27/02/2024: Frequentiamo questo locale da 20 anni, il proprietario non ha mai abbassato gli standard di qualità e cerca di alzarli sempre più in alto, portandoci sempre a sceglierlo tra le varie offerte del posto.
Menù davvero sfizioso, qualità sempre al top, gusti sia ricercati che classici.
Tagliate, bistecche, panini, tutto con carne scelta che si fa sentire.
Una garanzia per passar benissimo una serata.

28/01/2024: After many years I returned to L'Asprese... The management has changed since then, but it remains a truly excellent restaurant! Homemade cuisine, genuine and plentiful, accompanied by the friendliness of the managers. Praise goes to the very young Giuliano who knows how to manage the room very well. I'll be back soon for a nice meal of grilled meat!

03/02/2024: Excellent. Rustic restaurant with lake view, friendly service, homemade and tasty food. Everything cooked very well, from the mixed grill to the whitefish, from the coratella to the sautéed chicory, up to the tart and the tiramisu. Excellent red wine and honest price. Compliments.

23/03/2024: Un must se ti trovi intorno a Borgo Velino, conosciuto da 40 anni da mia nonna ora a parlarvi di questo ristorante saró io. A partire dall’antipasto di salumi, fettuccine che non hai mai mangiato, un abbacchio che panato o meno ti leccarai le dita dopo aver rosicchiato l’osso. Claudio e la sua famiglia sono accoglienti e sanno farti sentire a casa. Fidatevi ne vale la pena !

24/02/2024: Second excellent experience in this farmhouse which welcomes you in large and airy rooms with a splendid view of the surrounding nature. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent raw materials prepared and cooked properly in a substantial way and without many frills. Honorable mention goes to the meat counter in plain sight, from which you can choose what you want and watch it cook live in the immense fireplace behind it. Prices appropriate to the quality and service. Highly recommended and... see you next time.
24/01/2024: Abbiamo scelto per caso questo agriturismo. Cucina casareccia, pasta fatta a mano, prodotti genuini. Si può scegliere anche il taglio di carne preferito e te lo cuociono al fuoco. Buoni anche i dolci.
Lo consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente.

Compact menu, two starters, three first courses, 5/6 second courses. What we tried was delicious: focaccine with mortadella, Sabine strangozzi and pappardelle with wild asparagus. To finish, a delicious cheesecake and lemon tart. The menu changes frequently, in accordance with the season and availability. Never was a chance discovery luckier!

29/04/2024: It is always a pleasure to return and enjoy dishes such as coratella with artichokes, beans with pork rinds as well as homemade first courses and very tender meat. Fantastic location and spectacular cuisine.
01/04/2024: Trovato per caso su internet, mio marito, mio figlio ed io abbiamo trascorso la Pasquetta con amici in questo agriturismo immerso nel silenzio e nella natura della campagna sabina .
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall’ antipasto alla colomba era tutto buono, genuino e ben cucinato . Antipasto vario e abbondante, ravioli di ricotta e spinaci ottimi e carne alla griglia molto saporita. Perfino il caffè era perfetto.
Le persone che le gestiscono sono molto gentili e semplici, ci si sente a casa propria.
Adesso che lo abbiamo scoperto, torneremo di sicuro prima o poi!

25/11/2023: I have been coming here since childhood and used all their facilities, well over 45 years, I have become friends with the entire family , they are very professional and extremely friendly, the quality of their services and food is above excellent, I just love their food, no matter what restaurant I've eaten in in Amatrice it has always been to the highest standards, Lo Scoiattolo is at the top end of the scale for food there. absolutely fabulous food, I love their Salami's and antipasti's.
05/11/2023: Premesso che sono del posto , e conosco bene il paese non avendo più casa ho portato la mia ragazza qui ad amatrice, ritorno nei bungalow dopo qualche anno , a prescindere dal posto e da tutto , con questi prezzi altissimi non si va da nessuna parte la gente non viene più così , 70 euro per una stanza che non offre nulla ,neanche la tv, il posto era sporchissimo di capelli e peli nei letti bagni già sporchi, alzo il cuscino e trovo degli insetti che camminavano. Non ho parole e io ripeto sono del posto ma così è troppo, poi si arrabbiano con noi che ci siamo lamentati . Mah comunque non andrò più , approfittatori invece di incentivare le persone a venire ci speculano sopra perché sanno che ci sono solo loro .In tutto ciò abbiamo richiesto di restituirci i soldi poiché la stanza era in condizioni indecenti ed il signore si è voluto tenere lo stesso parte dei soldi giustificandosi del fatto che avessimo comunque consumato per mezz’ora di tempo l’appartamento e aperto la carta igienica veramente vergognosi, esperienza da non ripetere mai più

17/02/2024: I've known Paolo all my life, and as a host he has no equal! He will guide you in choosing the best wines from his cellar, which presents a wide and high quality choice. The first courses are also worth mentioning, for the raw materials used and the creativity of the recipes. The icing on the cake is the veranda overlooking Rieti. Super recommended!
