2026: We hadn't even looked for a place to eat porchetta; we were just a little hungry and stumbled upon it completely by chance. I'm not even a fan because it's often dry, with dry or rubbery rind, or even too tough to eat: this one is heavenly. If I lived here, I'd definitely become a regular. Just the right amount of moist, flavorful, with a crispy rind that melts in your mouth. The prosciutto in the other sandwich is also excellent; it's hard to find one of this quality.

21/02/2026: Nothing special, nothing special. Obviously, we're in the center of Ariccia, so the prices are super affordable. The appetizer platter, ordered for one person and shared between two, was more than sufficient. The first courses could use a bit of a makeover; the Carbonara was a bit bland, as was the Gricia. The service was top-notch; the lady who served us was super kind!

14/02/2026: An excellent experience. All the dishes deserve top stars! Excellent carbonara, exceptional porchetta, sublime tripe, perfect puntarelle, and delicious artichokes. The real difference was made by Alessia, who welcomed and pampered us from the start, recommending the dishes. Kind, courteous, smiling, knowledgeable, and truly professional! Thank you so much.

13/03/2026: Persuaded by Borghese and his "four restaurants," we try this fraschetta. The atmosphere isn't bad, nor is the welcome—nothing to complain about, Roman style! The appetizer for six wasn't exactly generous, but it was good. Perhaps something was missing. Rigatoni with pajata wasn't bad, but not exceptional (a few more pieces of pajata would have been nice!) The gricia, or rather the guanciale of the gricia, is forgettable. The cacio e pepe, dear Alessandro, I'm sorry to say, I've had better. The tripe was good. The arrosticini....terrible!! As a "roastsman," I can say they looked like a bad copy of a skewer in a pan...half-roasted and half-boiled...too bad!! We didn't go any further. My apologies to the managers, but I came in with different expectations. The welcome and service were good.

We tried the cacio e pepe, which was simply EXCELLENT... matriciana, carbonara, and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle... what can I say... 😋😋 Impeccable dinner! 09/03/2026: The interior is small and welcoming, while outside you can eat under the umbrellas and with the traffic coming and going. Other than that, the food is good and the price is reasonable.

27/02/2026: Nothing special, just a nice little place to eat and spend little. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the food isn't what you'd expect from a fraschetta. The ingredients are high-quality, but learn how to stir the pasta. A gricia with a puddle of water underneath is hard to see or eat. Thanks.

Even though they don't have separate kitchens, the attention and care they showed me truly touched me: great expertise, respect, and sensitivity on the subject. The owner is very friendly, approachable, and above all very knowledgeable: he exudes passion and genuine attention to the quality of the cuisine, which is indeed excellent. The waiter was kind, welcoming, and always available, making me feel at ease from start to finish. A place where you eat well and feel truly welcomed. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to celiacs seeking peace of mind in addition to good food. 💛

15/02/2026: Today, my family, a young French guest, and I had lunch at this charming, traditional-looking fraschetta, so she could experience the authentic flavors of our cuisine. We ordered a €20 menu per person, which included an appetizer, first course, dessert, and drinks. The service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent, and you could take leftovers home, but we devoured everything despite the generous portions! And to top it off, note my daughter's ecstatic expression as she savored the dessert prepared by boss Matteo's mother... A truly delicious piece of ricotta and Nutella tart 😋 P.S. This place is dog-friendly. We were able to bring our Chihuahua with us without any problems. Highly recommended 👍🏻

22/02/2026: I chose Fraschetta two days ago after reading the reviews. Reservations were required for Sundays. I tried it today, and I have to say it was the right choice. Small but well-kept, with a homey atmosphere and very polite staff. The dishes are well-prepared and plentiful, and the prices are fair. I almost forgot the clean and tidy cold cuts and cheese counter, and of course the porchetta is the star. I tried it and I'll definitely be back.
