This has been one of the restaurants I frequented most often with my family for years for reasons of proximity to home and convenience. Remarkable position, on the Appia and at the entrance to one of the most beautiful villages of the Castelli Romani, with ample parking and a beautiful garden with the possibility of organizing buffets and outdoor parties. The appetizers with supplì and Ascoli olives are delicious, the pizzas and tarts are also delicious. When it comes to desserts, chef Daniela Mancini is unbeatable, pampering us and always offering us the best.

I always get the takeaway pizza to eat in Olmata, discreet but the staff is very nice not to mention. I think the blonde lady is the owner who is too sweet and very kind. Compliments

Place with qualified and very kind staff. Dishes purchased. I recommend if you are in the area to stop by and try if it leaves you satisfied like me.

We were treated excellently and I would be willing to drive another 3 hours just to taste their Pappardelle with wild boar ragù again. Absolutely highly recommended!

We were returning from a trip and decided to have lunch at the castles. The place is large and beautiful. The attentive and professional service. On the food side, we liked what we ate. Something more, something less. In general I recommend it and with the fork discount it is definitely worth trying it at least once.

La cena era buona, nulla da dire; ristorante comodo, posti larghi. Non abbiamo apprezzato che un ristorante strapieno abbia un corridoio enorme e gelido da attraversare per andare al bagno; il bagno anche questo gelido e solo con acqua gelata. Quindi degli amici hanno preferito non usare il fasciatoio onde evitare malanni della neonata. Con un locale pieno, prenotato di gente, non credo ci si possa presentare in questo modo.

È già la seconda volta che torniamo in questo locale e non ha deluso, molto pulito e personale accogliente e disponibile, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

26/03/2024: Quiet place where you can also talk as well as eat like at home. Portions and quality of dishes above average, prices in line with other restaurants. The service is carried out by a nice and kind person. We will definitely be back.
17/03/2024: Le persone sono molto accoglienti.. ristorante di famiglia e molto buona. Mia figlia di 5 anni vuole sempre andare.. già da 3 anni andiamo sempre qua.. E sempre i piati buoniiissssiiiimmmmiiii

18/03/2024: The pizza has always been delicious and continues to be, but something else has changed. Last night I went after at least a year of absence. Given that after so many years, I would also like to see some new offers. Instead, the usual flavors that I repeat are excellent and of reasonable quality (even if they are valid for 12 months of the year, therefore no seasonality of raw materials), but now I find little take care of the rest. Without gloves you can go from clnt money to pizza as if it were nothing. The pizza is put on the weight scale without a sheet of paper underneath, so if you are vegetarian, you will find it dirty with meat or fish🥴 But the ending really disturbed me... there were three of us and you know, you spend at least 15 euros for just one person and... ZERO TAX RECEIPTS!!! More than 70 euros with three little trays coming out, totally in black! A few meters before there is a well-known and historic pizzeria that still applies popular prices, but also issues receipts for only 1 euro!!! I now believe the only real form of protest that we consumers have is to decide not to go back again and I feel at fault for not asking him in front of everyone🤦🏻‍♀️ If the management of the place is still serious, let's see how they will respond to this review🌻
