24/03/2025: Pizzeria that remains a bit hidden with its signs turned off. Stopped for a pizza, clean place and bathrooms. Very friendly staff and excellent pizza even if it is made in the Roman style, that is, low. Honest prices: two covers, two pizzas, a bottle of water, a mug of medium beer, a dessert and a coffee, offered, we spent about € 28. The dessert was special with panna cotta and pistachio cream, really good and not too sweet. I recommend this place.

09/11/2024: Premettendo che per me è come mangiare a casa, bhe, il mio compagno non tiene botta cioè,si addormenta presto, o meglio, la sera alle 20.30 crolla da onesto lavoratore, e quindi, per uscire a cena scegliamo Il Castoro come ottimo ristoro ( So de casa ) ... Scherzi a parte, scegliete la pasta fatta in casa e ripiena se vi piace spessa e corposa, la carne se volete che si sciolga in bocca, la verdura se rinfresca e appaga...e poi, se avete forza e potere in pancia, bhè...il dolce è pura goduria: la Zuppa Inglese fa da regina! Mangia e bevi sereno, lo stomaco, al Castoro, rassereni! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

02/11/2024: Ottima scoperta. Ambiente amichevole e rilassante. La simpatia del personale ha accompagnato dei piatti di qualità superlativa. Tutto ottimo e genuino, dai primi fino ai contorni. Consiglio anche l'amaro della casa che, tra l'altro, abbiamo comprato. Se passate in direzione Antrodoco, vi straconsiglio una tappa a questo ristorante, sono sicuro ne rimarrete soddisfatti.

Quality of products, preparation of dishes and excellent service as always! Sandro is a great professional in terms of ability, class and friendliness. Without hesitation I can say that every evening at La Siesta is a success... you leave wanting to return as soon as possible! Five stars and PRAISE.... because I can't do more!! Highly recommended Previous review I discovered this place with my husband last February 14th on the occasion of Valentine's Day and, since then, we have returned often. Even on busy evenings, wait times were acceptable. I am only rating the pizza because, until now, we have not tried the restaurant service and also for this reason I am giving four stars rather than five. The pizza is good in terms of dough (neither too thin nor too much crumb), seasoning and cooking. We recently tried the maxi pizza, which we liked... (probably the fact that it is served on a wooden cutting board allows the heat and fragrance to be preserved for longer! Furthermore, you can choose different flavours). The assortment of bruschettas with decidedly appetizing sauces is very tasty. The rooms in use during the winter are pleasant, while in the summer the tables are positioned in a lovely garden. Convenient parking. A special appreciation to Sandro, who takes care of table service and is pleasantly nicknamed by me and my husband "Speedy Gonzales" for his incredible speed! Sandro is a person of great experience and manages to be fast, but, at the same time, attentive to customer requests, extremely professional, competent in advice, always well disposed... The prices are honest. I recommend booking because the place is also popular on weekday evenings.

24/03/2025: Restaurant found by chance, we opted for the fixed menu...rustic home-made restaurant, friendliness and speed in the waiters who immediately welcomed us and served us perfectly... What can I say about the dishes, all very tasty, thanks for everything, we will be back 🥰

10/02/2025: Ogni volta che torno a mangiare al Ma-Trù mi sembra migliore. Lo chef Daniele prepara al meglio i piatti della tradizione locale, si percepisce la grande passione oltre alla qualità dei prodotti locali. Assaggiate la Gricia con il guanciale croccante al punto giusto, è probabilmente la migliore di tutta la zona ma anche le altre pietanze sono preparate con cura. Ottimi i vini da abbinare, oltre a una birra del posto davvero speciale. I prezzi sono davvero convenienti, specie per chi viene da Roma!
